The purpose of this study was to examine how Korean music therapy students experience growth under clinical supervision. The investigator conducted in-depth qualitative interviews with 9 students from 3 different universities in Seoul who had at least three semesters of clinical supervision. Data was analyzed using a modified grounded theory approach to construct the growth experience of music therapy supervisees. Results suggest that growth can be understood in terms of both personal and professional domains and includes four types of experiences: growth hindering, fostering, mediating, and revealing. In the personal domain, hindering factors are defensiveness, narcissistic trauma, avoidance and anxiety whereas growth fostering and mediating factors include reflection on self, musical self, unconscious drives and conflicting issues as well as self-driven problem solving skills. As a result, growth in the personal domain is associated with increased self-acceptance and self-awareness. Growth in the professional domain is hindered by having trust issues, performance anxiety, identity crisis, and being hypersensitive to the judgment of others. On the other hand, growth is fostered and mediated by opening the self and interacting more with others, building trusting relationships with peers and supervisors, and establishing a new relationship with music, which leads to improved attitude, increased motivation, and more efficient and effective training.

최근 산화물 반도체와 나노소자 대한 관심이 날로 높아지고 있는 가운데 산화아연(ZnO) 나노구조를 이용한 나노소자 제작이 많이 연구되고 있다. 산화아연은 c축으로 우선 배향성을 가지는 우르짜이트 구조로써, 나노선 성장이 다른 산화물에 비해 용이하고 그 물리적, 화학적 특성이 안정 무수하다. 이러한 산화아연 나노선 제작법 가운데, 유기금속화학기상증착법은 다른 성장법에 비해 결정학적 광학적 특성이 우수하고 성장속도가 빨라 고품질 나노선 성장에 용이한 장비로 각광받고 있다. 하지만 bottom-up 공정을 기반으로 한 나노소자제작에서 몇 가지 문제점을 가지고 있다. 1) 수직형 대면적 성장, 2) 나노선 밀도 조절의 어려움, 3) 기판과의 계면층에 자발적으로 생성되는 계면층의 제거, 4) 고온성장시 precursor의 증발 문제 등이 그것이다. 본인은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 산화아연 나노구조 성장 시, 마그네슘(Mg)을 도입하여, 각 원소의 함량 분포 정도에 따라 기판 표면에 30nm 두께 미만의 상분리층(단결정+비정질층)을 자발적으로 형성시켰다. 성장이 진행됨에 따라, 아연이 rich한 단결정 층에서는 나노선이 선택적으로 성장하게 하였고, 마그네슘이 rich한 비정질 층에서는 성장이 이루어지지 않게 하였다. 따라서 산화아연이 증발되는 온도영역에서 10nm 이하 직경을 가지는 나노선을 자발적으로 계면층 없이 수직 성장하였다. 또한, 표면의 단결정, 비정질의 사이즈를 Mg 함량으로 적절히 조절한 결과, 산화아연계 나노월 구조성장이 가능하였다.

${\beta}-$Ag_2S$(high temperature phase) was grown by solid/vapour reaction growth based on solid -state electrochemisty. In S/V growth, one of the reactants, silver ion, is supplied to the growth surface through the solid $Ag_2S$ from one side and the other reactants, surfur, is transported in the phase of vapour from the other side. With the sufficient supply of S vapour, the growth rate increased as increasing $T_d$(decomposition temperature of $Ag_2S$) and ${\Delta}T$ between $T_d$ and $T_g$(temperature of growth surface). At low S vapour pressure, growth rate decreased with decreased vapour pressure and ${\beta}-$Ag_2S$ was grown in the form of whisker, when Ag+ion is sufficiently supplied. The measured values of electronic conductivity of ${\beta}-$Ag_2S$ showed that electronic conductivity of the poly crystal was larger than that of single crystal.

Dietary value of eight species of benthic diatoms, considered as essential live food for larvae and spat of abalone, was assessed on the retarded spat (ca 4.4 m shell length). Survival of the spat, fed on Caloneis schroderi, Phaeodactylum tricornutum and Raphoneis sp. was over 93 % and significantly higher than that of others; spat fed on C かwがwi gained the highest daily growth of 112.6 mm, which was two times faster than that fed on Undaria pinnatifida Spat fed on natural or cultured diatoms of C. schroderi grew at rates, that were not significantly different. C. schroderi is recommended to restore the retarded growth of abalone spat.

The purpose of this study was to examine the dual mediating effects of growth mindset and hope between body image and successful aging of the elderly. For this purpose, we surveyed 422 elderly people in D and S city of Chungcheongnam-do, and D metropolitan city. Collected data were analysed using SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS macro 3.4 program. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis and dual mediating effect analysis by using bootstrap were performed. The results of the study are as follows. First, as a result of correlation analysis there was a statistically significant positive correlation between variables. Second, as a result of path analysis, body image had a positive effect on growth mindset and hope, growth mindset had a positive effect on hope and successful aging, and hope also had a significant effect on successful aging. Third, as a result of dual mediation effect analysis, growth mindset and hope mediated in the relationship between body image and successful aging. This study provided new models and basic data by using body image, growth mindset and hope for successful aging of the elderly.

The growth characteristics of Spirulina Platensis was carried out in photo bubble bioreactor at different nitrogen soucres and concentration. The result showed that S. Platensis grew well at sodium nitrate source rather than urea source in relatively high concentration region.

지난 2008년 국내 정보보호 시장은 2007년 대비 약 7.4% 성장한 7,724억원 규모인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이 같은 결과는 KISA가 한국정보보호산업협회에 의뢰해 조사한 '2008 국내 정보보호산업 시장 및 동향 조사'에 따른 것으로, 가장 큰 증감율을 보인 제품군은 접근관리로 전년대비 27.6% 성장한 350억원 규모의 시장을 형성하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 국내 정보보호 시장을 조명해 보는 이번 보고서의 내용을 좀 더 자세히 살펴보자.

우리나라 정보통신은 불과 20여년만에 국가경쟁력을 선도하는 성장엔진으로 자리매김하였다. 최근 발표된 2004년 IMD의 국가경쟁력 평가 결과 우리나라 20대 강점 분야 중 IT관련 사항이 4개“나 포함되어 있으며, 아울러 IT산업은 연평균 GDP 성장률 8.3%를 상회하는 18.8%(‘98-’03)의 고도성장을 이루었고, 우리나라 전체 수출의 30%(‘03: 1,938억불 중 576억불)를 IT수출이 차지하는 등 경제발전을 주도하는 국가 주력산업으로 부상하였다.

형질전환된 인삼 모상근의 여러 생물반응기에서의 대량배양 가능성을 알아보기 위하여 1/2 MS 배지를 기본배지(호르몬 무첨가, 3% sucrose)로 하여 실험을 수행하였다. 그 결과 플라스크 배양에 비하여 $2{\sim}3.5$배 높은 성장률을 보였으며, 그 성장이 왕성함을 알 수 있었다. 배양 후반기에 모상근의 뭉치 형성으로 물질전달의 어려움으로 인하여 성장에 장해를 미치는 것으로 사려된다.

1970년대 레이저가 산업에 이용되기 시작한 이후로 90년대 후반기부터 고속 성장을 해온 레이저 시장은 재료가공영역에서 매년 평균 약 16%이상 성장을 해 왔다. 그러나 최근의 금융위기는 레이저 산업에 처음으로 마이너스 성장이라는 결과를 초래했다. 더욱이 고품질 고부가가치 부품을 생산하기 위한 핵심 공정으로서의 레이저 생산장비의 중요성이 부각되는 시점에서 레이저 시장의 확대에 기대를 걸고 있었기에 그 충격은 매우 크다. 세계적인 레이저 회사들이 약 30~40% 정도의 매출 감소로 힘들게 경영을 하고 있는 지금의 어려움을 떨쳐내고 레이저 시장이 재도약하는 2010년을 기대하면서 2006년을 중심으로 세계 레이저 시장의 현황을 살펴본다.
