The purpose of study was to investigate the effects of career decision efficacy, learning Flow, and academic achievement on department adaptation of dental hygiene students. The subjects of the study are self-administered surveys of 200 students who indicated their intention to participate. 181 questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS 18.0. The results of this study show that career decision efficacy, learning flow, academic achievement affect to major satisfaction, major confidences, major attachment. The results of this study show that career decision efficacy, academic achievement affect to major vision. Some dental hygienists students need support systems such as learning methods and educational environment that can improve academic achievement and learning commitment in order to help students adapt to their department. In addition, education and career support for career decision efficacy should be continuously maintained.

The purpose of the study was to identify the factors influencing the nursing students' job-seeking stress. A cross-sectional descriptive survey, using a structured questionnaire, was used to collect data from Sep. to Oct. 2016. A sample of convenience was 246 nursing students and a questionnaire was used to measure their major satisfaction, CDMSE, self-esteem, ego-resiliency, and job-seeking stress. A significant negative correlation was found among job-seeking stress, major satisfaction, CDMSE, self-esteem, and ego-resiliency. Grade of which the participant was in, self-esteem, academic achievement, experience of clinical practice, and family economic status were significant predictive variables of which accounted for 46.1% of the variance in job-seeking stress. The results from this study can be used to develop programs for job-seeking stress management.

Here are background, method, scope, main contents of this research. As the interests increased in recent about the construction in complex and diverse areas, construction is locally connected to human life like to coexistence of the technology and culture. The local development should not be fragmentary construction to improve local recycling ability. Local society should be inherited by modern cultural perspective through a variety of local culture and coexistence. Effective decision making analysis is necessary to build a livable area with a combination of high-tech industry. For this reason, this paper will study the political analysis for decision making at the planning stage of construction in point of fusion of technology and culture by using unstructured data analysis. Conclusion is as in the following. Local planning stage of construction describes diverse meanings of intangible and intangible factors as political factor. Technology factors have various qualitative and quantitative factors in construction field. Understanding decision making at the planning stage of construction means not only visible 'technology factor' such as structure, method, shape, and so on, but also invisible 'culture factor' such as spirit of age, religion, learning, and life-style reflected in formation process of space, and insight of brain power about art.

외환위기 이후 IT는 우리 경제의 견인차로 인식되어 왔으나 2000년대 초두의 IT 버블 붕괴 이후 극심한 성장정체를 겪으면서 일부 학자 및 정책입안자를 중심으로 IT 역할에 대한 회의론적 시각이 제기되어 왔다. 그러나, 지난 2~3년간의 각종 경제지표를 볼 때, IT는 여전히 우리 경제에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 확인할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 미래사회에의 대응을 위해서도 IT에 대한 관심 제고가 무엇보다도 절실한 시점이라 하겠다. 특히, 스마트폰의 등장에 따라 스마트폰 환경에 최적화된 다양한 애플리케이션의 등장과 이를 이용한 모바일 서비스의 보급 확산으로 IT 기기 및 서비스 산업의 경쟁구조에 근본적인 변화가 발생하면서 IT 강국이라는 국가적 브랜드마저 위협받고 있는 시점이어서 더욱 그렇다. 스마트폰의 등장으로 국가경쟁력 결정 패턴이 노동과 자본 등 전통적인 생산요소에 기반한 개별 산업분야의 경쟁우위를 기초로 결정되던 형태에서 감성과 창의성 등 소프트 파워의 보유 정도에 따라 결정되는 형태로 전환되었다는 점에서 R&D전략에 있어서도 중요한 전환점을 맞고 있다고 보여진다. 또한, 산업사회와 정보사회에 이어 급격한 기술혁신에 따른 기술간 및 산업간 융합의 정도가 산업 전반의 경쟁구도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 대부분의 전문가들이 예견하고 있으나, 산업현장이나 기술분야에서 실제적으로 발생되는 융합의 양상은 그다지 신속하지 못한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서, 기술간 및 산업간 융합촉진을 통한 전산업 경쟁력 제고를 위한 R&D 방향 모색이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 따라 본고에서는 스마트폰의 등장에 따른 IT산업의 경쟁구도 변화와 글로벌 기업들의 전략, 대응방향 등을 살펴보는 한편 IT의 전반적인 활용도 증가에 따라 더욱 가속화될 것으로 전망되는 기술간 및 산업간 융합시대에 대응한 IT R&D 방향을 살펴본다. 이는 궁극적으로 IT 강국이라는 국가적 브랜드 이미지의 고착화 전략인 동시에 IT 기반의 융합을 촉진시킴으로써 스마트한 IT Korea라는 국가적 미래비전을 달성해 나가기 위한 방향이 될 것이다.

By analyzing the recognition analysis and motivation method of the determinants, this study investigates the future development direction of health exercise biodata analysis face-to-face practice education content. The participants were 40 millennial and zoomers (MZ) generation college graduates. Factors related to the decision to participate in face-to-face practice classes in the field of health exercise biodata and bio-digital content convergence technology in the era of COVID-19 were measured. Of the participants, 67.5% voluntarily decided to participate in small group classes while observing social distancing rules. This study presented the most effective and learning motive methods to participate in face-to-face training. Health exercise biodata needs improvement in terms of integrating with adjacent disciplines such as big data.

Recently, many of people concentrates on the importance of elevator safety system for the elevator accident of traction machine malfunction. Also, IT convergence has enlarged various field for the effort of enhanced traditional industry. In this paper, we define that the safety is to minimize the dangerous factor, then explain the rules of elevator installation. Through the expert's decision we could find out the dangerous factors are poor check, malfunction of amalgamative and user's mistake. We propose the IT convergence managing system for the effective alternative method of elevator safety system.

The purpose of this research lies in analyzing the corelation between the eco-friendly management activities of a cosmetic company and customers' decision making in terms of purchase. In this research, 355 copies of questionaire from general customers were analyzed using the statistic package program of SPSS v.18.0. Based on the research analysis, the attributes of eco-friendly management activities can be categorized into three factors such as 'energy saving', 'contribution to communities', and 'environment-oriented services' and have the statistically meaningful positive influence on the three factors of customers' decision making; 'purchasing intention', 'assessment of purchase', and 'repurchase'. This research shows that the eco-friendly management activities of a cosmetic company is an important factor for its successful marketing strategy. This research has a significance in that it has studied the eco-friendly management activities of a cosmetic company through stereotyping. We can expect successful marketing effect if a cosmetic company uses eco-friendly products, information, and services in its eco-friendly marketing.

This paper proposes a potential-based reinforcement learning, called "RLs-CBDT", which combines multiple RL agents and case-base decision theory designed for decision making in uncertain environment as an expert knowledge in RL. We empirically show that RLs-CBDT converges to an optimal policy faster than pre-existing RL algorithms through a Tetris experiment.

Arc Welding의 경우 arc열에 의하여 생성된 용융지(Molten Pool)가 응고하는 과정은 금형주물의 응고과정과 비슷하게 생각되나 실은 응고의 제1단계에서 양자간에 큰 차이가 있다. 즉, 금형에 주입된 용융금속이 응고하는 경우는 금형과 이에 접한 주조금속과는 응고후 별도로 분리할 수 있으며, 양자가 서로 융합해서는 안될 것이다. 이에 반하여 융접의 경우에는 금형속에 있는 용 융금속과 금형이라고 볼 수 있는 모재용융부단면과는 완전히 융합되어야 할 것이다. 금형주조 부분의 응고에서는 금형에 접한 주조금속이 열적과냉각(Thermal Supercooling)을 받아 그 내부에 결정핵이 생성되어 이것이 성장하는 과정을 거칠 것이다. 그러나 융접의 경우에는 일반적으로 용융금속과 모재와는 통일계통의 재료이므로 용융금속에 접한 모재부분 자신이 종자결정(Seed Crystal)와 같은 역할을 하여 용융금속내에 새로히 결정핵을 생성함이 없이 이 위에서 직접 결 정성장이 연행되는 것이다. 이것을 Epitaxial Growth라는 하나 이것이 용접부의 응고에서의 큰 특정인 것이다. 주조, 용접 공히 열절과냉각에 의한 응고의 초기단계를 거치면 합금인 경우 그 후의 응고과정은 주로 조성적 과냉각(Constitutional Supercooling)에 따르게 될 것이다. 이 기 회에 Epitaxy에 관해서 간단히 설명하고저 한다.

AlN (Aluminum Nitride) crystal which could be used to substrates for UV LEDs was grown by PVT ((Physical Vapor Transport) method. 3 inch AlN single crystal with a thickenss of 4 mm was grown using Polycrystalline seed for 120 hours. In this report, a result of 3 inch polycrystalline bulk AlN growth behavior using large size crucible and growth condition were reported.
