임팩트 투자(impact investment)는 사회적 가치와 재무적 이익을 동시에 추구하는 소셜벤처에 투자하는 행위이다. 그동안 국내에서는 정부 주도로 임팩트 투자 생태계가 조성되고 성장하였다. 선순환 투자 생태계를 위해서는 소셜벤처가 가지는 사회혁신의 가치와 임팩트 투자의 연계가 중요하다. 사회적 형평과 시장의 효율의 두 가치 중심으로 수요와 공급이 맞는 임팩트 투자에 대한 이해가 필수적이다. 특히, 임팩트 투자 지원정책과 투자가 공공에서 민간으로 확대되는 시점에서 임팩트 투자의사 결정요인을 규명하는 차별화된 접근이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 임팩트 투자의사 결정요인을 분석하고 우선순위를 도출하고자 하였다. 먼저 문헌분석을 통해 투자 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고 임팩트 투자 심사역을 대상으로 자문·설문조사를 수행한 뒤, 델파이 기법을 적용하여 주요 투자의사 결정요인을 도출하였다. 다음으로는 임팩트 투자 심사역 10명을 대상으로 AHP분석을 실시하여 투자의사 결정요인의 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 상위요인의 중요도는 시장-창업가(팀)-제품·서비스-재무의 순서로 확인되었으며, 세부요인의 중요도는 '시장의 경쟁강도 및 진입장벽-시장성장 및 확장 가능성-팀의 전문성 및 역량-신시장 창출 가능성-영업활동 및 고객관리-창업가의 신뢰성 및 진정성의 순서로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 임팩트 투자에 대한 지원정책과 투자가 공공에서 민간으로 확대되는 시점에서 고유한 투자의사 결정요인을 규명하여 투자를 희망하는 이해관계자들에게 기초 자료를 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to find out the dance sports athlete's factor that presents performance problems and performance enhancing for competitions. To achieve purpose of study carried out open-ended question and structural inquiry of succession in the dance sports athlete of 25 people, the open-ended questions data were examined through inductive content analysis procedure, conducted preliminary investigation to 100 people. Preliminary investigation and main survey were verified to the dance sports athlete of 137 people through exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted. On the basis of the results, the conclusions were drawn as follows; First, hinders factors to athletic performance is discord with partner, condition, contest environment, limit of physical strength, limit of economic strength. Second, the measurement scale of dance sports athlete's performance enhancing to competition with 23 items which are consisted of 7 main factors. The determination factors of dance sports athlete performance were partnership, ability to invest, spiritual factors, training factors, ability of physical factors, the leader, environment of competition.

본 연구는 가계의 저축운용형태에 따라 가계저축유형을 분류하며 또한 각 저축유형 의 결정요인을 규명하고자 하였다. 분석을 위하여 국민은행이 실시한 1990년도 가계금융이 용실태조사 자료를 이용하였다. 군집분석에 의해 가계저축의 유형을 분류하였으며 가계저축 유형에 대한 결정요인을 찾기 위하여 로짓분석을 사용하였다. 가계적축은 상이한 5개의 유 형으로 분류하였으며 각 유형은 그에 해당하는 가계 저축행태의 특징에 근거하여 수익추구형, 안전지향형, 지역밀착형, 인간관계중시형 및 유비무환형으로 명명하였다. 가계저축유형별 결정요인을 유형에 따라 다소 차이를 보였으나 가계소득, 가구주의 직업, 가구주의 학력이 가장 중요한 결정요인 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to validate scale of deteminants for watching Korean traditional music performances to activate the market by procuring and increasing Korean traditional music performance consumers that exhibit generally low preference in the performance market. Accordingly, FGI was conducted on seven employees and professionals in the arts and cultural sector and then open survey results were categorized into eight factors and a total of sixty-five items using the KJ method to find the viewing decision factors per consumer type of Korean traditional music performances. Afterwards, a six-factor and thirty-five items were extracted after conducting an exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to verify the structural appropriateness, and then the feasibility of the composition of Korean traditional music performance viewing decision factor scale was verified. Results of the analysis showed that first, for general Korean adults making decisions to view Korean traditional music performances, there was positive impact in the order of interest-creating factors, fame and talent factors, emotional and information factors, creativity factors, reasonable price factors, and social relation factors. Second, the general tendency of decision factors to view Korean traditional music performances showed relatively high levels in reasonable price factors and interest-creating factors among the Korean traditional music performance viewing decision factors, while emotional and information factors were found to be relatively low.

글로벌화가 진전된 산업의 경우에는 세계산업 내지 세계시장 요인이 현지시장 내지 현지산업 요인보다 더 중요한 ADR과 원주 수익률의 결정요인으로 실증된다. 원주의 움직임에 대해서는 대체로 현지산업, 현지시장 요인, 세계시장 요인, 세계산업 요인순으로 설명력이 높게 나타난 반면, 글로벌화가 진전된 산업의 기업 원주에 대해서는 세계시장 또는 세계산업 요인, 현지시장 또는 현지산업 요인 순으로 설명력이 높다. ADR의 움직임은 대체로 세계시장 요인, 현지산업 요인, 현지시장 요인, 환율 요인, 세계산업 요인, 미국산업 요인, 미국시장 요인 순으로 설명되는 반면, 글로벌화가 진전된 산업의 경우에는 세계시장 또는 세계산업 요인, 환율 요인, 현지산업 요인, 현지시장 요인 순으로 설명력이 높다. 한편, 원주와 ADR간에 수익률과 변동성은 모두 상호관련성이 높고, 원주 수익률을 설명하는 요인과 동일 외국기업의 ADR을 설명하는 요인은 대체로 일치한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between recreation specialization of bicycle riders and purchase decision factors for bicycle products. A total of 351 respondents were selected using the stratified sampling method. From the statistical analyses, two meaningful results were extracted. First, there were significant difference in specialization sub-factors and purchase decision factors on the base of demographical characteristics. Specially, riding club participants were most different from non-participants in all factors. Second, some specialization sub-factors influenced some purchase decision factors positively, or negatively. In special, emotional specialization had positive effects most significantly on many factors of purchase decision. Cognitive specialization, however, had no any effect on purchase decision factors. Moreover, behavioral specialization had negative effects on some purchase decision factors.

COVI-19 이후 콜드체인 시스템의 중요성이 증가함과 함께 냉동물류센터에 대한 중요성도 부각되고 있다. 향후 냉동물류센터의 양적·질적 팽창은 불가피하며 그에 따른 위치선정의 중요성도 커지고 있다. 하지만, 대다수의 국내 냉동물류센터는 단순보관의 역할 위주에, 도심이나 주요도로와 멀리 떨어져 있고, 노후화의 문제를 가지고 있다. 또한 냉동물류센터는 에너지 소비가 많은 만큼 위치선정에 따른 비용문제도 큰 영향을 미친다. 따라서 본 연구는 AHP를 활용하여 부산 경남 냉동 물류 센터의 위치 경쟁력 결정 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 시설요인, 서비스 요인, 위치 요인, 그리고 비용 요인의 네 가지 영역과 이를 세부적으로 나누어 19개의 항목을 계층화하여 상대적 중요도를 평가하였다. 연구결과는 냉동물류센터의 입지결정요인과 기존에 냉동물류센터에 요구되던 기본적인 요소에 입지경쟁력 분석을 위한 우선 순위를 계층화하였다. 비용요인이 국내 냉동물류센터 입지경쟁력의 결정요인 중 가장 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 실제 시설인프라와 물류연결성은 관련 업종 근무자들이 가장 민감하게 받아들이는 사항이기도 하며 새로운 냉동물류센터의 도입 시에도 필수적으로 참고가 되어야할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구는 냉동물류센터 종사자 및 관련업계 종사자들이 어떠한 요인을 냉동물류센터의 입지경쟁력 결정요인으로 비중 있게 고려하고 있는지를 도출하였고, 향후 입지경쟁력 향상을 위한 전략적 시사점을 제공한다.

This study aimed to expand and reconstruct the Driving Behavior Determinants' factors in order to confirm the relationship between Driving Behavior Determinants(DBD) and drivers' reckless driving behavior level. To expand the structure of DBD, drivers anger, introversion and type A characteristics were added, which were never considered as related factors in existing DBD studies before. The correlations between the new factors of DBD and reckless driving behavior(includes driver's personal records of driving experiences for the last three years) were verified. A factor analysis result showed us that new DBD questionnaire consists of five factors such as, 'Problem Evading', 'Benefits/Sensation Seeking', 'Anti-personal Anxiety', 'Anti-personal Anger', and 'Aggression'. Also, reckless driving behavior consists of 'Speeding', 'Inexperienced Coping', 'Wild Driving', 'Drunken Driving', and 'Distraction'. The result of correlation between the DBD and reckless driving behavior indicates that inappropriate level of DBD is highly correlated with dangerous driving behavior and strong possibilities of traffic accidents. Based on these results, we might be able to discriminate drivers according to DBD level and predict their reckless driving behavior through a standardization procedure. Futhermore, this will make us to provide drivers differentiated safety education service.

시장균형상태(市場均衡狀態)의 조건(條件)하에서 주식의 기대수익률을 설명할 수 있는 가격결정(價格決定) 요인(要因)이 무엇을 의미하는가를 규명하는 일은 증권시장을 설명하기 위한 중요한 과제이다. 본 논문의 연구 목적은 재정가격결정모형(栽定價格決定模型)을 적용하여 주식수익률에 대한 요인(要因)을 분석(分析)하고, 최적 포트폴리오 구성 주식수와 유의적인 가격결정 요인 및 이들이 설명하는 경제적(經濟的) 의미(意味)를 찾는데 있다. 특히 ML방식의 요인분석 과정에서 헤이우드 상황(狀況)(Heywood case)을 확인하고 정밀한 요인(要因)의 추정을 위하여 이를 제거하였으며, 헤이우드 상황(狀況)이 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 실증분석(實證分析) 결과(結果) 요인분석에서 최적 포트폴리오 구성 주식수는 35개이며, 이때의 가격결정(價格決定) 요인수(要因數)는 $2{\sim}3$개 정도이다. 그리고 주식의 가격결정요인으로 일관성 있게 설명하는 경제변수(經濟變數)로는 종합주가지수, 산업생산성지수, 실업률지수, 기업소규모지수 등이다. 그리고 Heywood case 발생 표본은 균형모형 설정에 교란요인이 됨을 검증하였다.

이 연구는 사회적 돌봄정책의 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 서울시 공무원들의 인식조사를 통하여 결정요인의 타당성을 검증해 보았다. 검증결과에 의하면, 서울시 공직자들은 현재의 사회적 돌봄정책의 지출이 미흡하다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 금액의 부족에도 불구하고 정책의 우선순위에 있어서는 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었다. 이는 사회적 돌봄정책이 긍정적으로 성장하였을 뿐만 아니라, 향후에도 중요한 정책분야가 될 것임을 시사하고 있다. 또한 정책결정요인에 대한 인식조사에서는 시민사회요인과 인구사회요인이 중요하게 나타나고 있어, 수요측면에 대한 정책적 관심이 요구된다. 한편, 지방 정부 공무원들은 정부의 정책적 방향이나 지방정부의 재정능력이 중요하다고 인식하고 있어, 정책수요와 정책공급에 대한 인지부조화 현상이 발생할 가능성을 확인할 수 있다.
