This study investigated a utilization deficiency phase in the situation of children's acquiring mnemonic strategies in which children successfully execute a strategy but the strategy does not facilitate memory performance. This study examined spontaneous acquisition of elaboration strategy among 5th grade children in the learning of noun pairs for 5 sessions. Participants were tested in memory task using different list of word pairs in each session. Results showed that children increased the use of elaboration strategy significantly in 5 sessions but they did not gain benefit in recall. When the word pairs were associated, the use of elaboration strategy was significantly increased but children did not gain benefit in recall. This results were discussed in terms of utilization deficiency.

본 연구에서는 자동차보험 회사의 고객센터 상담사를 대상으로 감정노동과 심리적 소진의 관계를 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 고객센터 상담사들은 감정노동의 표면화 행위보다는 내면화 행위에 대한 스트레스가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리적 소진은 개인의 특성에 따라 차이를 보였다. 정서적 고갈은 여성 상담사일수록, 개인적 성취감 결여는 고졸일수록, 1일 전화응대시간이 8시간 초과할수록, 월평균가계소득이 낮을수록 더욱 높아지는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 상담사의 개인특성과 감정노동이 심리적 소진에 미치는 영향력을 알아본 결과, 감정노동의 표면화 행위가 높을수록 정서적 고갈을 증가시켰고, 월평균 가계소득이 높을수록 정서적 고갈을 감소시켰다. 개인적 성취감 결여는 감정노동의 표면화 행위가 높을수록, 1일 전화 응대시간이 많을수록, 높아지는 경향을 보였으며, 월평균 가계소득이 높을수록, 감정노동의 내면화 행위가 많을수록 개인적 성취감 결여는 감소되는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

The quality characteristics and antioxidant activity of three kinds of tofu made from lipoxygenase (LOX)-free genotypes soybeans were compared to the Taekwang (LOX-present) tofu as the control. The mineral contents of Jinyang tofu were significantly higher than those of the control. The hardness and gumminess of tofu made from LOX-free genotypes were significantly higher than those of the control. Gaechuck#2 tofu showed higher sensory evaluation results than the other kinds of tofu in terms of taste, flavor and overall acceptability. The total isoflavone contents were higher in the LOX-free genotypes than in the control. The total phenol content was similar for the Gaechuck#1, #2 and Taekwang tofu. The flavonoid content was higher in Gaechuck#1 and #2 tofu than in the control. The antioxidant activities were the highest in Gaechuck#1 tofu, followed by the Gaechuck#2. During the 15-day storage at $4^{\circ}C$, the turbidity of the immersing water tended to increase, but Gaechuck#1 and #2 tofu were significantly lower than in the control after 15-day storage. Therefore it is suggested that Gaechuck#2 tofu could be the suitable genotype for tofu products because it is the most effective in terms of overall acceptability, antioxidant activity, and storage stability.

우리나라의 외식산업은 경제적 안정을 통한 소득수준 증대, 여성의 사회진출 및 맞벌이 세대의 증가, 건강식에 대한 소비자 욕구 증대 등 사회, 경제, 문화적 요인이 복합적으로 작용하여 다양한 컨셉의 외식업소들이 등장하기 시작하였고, 양적인 면에서 급속한 성장을 해 오고 있다. 그러나 외식업 경영주의 경영면에서의 전략적 사고와 정보의 부재, 서비스 마인드 결여, 높은 종업원 이직율과 전문인력 부족, 연구풍토의 결여 및 과다한 출혈 경쟁 등으로 인하여 외식산업은 질적인 면에서 많은 취약점을 드러내고 있다. (중략)

본 논문에서는 전송계층에서의 안전한 통신을 위한 사실상의 표준으로서 자리를 잡고 있는 Secure Sockets Layer(SSL)와 Transport Layer Security(TLS)의 Handshake 프로토콜 취약성을 평가하기 위한 평가 도구를 제안한다. SSL/TLS Handshake 프로토콜 고유의 취약성과는 달리 구현 제품들에서의 문제점으로 인하여 보안성이 결여될 수 있다. 현재 SSL/TLS를 구현한 제품들이 다양하게 구현되어 있으나 구현과정에서 벤더나 프로그래머에 따라 SSL/TLS Handshake 프로토콜 고유의 취약성들이 다르게 표출될 수 있으므로 본 논문에서는 이들 구현제품들의 문제점으로 인한 보안성 결여를 평가하기 위한 도구를 개발한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the problems faced by students in sub-microscopic representation of acid-base reactions. Herein, we selected 30 students of 12^th grade science classes, who had studied various acid-base models. In order to investigate the sub-microscopic representation ability of the students, we developed nine items related to various contexts, such as one type of solute and solvent, two types of solutes and solvent, cases with water as solvent or with nonaqueous solvents. For all items, we consistently observed lack of concept of chemical change. In context of aqueous and nonaqueous solutions, the frequency of lack of concept of chemical bonding was high if ammonia was the solute or solvent. Moreover, the frequency of lack of concept related to the degree of electrolytic dissociation was high. Therefore, chemistry teachers should understand that students' ability to sub-microscopic representation of acid-base reactions can be enhanced by analyzing the difficulties faced by the students in solving diverse acid-base problems.

This study is to investigate and analyze on the status and problems of knowledge & information contents management in the financial institution of Korea. The domain of research was made of user library, and archives management. The result of the study was as follows: 1) to provided knowledge & information contents on user. 2) to generated the problems on utilization and production knowledge & information contents as the lack of understanding 3) to had little understanding on knowledge information share and management. For example, to differ archives management and library. So, the researcher proposed an active programs on the above problems.
