Storytelling is a form of arts and a very effective way of school readiness for illiterate preschoolers. Although storytelling programs for preschoolers have been in high increase in Korea, the programs currently operating in Korean public libraries have not been well received by the public because of the lack of understanding of the Public and unsystematic operation of the program. The purpose of this study is to draw out effective ways to reform the storytelling programs for Preschoolers of Korean Public libraries through comparativeanalysis with those of American public libraries. Analytical approaches were discussed with the four essential elements for storytelling program : program, children's librarian, preschooler, and library environment.

The aim of this study was to development a program to improve the positive psychological capital of university students and its effects. The program to improve the positive psychological capital of university students was developed based on the systemic counseling program development model. For this purpose, the program to improve the positive psychological capital was carried out a total of 6 times (90 minutes per session) once a week for 24 university students at "C"university located in Gangwon-do, which was divided into 2 groups. In this study, the data were collected through a pretest and a posttest and, data analysis was performed using SPSS 20.0 ver. Based on the results, the program to improve the positive psychology capital was effective in increasing the positive psychology capital. Finally, the implications of the results, as well as the significance and limitations of the present study are discussed.

To meet the needs of societies that have been suggesting that practical competency is the key factor in the economies and societies of the 21st century, OECD developed the Program for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC). The purpose of this study is to critically review the contents of adult competency in PIAAC upon the premise that the validity of the contents of adult competency must be assessed before setting up any national strategies to develop adult competency. First, this study points out that the contents of adult competency in PIAAC seem insufficient to objectively measure cognitive and practical competency of adults. Second, the contents of adult competency in PIAAC assess only observable and measurable individual knowledge and functions, despite the fact that adult competency must be viewed as collective competency where various aspects of proficiencies are closely interconnected. Third, the contents of adult competency in PIAAC do not take the nature of humans into consideration: it assesses human beings based only on observable human behaviors. In conclusion, this study maintains that we need to discuss the adult competency that matches well with the societal and industrial needs of Korea and to critically review the validity of any measures assessing adult competency.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of standardized oral health care program by dental hygiene school students. Target population was 100 University students who attended standardized oral health care program by a dental hygiene school students. Present study was conducted during first and second semester in 2011 at E dental hygiene school. We analysed students' oral health related knowledge, attitude, behavior, and self-oral hygiene care ability after the program. Univariate analysis, Chi-square test and paired t-test were conducted using SAS version 9.2. University students' who attended standardized oral health care program by dental hygiene school students oral health related knowledge, attitude, behavior, and self oral-hygiene care ability were significantly improved whether they have attended oral health related lectures or not(p<.05). It is recommended provide standardized oral health care program to university students by dental hygiene school students to promote their oral health related knowledge, attitude, behavior, and self-oral hygiene care ability.

This study is to verify the development process and effectiveness of a learning strategy program for junior college students. The necessity and feasibility of learning strategy programs for junior college students were confirmed and reviewed through prior studies, and the program development process was divided into four stages: program planning, program development, program execution, and program evaluation, and integrated into program development management. In the first stage of program planning, the development direction, goals and objectives were set. In the second stage of program development, prior research analysis, content selection, program organization, and evaluation plan were conducted. In the third stage of execution, the program was executed, and in the fourth stage of evaluation, program evaluation was conducted to develop the program. In order to verify the effectiveness of the program, the test was conducted using the learning strategy diagnostic scale for junior college students to collect data, and the effectiveness was verified for the pre-, post-, and post-test scores.

이 글의 앞부분에서는 소각로 관련 선진기술 중에서 소각 연소실부분에 대한 내용을 검토하고, 저공해화를 위한 연소실을 설계할 때 고려해야 할 인자들을 도출한다. 이러한 설계인자들에 대한 정량적인 평가는 설계개념 확인 및 설계인자의 검토를 위한 연소, 유동, 열전달 등 실험실 규모의 실험과 열유동의 전산해석 기법을 활용하여 설계변수의 최적화를 통해 이루어진다. 이 글에서는 컴퓨터. 프로그램을 사용하는 전산유동해석, 축소 모형장치를 사용하는 실험 등 열유동 해석법과 고형 폐기물의 연소특성을 분석하는 실험적.이론적 접근법을 소개한다.

본 논문은 통행 기·종점 및 교통수단선택의 문제를 교통망 평형모형과 종합하여 이를 하나의 최적화 문제로 구성하는 방법 및 그의 실제응용 방법을 제시, 검토하였다. 두 가지의 행태적 특성, 즉 교통비용을 최소화하려는 사용자 평형과 통행 기·종점 및 교통수 단 등의 선택에 있어 어느 수준의 상호교류를 유지하려고 하는 엔트로피 극대화 현상이 병 애되어 최적화 문제를 형성하게 된다. 본 연구의 목적은 이의 체계적 구성과 아울러 이를 여러 도시에서 설치, 사용되고 있는 개재의 UTPS프로그램과 종합시킴으로써 개재의 대한 데이터베이스를 사용케하고 실제응용을 단순화 시키는데 있다. 개발된 모형과 방법은 시카 고 지역의 자료를 이용하여 그 타당성이 검토되었다.

화재시뮬레이션과 피난시뮬레이션은 일반화 되어있으나 이들을 모두 고려한 통합 시뮬레이션의 모델은 잘 알려진 바 없다. 피난은 화재 상황의 영향을 받으나 그 역은 성립한다고 볼 수 없으므로 통합시뮬레이션은 화재시뮬레이션의 결과 데이터를 피난시뮬레이션에 적용하는 형태가 될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 화재시뮬레이션의 결과가 피난상황에 영향을 주는 시뮬레이션을 수행하기 위한 방안과, 그를 위한 피난시뮬레이션 프로그램에서 필수적인 기능과 고려할 사항에 대하여 기본적 경로변경 시나리오를 예로 들어 검토해 본다.

HEATCON은 80컬럼을 사용할 수 있는 APPLE II용으로 BASIC용어를 사용한 과도 열전도 해석 프로그램이며, 사용자와 대화식으로 되어 있어서 사용자가 열전도의 기본개념을 이해하고 있으면 별도의 설명서가 없어도 화면에 나타나는 지시를 따라서 사용할 수 있다. HEATCON은 개발후 마사츄세츠 대학교에서 열전달 과목을 수강하는 학생들에게 한 학기동안 시험적으로 사 용토록 하여 검토 되었으며 이때 발견된 문제점들이 모두 해결 되었다. 소프트웨어의 개발에서 이러한 시험사용을 통한 검토는 매우 중요하며, 개발자가 예상하지 못했던 문제점들이 발견되는 경우가 많이 발생한다.

핵연료집합체 검증 프로그램의 일환으로 본 연구에서는 지진과 배과파단이 핵연료집합체의 건선성에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다 원자로 노심의 상세 동적해석을 이용하여 지진 및 배과파단시 핵연료 집합체에 발생하는 전단력 굽힘 모우멘트 및 변위를 계산하였고 또한 집합체를 지지하고 있는 지지격자체의 충격력을 검토하였다 이들 하중에 대한 핵연료집합체의 응력해석을 수행하여 사고조건하에서의 구조적 건전성에 대하여 언급하였고 추후 설계시 고려할 사항을 제시하였다.
