This study was carried out to examine the calculations including the ease amount for bodice pattern. The conclusions were as follows. The areas that were required the ease amount were the horizontal reference line, armhole depth, back & front width. According to this result the calculations including the ease amount were obtained as follows: B/2+4.1cm for horizontal reference line, B/6+6.8 cm for armhole depth, B/6+3.9 cm for the half of back width, B/6+2.3 cm for the half of front width, B/4+4.3 cm for bust point length.

The purpose of this study is to set a policy that can be specifically promoted according to the recently announced domestic equipment industry fostering strategy, and to suggest a plan that can be implemented. As a plan to foster the equipment industry, a new technology certification system and a new technology test and verification area operation and vitalization plan were set as alternatives. And a survey was conducted on companies conducting R&D to derive specific demand and introduction plans. As a result of the survey, it was found that there was a high demand for the use of new technology certification systems and testing and verification area. Also demonstration in connection with port equipment, testing and evaluation in connection with accredited verification agency, and preparation of dedicated agencies were derived to foster the equipment industry. Based on this, this study suggests a new technology certification system specialized for port equipment was established and a plan to institutionalize. In addition, in connection with the survey results and certification system, the basic functions and roles of the new technology testing and verification area was established. For future activation, incentives with effective certificates such as exemption of certification costs and issuance of performance confirmation certificates are needed, and efficient operation and management through dedicated organization and certification center were suggested.

현행 우리나라의 검사제도는 사업장의 자율관리 능력을 고려하지 않고, 설비의 노후화 및 위험도와 무관하게 획일화된 방식으로 적용하여 설비의 안전성을 확보하지 못할 뿐만 아니라 정기 및 자체 검사를 병행하여 많은 불편이 있다. 따라서 사업장의 불편을 해소하고, 설비의 안전성과 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 위험기반검사(risk based inspection, RBI)를 국내 실정에 적합하게 도입하기 위하여 사업장, 정부 및 관련 기관에서 향후 추진해야할 방향에 대하여 분석하였다. 국내에서 위험기반검사 제도가 정착될 수 있기 위해서는 먼저 법적 근거가 마련되어야 하며, 법적 제도가 마련되면 사업장에서 RBI를 적용 시 이를 검증하고, 관리할 수 있는 인증기구의 설치가 필요하다. 또한 위험기반검사를 수행하는 사업장에 대해서는 공정안전이행수준과 같은 위험기반검사 이행수준평가를 도입하고, 차등 적용하여 사업장을 관리하는 것이 바람직하다.

본 연구는 미래에 창업을 하고자하는 예비창업자에게 창업의도의 방향을 제시하기 위해 창업을 하기 전 자신을 알게 하고 정부지원과 교육의 필요성, 중요성을 일깨워주는 연구로 실증적으로 조사 규명하였다. 향후 예비창업자에게 창업준비를 충분히 하여 실패를 줄이고 정부지원제도의 지원체계가 복잡하지 않은 효율적인 제도가 되길 시사점으로 제시하였다. 실증 분석의 대상은 인천지역 직장으로 고용에 불안한 비정규직과 퇴직을 앞둔 남녀로 조사 258개 데이터로 사용 하였으며 창업을 하고 싶지만 자신감이 부족하고 실패에 대한 불안감으로 시작을 못하였다는 점으로 미루어보아 의미 있는 조사 분석이였다. 측정도구의 신뢰도 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 실시 카이저 (Kaiser Rule) 규칙이 있는 베리맥스(Varimax)직각회전을 이용한 주성분 요인분석을 사용하였다. 가설검증 결과 예비창업자의 심리적 특성, 창업준비 특성이 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 창업교육 조절효과 분석 결과는 창업준비 기간과 창업의도 간에 조절효과가 나타났다. 개인적 특성에 따른 창업의도는 창업준비 특성에서 차이가 보여 졌다. 본 연구는 예비창업자로서 창업의도에 창업자로서 특성을 갖추어 성공적인 창업을 준비하고 정부지원제도에 필요한 자료로 제시하고자 한다.

"과학관의 설립 운영 및 육성에 관한 법률"에 의거하여 정식으로 등록된 전국의 국 공 사립 과학관은 2012년을 기점으로 100개를 넘었고 현재는 170여개 기관이 이른다. 해당 법률에서 규정하는 과학관은 국민들의 과학기술에 대한 이해증진 및 어린이와 청소년들의 과학에 대한 탐구심 함양, 과학문화의 대중화 등 과학문화 확산의 한 축으로 활용이 되고 있다. 과학관은 등록 요건에 따라 '종합과학관'과 '전문과학관'으로 분류를 하며 특히 전문과학관의 경우 과학의 여러 분야 중 한가지의 주제를 선정하여 그 주제에 맞는 전시물과 프로그램들을 운영하고 있다. 특히 천문과 우주를 테마로 한 과학관은 2009년 세계 천문의해를 기점으로 건립이 가속화 되었고 그 비중은 전체 과학관 중에 상당 부분을 차지하고 있다. 하지만 이에 대한 정확한 통계와 분류가 미흡하고 해당 기관들 상호간에 제대로 된 협력체계가 미비한 현실이다. 이와 유사한 박물관, 미술관, 도서관의 경우 과학관과 마찬가지로 해당 학문에 대한 홍보와 대중화를 위해 관련 법률이 마련되어 있는데 이들의 경우 관련분야에 종사하는 전공자들에 대한 별도의 자격제도와 해당 기관에서의 지위를 부여받은 것과는 상당한 차이를 보이고 있어 이들 법률의 비교를 통하여 각 기관들의 설립목적과 운영취지, 자격제도 등을 알아보고 천문우주 과학전공자들에 대한 객관적인 검증제도 도입 및 과학관 건립시 그들을 채용할 수 있는 객관적인 근거를 마련해 보고자 한다.

정보화 사회에서 정보보호는 다소 불편하지만 정보를 이용하기 위하여 꼭 필요한 핵심기반 기술로 발전되어 왔다. 최근의 대부분의 IT 제품은 적어도 하나이상의 정보보호서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 정보보호서비스를 구현하기 위하여서 암호알고리즘 및 암호서비스가 구현되어야만 한다. 물론 컴퓨터 보안의 액세스 제어를 사용하는 안전한 운영체제 참조 모니터와 같이 정보의 주. 객체사이의 흐름을 관장하는 보호서비스는 별도로 하더라도, 시스템으로의 로그인만 하더라도 암호알고리즘의 사용은 피할 수 없는 필수적인 기능중의 하나이다. 따라서 암호서비스는 정보보호제품에 있어서 가장 중요하고 핵심적인 기본기능이 되었으며, 그 중요성을 감안하여 선진 제외국의 경우에는 국가에서 지정한 신뢰기관에서 알고리즘 구현에 대한 안전성 평가 및 암호 알고리즘을 사용한 암호모듈의 적합성 평가를 실시하고 있다. 본 논문은 정보보호 제품에 대한 안전성을 평가해 제품의 신뢰성을 높이고, 기술의 향상을 유도하는 국외의 정보보호 제품에 대한 평가 프로그램인 암호모듈 검증 정책을 연구한다. 또한 유사한 제도인 CC와의 비교를 통해 다가오는 국제 표준에 대비하여, 국내 정보보호 제품 보호와 기술보호를 위해 선진외국의 제도, 기술, 현황분석 및 국제 암호제도 공조체계 구축을 위한 기반을 제공코자 한다.

As a result of analysis are as follows, First T-test and logistic regression has found explanatory with stastical significance about CURRENT, RNPS, and DEPT. This paper examines the effect of unique underwriter lockup on the initial returns of an initial public offering (IPO) in the Korean Securities Dealers Automated Quotation (KOSDAQ). Underwriter lockup induces underwriters to underprice IPOs and stabilize aftermarket prices. The inducement is explored with respects to the mixtures of distributions of the initial returns consistent with underpricing and stabilization. Whether the inducement is meaningful when other factors are controlled is also explored. These explorations provide evidence that underwriter lockup leads to more positive average initial returns in the three aftermarket months.

비침투보안은 암호모듈 검증제도와 CC 평가 등에서 암호 시스템이 만족해야 하는 보안 요구사항 중 하나이다. 최근 미국 CMVP 제도는 기존 FIPS 140-2 기반의 시험기준을 ISO/IEC 19790, 24759 기반의 FIPS 140-3으로 변경하고 있으며, 2020년 9월 22일부터 실제 시험에 적용할 예정이다. 이러한 변화와 더불어 ISO/IEC 19790, 24759의 비침투공격 보안 요구사항에 대한 구체적인 시험 방법, 시험 도구 요구사항, 시험 도구 설정 방식 등에 관한 표준이 ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27에 의해 ISO/IEC 17825와 20085-1, 2으로 각각 발간 혹은 표준 제정 진행중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 비침투보안 시험방법론과 관련된 ISO 표준인 ISO/IEC 17825와 20085-1, 2를 통해 비침투공격 시험방법론 표준화 동향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

This study is a pilot operation roadmap for the introduction of the co-pilot qualification (MPL) system, and the introduction of the MPL system in Korea is a new pilot education and qualification system based on competency. Therefore, it may be difficult to prepare for various matters such as securing initial regulations, securing training businesses or trainees, and establishing training infrastructure, so the roadmap necessary for pilot operation is very important for the successful introduction of the MPL system. In order to secure a training program and qualification system with proven MPL systems in the domestic aviation market, the government and aviation industry members will jointly participate to highlight the importance of a pilot operation roadmap for the domestic flight environment.
