A Multiple Signature Authentication System Based on BioAPI for WWW (웹상의 BioAPI에 기반한 서명 다중 인증 시스템)

  • Biometric authentication is rising technology for the security market of the next generation. But most of biometric systems are developed using only one of various biological features. Recently, there is a vigorous research for the standardization of various biometric systems. In this paper, we propose a web-based authentication system using three other verifiers based on functional, parametric, and structural approaches for one biometrics of handwritten signature, which is conformable to a specification of BioAPI introduced by BioAPI Consortium for a standardization of biometric technology. This system is developed with a client-server structure, and clients and servers consist of three layers according to the BioAPI structure. The proposed neb-based multiple authentication system of one biometrics can be used to highly increase confidence degree of authentication without additional several biological measurements, although rejection rate is a little increased. That is, the false accept rate(FAR) decreases on the scale of about 1:40,000, although false reject rate(FRR) increases about 2.7 times in the case of combining above three signature verifiers. So the proposed approach can be used as an effective identification method on the internet of an open network. Also, it can be easily extended to a security system using multimodal biometrics.

  • Mobile devices become more complex and harder to manage due to the advance of technologies. In this paper, we designed and implemented the DM Agent based on OMA(Open Mobile Alliance) DM(Device Management) which is a standard for mobile device management. The proposed DM Agent basically can manage parameter configuration through the commands ADD, DELETE, REPLACE and GET currently. Each module of the agent was designed and implemented separately for additional functions such as error reporting and software management. So the additional functions can be added by modifying Adaptor part which processes the management commands instead of modifying other modules which analyze or generate management commands. The DM Agent proposed in this paper is implemented based on WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability), therefore portability of the agent can be improved. In addition, this research can give a development example for dissenminating OMA DM as well as verify functional compatibility of WIPI platform. SK WIPI SDK and a Funambol DM test server are used to test operations of the implemented DM Agent.

  • 무선 브로드캐스트 환경에서는 모바일 클라이언트의 제한된 배터리와 클라이언트에서 서버로의 제한된 상향 대역폭 등의 문제로 기존의 동시성 제어 기법을 그대로 사용할 수 없다. 이런 문제를 해결하고자 많은 동시성 제어 기법들이 연구되어 왔는데, 지금까지 제안된 기법들은 편향된 데이터의 접근 패턴을 반영한 브로드캐스트 환경을 고려하지 못하고 있다. 무선 브로드캐스트 환경에서 서버는 일반적으로 모바일 클라이언트의 접근 패턴을 고려하여 편향된 접근 빈도를 갖는 데이터 아이템을 브로드캐스트 한다. 본 논문에서는 무선 브로드캐스트 환경에서 편향된 데이터 접근 패턴을 고려한 동시성 제어 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 브로드캐스트 디스크 모델에서 전체 메이저 브로드캐스트 주기마다. 모바일 트랜잭션을 위한 제어 정보를 보내는 것이 아니라 일정한 마이너 브로드캐스트 주기마다. 제어 정보를 전송한다. 이는 접근 빈도가 놓은 데이터가 갱신된 경우 갱신된 내용을 마이너 그룹마다 반영하므로 읽기 전용 트랜잭션이 접근하는 데이터가 최신 정보임을 보장할 뿐만 아니라 갱신 트랜잭션이 최종 검증을 위해서 상향 통신 대역폭을 이용하는 횟수를 줄이고, 보다. 빠른 재실행을 통해 모바일 트랜잭션의 평균 응답시간을 줄여줄 수 있다. 또한 모바일 트랜잭션의 요청이 편향된 경우, 반복적인 트랜잭션의 중단, 재실행으로 인한 성능 저하를 개선하고자 정적 백오프 기법을 이용하여 모바일 트랜잭션 간 충돌 가능성을 줄여준다. 마지막으로 시뮬레이션을 통해 기존의 기법들에 비해 평균 접근 시간, 상향 통신 대역폭 등의 사용량이 현저히 줄어드는 것을 보임으로써 제안하는 기법의 성능을 검증한다.한 평균 access time을 최소화하는 동시에 클라이언트들의 제한된 에너지 소비를 최소화하는데 목적이 있다. 제안기법에 대한 평가는 수학적 분석을 통해 HIDAF 기법과 기존의 브로드캐스트 기법의 성능을 비교 분석한다.하였으나 사료효율은 증진시켰으며, 후자(사양, 사료)와의 상호작용은 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과는 거세비육돈에서 1) androgen과 estrogen은 공히 자발적인 사료섭취와 등지방 침적을 억제하고 IGF-I 분비를 증가시키며, 2) 성선스테로이드호르몬의 이 같은 성장에 미치는 효과의 일부는 IGF-I을 통해 매개될 수도 있을을 시사한다. 약 $70 {\~} 90\%$의 phenoxyethanol이 유상에 존재하였다. 또한, 미생물에 대한 항균력도 phenoxyethanol이 수상에 많이 존재할수록 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 따라서, 제형 내 oil tomposition을 변화시킴으로써 phenoxyethanol의 사용량을 줄일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 피부 투과를 감소시켜 보다 피부 자극이 적은 저자극 방부시스템 개발이 가능하리라 보여 진다. 첨가하여 제조한 curd yoghurt는 저장성과 관능적인 면에서 우수한 상품적 가치가 인정되는 새로운 기능성 신제품의 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료되었다. 여자의 경우 0.8이상이 되어서 심혈관계 질환의 위험 범위에 속하는 수준이었다. 삼두근의 두겹 두께는 남녀 각각 $20.2\pm8.58cm,\;22.2\pm4.40mm$으로 남녀간에 유의한 차이는 없었다. 조사대상자의 식습관 상태는 전체 대상자의 $84.4\%$가 대부분

  • WebRTC has quickly grown to be the world's advanced real-time communication in several platforms such as web and mobile. In spite of the advantage, the current technology in WebRTC does not handle a big-streaming efficiently between peers and a large amount request of users on the Signaling server. Therefore, in this paper, we put our work to handle the problem by delivering the flow of data with dynamical load balancing algorithms. We analyze the request source users and direct those streaming requests to a load balancing component. More specifically, the component determines an amount of the requested resource and available resource on the response server, then it delivers streaming data to the requesting user parallel or alternately. To show how the method works, we firstly demonstrate the load-balancing algorithm by using a network simulation tool OPNET, then, we seek to implement the method into an Ubuntu server. In addition, we compare the result of our work and the original implementation of WebRTC, it shows that the method performs efficiently and dynamically than the origin.

ACE-BIS: A Cost-Effective Bus Information System (ACE-BIS: 최적의 버스 노선을 선택하기 위한 비용 효율적인 알고리즘의 개발)

  • Due to the rapid development in mobile communication technologies, the usage of mobile devices such as cellular phones and PDAs becomes increasingly popular. One of the best ways to maximize the usability of mobile devices is to make them aware of their current locations and the locations of other fixed and mobile objects. In this paper, we propose a cost-effective Bus Information System, ACE-BIS, which utilizes a mobile device to retrieve the bus routes to reach a destination from the current location. To accomplish this task, ACE-BIS maintains a small amount of information on bus stops and bus routes in a mobile device and runs a heuristic routing algorithm based on such information. When a user asks more accurate route information or calls for a 'leave later query', ACE-BIS entrusts the task to a server into which real-time traffic and bus location information is being collected. By separating the roles into a mobile device and a server, ACE-BIS is able to provide bus routes at the lowest cost for wireless communications, without imposing much burden to a server. The results of extensive experiments revealed that ACE-BIS is effective and scalable in most experimental settings.

  • Mobile Collaboration is an enabling technology that makes users share information between mobile devices and various Mobile P2P platforms have been designed and implemented for it. There are, however, few research papers on application of SIP protocol to spatial data sharing on mobile devices. In this paper, SIP based real time sharing framework is proposed to compose a mobile P2P platform on which spatial data can be trans(erred. A new protocol based on WKT and WKB is defined to send and receive spatial objects with SIP MESSAGE method. Base maps such as digital maps and parcel maps can be provided by a map server that is integrated with SIP server after a new SIP session established and client agents are registered. The framework proposed based onSIP enables users to transfer spatial data such as maps and satellite images directly between mobile devices during VoIP based voice call and therefore, mobile applications can be applied in various domains such asforest management and national defense.

  • Excessive memory buffer requirement in continuous media playback is a serious impediment of wide spread usage of on-line multimedia service. Skewed access frequency of available video files provides an opportunity of re-using the date blocks which has been loaded by one session for later usage. We present novel algorithm which minimizes the buffer requirement in multiple sessions of multimedia playbacks. In continuous media playback originated from the disk, a certain amount of memory buffer is required to synchronize asynchronous disk. Read operation and synchronous playback operation. As aggregate playback bandwodth increases, larger amount of buffer needs to be allocated for this synchronization purpose. The focus of this work is to study the asymptotic behavior of the synchronization buffer requirement and to develop an algorithm coping with this excessive buffer requirement under bandwidth congestioon. We argue that in a large scale continuous media server, it may not be necessary to read the blocks for each session directly from the disk. The beauty of our work lies in the fact that it dynamically adapts to disk utilization of the server and finds the optimal way of servicinh the individual sessions while minimizing the overall buffer space requirement. Optimality of the proposed algorithm is shown by proof. The effectiveness and performance of the proposed scheme is examined via simulation.

  • This paper has designed and realized educational ZigBee equipment befitting to the USN environment. In addition, this study has enabled users to exercise operation process for software technology education and to propose software design methods in the process in the USN environment through practice equipment for ZigBee education. As for the development environment of system, Atmega128 process of Atmel is used for CPU; AVR compiler for the debugging environment; C language for firmware development language; and C++ for application program. The system operation process is initiated by coordinator's sensing information reading order from the hyper terminal through a server through the Internet or directly connected; and then delivering it to a terminating device by using ZigBee technology. The terminating device delivers various sensing information to the coordinator which delivers it to a server through the Internet or to a HYPER terminal directly connected to the coordinator. As for the educational course, it is about practices on such ZigBee operation process and relevant programing skills. Regarding it, the communication between coordinator and terminating device is designed by utilizing physical layer of ZigBee protocol, MAC layer and network layer while the communication between server and coordinator is designed by proposing an independent protocol on TCP/IP socket and the protocol processing procedure during sensing data delivery is verified by interpretation.

  • As web-based services are becoming more and more popular, concurrent updates of spatial data should be possible in the web-based environments in order to use the various services. Web-based GIS applications are characterized by large quantity of data providing and these data should be continuously updated according to various user's requirements. Faced with such an enormous data providing system, it is inefficient for a server to do all of the works of updating spatial data requested by clients. Besides, the HTTP protocol used in the web environment is established under the assumption of 'Connectionless'and 'Stateless'. Lots of problems may occur if the scheme of transaction processing based on the LAN environment is directly applied to the web environment. Especially for long transactions of updating spatial data, it is very difficult to control the concurrency among clients and to keep the consistency of the server data. This paper proposes a solution of keeping consistency during updating directly spatial data in the client-side by resolving the Dormancy Region Lock problem caused by the 'Connectionless'and 'Stateless'feature of the HTTP protocol. The RX(Region-eXclusive) lock and the periodically sending of ALIVE_CLIENTi messages can solve this problem. The protocol designed here is verified as effective enough through implementing in the main memory spatial database system, called CyberMap.

  • This research suggests video solutions and efficient implementations for low-budget performances. This study adopts Millumin as a mapping server, which reflects the character of small theatres with a lower budget that doesn't use more than four projectors in a show. By comparing pros and cons of media servers, the study discovers how to employ an appropriate server as well as to participate in a pre-video production stage, which increases the artistry of directing and reduces unnecessary graphics. Meanwhile, with the participation of an interpretive programmer, this study suggests a way to manage the rehearsal time and to increase the artistry of directing. In addition, this study analyses the relationship between the video's visual motive source in the story's development, crisis, climax, twist and the provided narrative based on "Trace U the musical (2018)", by this analyzation, the relationship between storytelling and the video is fully shown. A visual motive is related to the action of actors, the movement of dancers, the music, the lyrics and the lines. Furthermore, the provided narrative confirms that the existence of an actual relationship with the turning point of the plots, characters' emotion, suggestions of sub-plot and the twists of own story. In conclusion, it implies a video of small theatres can not be separated from the probability of the narrative.sh an efficient ad execution strategy that reflected the characteristics of mobile devices.
