아크 금속 용사 표면 처리 방법에 따른 Zn-Al 금속 용사 피막의 물리적 특성 평가 (Evaluation of physical properties of Zn-Al metal coating according to arc metal spray surface treatment method)

  • Arc metal spraying is a widely used method for improving the performance of construction structures such as corrosion resistance and electromagnetic wave shielding. However, when arc metal spraying is applied to a concrete structure, adhesion performance may deteriorate. Therefore, the effect of each surface treatment method on the physical properties between the arc metal spray coating and concrete was reviewed by evaluating the deposition efficiency and adhesion performance according to the arc metal spray surface treatment method (surface reinforcing agent, roughening agent, and sealing agent). As a result, it is suggested as an optimal surface treatment condition to induce non-interface failure by using a roughening agent and to improve the properties of concrete and metal coatings by applying a surface reinforcing agent and sealing agent.

  • Social infrastructure facilities can be destroyed instantly when exposed to EMP (ElectroMagnetic Pulse), causing social chaos. However, concrete structures with low electrical conductivity cannot expect EMP shielding effect. Therefore, in this study, a metal sprayed thin film showing excellent EMP shielding performance was applied to a concrete structure to evaluate the metal spray welding efficiency and adhesion performance of the thin film according to the concrete surface treatment method. As a result according to the concrete surface treatment method, It was confirmed that the use of a roughening agent that generates physical irregularities in order to improve the welding efficiency and adhesion performance increases the physical performance of the concrete and metal sprayed thin film.

  • compared and reviewed the water repellency and strength characteristics by controlling the surface stamping size and fine aggregate ratio of cement mortar mixed with water repellent as a method to control the ecological imitation surface structure. As a result of measuring the contact angle, the higher the ratio of fine aggregate, the larger the contact angle. The contact angle increased when the surface structure was changed by stamping, and increased as the stamping size became smaller. In the surface stamping of mesh#150, the contact angle was particularly increased.

  • 본 논문은 랜드스케이프 어바니즘의 실천적 주제를 통해 점차 도시화되어가는 건축의 실험적 영역의 가능성을 타진해 본다. 대표적인 랜드스케이프 건축가인 제임스 코너의 랜드스케이프 어바니즘의 실천적 주제와 크리스트퍼 지롯과 세바츠찬 바롯의 랜드스케이프 건축의 개념간의 매스릭스 분석을 통해 시간기반프로세스, 표면의 잠재적 영역성, 실천적 방법론 상상력의 주제들이 이미 어바니즘을 넘어 건축의 영역으로 충분히 들어와 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 랜드스케이프 어바니즘 전반적 랜드스케이프 개념의 트레이싱 그리고 건축적 랜드스케이프 개념간의 상호 관계를 드러내는 매트릭스 밀도를 통해 보다 세부적인 주제별 특성들과 전략들을 가늠해 볼 수 있도록 한다. 결과적으로 건축공간내 다양한 사건공간을 만들어 내는 현대건축의 주요한 공간특성을 구성하는 랜드스케이프의 전략은 외부공간으로 확대되어 랜드스케이프 어바니즘으로 연속되어 건축도시공간은 거대한 사건의 장소로 강화된다.

  • This study is to investigate the temperature history over time of the cement mortar to confirm the bubble sheet insulation effect using the heat generat sheet. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the heating effect was 6℃ higher on average than other types of sheets when the heating sheet is attached on the bottom of the double layered bubble sheet. For future research, it is planned to verify the heating performance by using the heating sheet under the same environmental conditions as the heating performance will be verified.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the possibility of estimating optimum surface finish time of the fresh concrete placed at the job site by applying a surface hardness test meter(Durometer). Tests are carried out by measuring and comparing the Penetration resistance test and hardness test by Durometer. Penetration resistance tester and improved Durometer are similar, but the higher the temperature, the higher the setting time, and the higher the correlation was shown. When the hardness value of the improved Durometer is about 50 HD, it is found that the initial and 80 HD represent the end. It is expected that this will be useful in determining the finish time of the surface at the actual site.

  • This study evaluated the vapor pressure and thermal stress of high-strength concrete according to spalling type. As a result, it was confirmed that the internal temperature gradient of the concrete varies depending on the heating rate, and the vapor pressure and thermal stress of the concrete are the main factors of spalling. In addition, it was confirmed that spalling type varies depending on the vapor pressure and thermal stress of the concrete.

  • In this study, the tensile adhesion strength was evaluated according to KS F 4932 to assess the suitability of MMA-based repair materials for concrete roads. Two types of MMA were used. Mortar mock-ups were made and tested for adhesion strength in three different surface conditions: air, water, and salt water. Both showed strengths above the standardized strength of 0.6 MPa. Type B, which has a relatively low adhesion strength, is considered more suitable.
