건축물의 모듀울 설계

  • 모듀울설계는 건축의 공업화생산을 위한 수단으로서, 재래식 설계와는 달리 건축척도조정체계를 사용한 설계방법이다. 본 논문에서는 모듀울설계에 따른 건축계획의 기본적인 개념, 구조설계와의 관계 및 실제 모듀울설계를 구성하는 제요소와 도면에 대하여 설명한다. 건축공업화는 궁국적으로 양산체제를 확립시키기 위한 것이며, 양산체제를 통한 건축부품과 구조의 단순화, 표준화, 조립화에 의해 자재의 절감, 인건비의 절약, 공기의 단축, 품질관리를 도모할 수 있다.

윤증(尹拯) 고택(古宅)과 김기응(金幾應) 가옥(家屋)의 건축척도 비교분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Comparative Analysis of Architectural Scale in Yun, Jeung and Kim, Gi-Ung's Houses)

  • The study analyzed Yun, Jeung and Kim, Gi-Ung's Houses to understand the architectural scales adopted by them by comparing the composition of factors forming the whole architectural space. The result is as follows. Yun, Jeung's House intentionally adopted the normative order from its initial constuction to its completion, and Kim Gi-Ung's House periodically did different architectural scales whenever its anchae was extended. The architectural scale was the basic system to harmonize those houses part and part or part and whole.

조선후기 건축의 표준척도 운용에 관한 기초연구 (A Basic Study on the Standard Scale of Architecture in the Late Joseon Dynasty)

  • This study deals with 8-cheok(ch"), equivalent to 2.4m as the standard scale of architectural module in Korea. 8ch" of Korean module was a unique dimensions compared to other East-Asian architecture. It is inferred that it spread in Joseon Dynasty by the effects of the law which limited the size of buildings and materials according to social rank. 8ch" module was applied to the Palace architecture and the highest grade mansions rather than common and small houses. The application of 8ch" module changed the process of architectural planning, and bred the essential characteristics of Korean architecture in terms of appearance and techniques. In addition, it developed to gain multiformity of composition by combination of other modules.

  • 자동차는 도시를 자연 전체에 흩어버려 놓는다. 아콜로지 하이퍼 빌딩에서는 인간척도를 중요하게 여긴다. 하이퍼 빌딩에서는 보행로로 움직인다. 하이퍼 빌딩 내에서 거리는 도보와 분으로 측정된다. 하이퍼 빌딩 안에서 자동차는 꼭 필요한 것이 아니다. 아콜로지에서 에너지는 일상적 현대 도시에서보다도 더욱 효율적으로 사용된다. 오염이란 비효율적인 사용이라기보다, 바로 낭비하고 있다는 뜻이다. 효율이 좋아지고 낭비가 줄어드는 것은 오염이 줄어든다는 것을 의미한다.

  • In ancient times, architectural design was seen as a critical task in building technologies. Specifically, form, dimension and structural design are of significant. These aspects are associated with each other and to be emerged as a whole. Designing plan dimension was deemed to be the core of design technology due to its close relationship with module system. Thus, its evolution as well as development process typically represents and reflects the spirits and contents of design technologies in ancient China. In China, the materials regarding ancient architectural technology include Yingzaofashi(營造法式) of Song Dynasty and Gongchengzuofazeli(工程做法則例) of Qing Dynasty. They show many aspects concerning materials, structure, scale system and building. In Yingzaofashi, although the length of objects are decided by 'cai(材)' and 'fen(分)', there are no regulations on length, width and height of a building. However, in the construction of ancient buildings, the above mentioned basic scales are very important in both design and construction. The present paper attempts to discuss the significance, namely, the design principles of length, with and height of ancient chinese architecture.

치매성 고령자를 위한 노인요양시설의 치료적 환경평가척도 개발에 관한 연구 - TESS-NH 환경평가척도 분석을 중심으로 (A Study on the development therapeutic environmental rating scales for the elderly people with dementia in nursing homes - Focused on the TESS-NH environmental rating scale Analysis)

  • Purpose: AIn recent years, the rapid progress of aging and the increase in the elderly people with dementia is becoming a big social issue. Therefore, this paper studies the development of therapeutic environmental rating scales for the elderly people with dementia in korean nursing homes. Methods: We identify the development process and structure of TESS-NH and understand the details of its nature and features. Then, based on the detailed items, we provide major scale factors which do influence on therapeutic environmental rating scales using PCA. Results: In the results, TESS, in the case of the initial stage of TESS-NH, has an advantage to evaluate on physical environments for a short period of time. TESS-2 + sets a large rage of activities of the elderly people with dementia, and tries to evaluate ongoing cares. TESS-NH has a complete set of well-thought-out assessment features for improving quality of care (Quality of Care) On the other hand, the main factors affecting the therapeutic environmental rating scales in nursing homes are "a consideration for facility management (Care for facilities' maintenance)", "a consideration for spatial cognition (Care for spatial cognition) ", and "a consideration for the safety (Care for safety)". Implications: In the future, to develop the therapeutic environmental rating scales on Korea's dementia nursing home, we should actively consider cares of spaces and facility utilization which the residents (the elderly people with dementia) are more secure and comfortable.

유휴산업시설의 문화재생에 있어 건축계획의 물리적 요소 적용에 대한 연구 (A study on application of architectural design elements in the cultual rehabilitation of idle industrial facilities)

  • 이 연구는 유휴산업시설의 문화재생 사업에 있어 건축계획의 물리적 디자인 요소를 적용하는 방식을 분석하기 위해, 정부에서 시행이 완료되어 운영되고 있는 대표적 유휴산업시설들을 대상으로 문화재생의 주요 평가 지표인 역사성, 상징성, 지속성을 구체화하고 있는 방안을 구조적, 재료적, 자원적 측면에서 보존, 보완, 개조의 틀로서 그 척도를 두어 분석함으로서 현재 문화재생 사업의 건축계획적 적용방식의 유형을 정리하여 이를 향후 새로운 재생 건축계획의 방식으로 확장하는데 기초자료로 활용되도록 한다.

척도운용체계를 통해 본 18세기 화성건축의 건축구성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Operating System of the Architectural Standard Scale of Length(尺度, Korean foot) used in the Hwasong City Wall in the 18th Century)

  • The Hwasong City Wall was built for three years(1794-1796), but the real construction term was taken only 28 months. The wall and the buildings on the wall were built simultaneously, and the esttimated construction cost was highly restricted. These conditions were main factors for considering the high efficiency of construction productivity. This study examines these factors that are reflected in the operating system of the architectural standard scale of length, the architectural composition system in the Hwasong City Wall to reduce the construction cost. Through the study, following factors are found. 1.The rule of multiple proportion is found in the relationship between the partition distance, that is, span and the height of the girder which is related to the productivity of ready-made building members. 2.The ruling grade system of scale in the component members is found in the chang-bang(창방, penetration members)
