  • The Circumstance of Construction Industry is speedily changing. For example, the stock of building, housing etc , will be measure up in KOREA soon. And. Variety and Complexity of Construction Purpose are increasing. So that Clearness and Frankness of Project Process are inquired more than ever. We need to approach by Fundamentally, Radically, and Dramatically. The purpose of this study is Qualitative Prosperity by Reconsideration of Principles of System and Positive Action to Changing Condition on Construction Industry. In the other words, when all Stakeholders are participates in construction project, Creative Genius, Liability and Responsibility are important. Construction System need to Competitive Sense and Organic Integration as Social Open System. In this paper, Project Process, Stakeholder, Organizing Process and Total Project Operation System are considered.

  • The seismic responses of a building are affected by the base soil conditions. In this study, linear time-history seismic analysis and nonlinear pushover static seismic analysis were performed to estimate the base shear forces of 3-, 5-, and 7-story steel buildings, considering the rigid and soft soil conditions. Foundation soil stiffness, based on the equivalent static stiffness formula, is used for the damper, one of the Link elements in SAP 2000. The base shear forces of the steel buildings, estimated through time-history analysis using the general-purpose structural-analysis program of SAP 2000, were compared with those calculated using the domestic seismic design code, the UBC-97 design response spectrum. and pushover static nonlinear analysis. The steel buildings designed for gravity and wind loads showed elastic responses with a moderate earthquake of 0.11 g, while the elastic soft-soil layer increased the displacement and the base shear force of the buildings due to soil-structure interaction and soil amplification. Therefore, considering the characteristics of the soft-soil layer, it is more reasonable to perform an elastic seismic analysis of a building's structure during weak or moderate earthquakes.

  • In building construction, the layout operation is performed to accurately construct the building components in their planned locations, and requires a high level of accuracy and precision. With increases in building size and a lack of skilled laborers, this work has seen an increasing demand for productivity and quality improvements through robot-based construction automation. In particular, the layout work for building structures has a higher need for automation. On this background, this study suggests a direction for the development of an automated layout system of building structures. 5 technical factors and 17 sub-factors were derived based on reviews of existing similar systems, and an evaluation of their importance was carried out through an expert survey. As a result, it was found that the most important factors were driving and marking systems for coping with poor driving and working conditions. In terms of sub-factors, control techniques to secure precision and technologies to automate the overall layout process showed high importance. These findings will contribute to the development of more practical and efficient automation systems.
