지구온난화 및 경제성장에 따른 플로팅건축에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있기 때문에 플로팅건축의 건립을 위해서는 다양한 데이터가 필요하다. 이 연구는 각종 건축관련 잡지, 홈페이지 등의 건축자료 구성요소를 파악하여 플로팅건축물의 사례정보를 체계적으로 구성하는 방안을 제시하였다. 실제로 플로팅건축 데이터베이스 시스템을 구현하기 위해서는 데이터베이스 전문가와의 협력이 필요하다.

This research conducts a comparative analysis of the perceived importance of advancing zero energy building certification from the viewpoints of two major stakeholders - designers and building energy assessors. Both groups prioritized the importance of policy, technology, education, incentives, and promotion respectively. For designers, enhancing energy efficiency standards, developing a skilled energy workforce, and implementing an office registration system emerged as critical factors in invigorating the certification process. The findings suggest potential avenues for the government to formulate realistic strategies for boosting the certification activity.

비상시 엘리베이터의 피난 활용은 피난층과 함께 초고층 및 복합연계건축물의 새로운 피난 수단으로 인식되며 현재 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 현 상황에서 엘리베이터의 고려는 대부분 설계단계에서 이루어지나 비상대응계획 차원에서의 명확한 가이드라인 없이 설계자의 판단에 의하여 진행된다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 기존 연구 문헌과 설계자들에 의하여 현재 고려되어지는 요소를 인적, 환경적, 전략적인 고려요소로 구분하여 검토하였다. 엘리베이터 피난에 고려되는 요소를 목적과 기능, 역할에 따라 하위 단계위 구성요소를 설정하였으며 각각의 요소는 상위 요인에 종속되는 것으로 설계하였다. 종합적으로 볼 때 엘리베이터 피난에 있어서의 많은 요소가 고려되어지며, 각각의 요소는 계단과 피난층 등의 피난수단의 복합적인 이용에 따른 피난설계단계뿐만 아니라 유지관리단계에 있어서도 영향을 끼치는 것으로 분석되었다.

Louis Sullivan insisted, "Form follows function." Functionality is one of the most fundamental elements for users to use product or space, and "function" in space and architecture has the meaning of the most important factor in determining its form. In this way, from the viewpoint of "Functionalism," the research selected Toyo Ito to see how important elements pursued by Functionalism are related to his forms of creation. Small residential space projects of Toyo Ito from the early 1970s to the present are selected, so that the structure, material and space type of space and architecture can easily grasped and analyzed. Space and architectural structures and surfaces were classified into the characteristics of materials and classified according to the strength of openness of space. As a result, the space and architecture that pursue the function use a method that can maximize the efficiency of the function while excluding the whole decoration in order to highlight the function. The characteristics found in Toyo Ito's small-scale residential space can be defined as the formalization and simplification of the form, the openness of space, and the versatility of each element.

본 연구에는 해체주의로 일컬어지는 전통적 디자인의 원론적 틀에서 벗어나 보이는 프랭크 게리의 건축작품들의 전반적인 특성을 형태 구성에서 나타나는 형태론적 측면에서 파악하고, 건축물의 형태 디자인 요소와 티파니 주얼리에서 그가 선보였던 게리 에디션을 통해 그의 주얼리 디자인에 반영된 건축디자인의 특성을 파악하고자한다. 자신만의 독특한 건축디자인 특성을 건축 이외의 디자인 분야에 표현한 게리를 통하여, 건축가의 디자인이 건축 이외의 많은 것에 영향을 줄 수 있다는 가능성을 파악할 수 있었다.

The production of hyper-realistic digital rendering images has been available due to radical improvements of recent digital rendering and CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery) software technologies. The photorealism of digital architectural rendering images requires further studies and discussions in that architectural visualization becomes a foundation of other fields using digital rendering technology, such as movies, games, and VR industry. The principles for achieving photorealism on digital architectural rendering images were re-defined and detailed elements were analyzed through theoretical analysis of the former studies. Four principles were drawn from the architectural rendering images produced by newly-developed technologies: physically-accurate lighting calculations, accurate object geometry representation, realistic material and texture, and characteristics of photography. The sub-elements of those four principles are categorized into either essential or selective for photorealistic imagery and the randomness of the selective elements could explain the variety of photorealistic architectural rendering styles.
