In-Plane and Out-of-Plane Test and FEM Analysis of 3D Printing Concrete Specimens According to Stacking Direction (적층방향에 따른 3D프린팅 콘크리트의 면내 및 면외 구조 성능 평가 연구)

  • In this study, the structural performance of the specimen fabricated through 3D printing was evaluated through monotonic loading experiments analysis to apply to 3D printed structures. The compression and flexural experiments were carried out, and the experimental results were compared to the finite element model results. The loading directions of specimens were investigated to consider the capacity of specimens with different curing periods, such as 7 and 28 days. As a result, the strength tended to increase slightly depending on the stacking direction. Also, between the 3D-printed panel composite and the non-reinforced panel, the bending performance depended on the presence or absence of composite reinforcement.

  • In this study, it was conducted to improve the physical properties of VAE polymer matrix used as a coating material. A nanocomposite was manufactured using graphene as a reinforcing agent based on a VAE matrix. As a result, improvements in tensile strength, adhesion strength, and porosity were confirmed.

  • High-strength concrete is used for building durability on the coast. It is common to order and produce the concrete from several ready mixed concrete companies. The concrete in Busan was also commissioned by 12 ready mixed concrete companies. The compressive strength and salt diffusion coefficient were measured. The average value and deviation were analyzed.

  • 본 연구에서는 도시홍수 피해 저감 및 회복을 위한 도시홍수 연관 데이터 가시화 및 GIS 기반 LoD 1 수준 가시화 기술 개발을 진행하였다. 도시홍수는 불투수지역의 증가로 인한 첨두 홍수의 증가 및 도달 시간의 단축, 도시 내수배제의 불량으로 인한 주택지 및 상가 공장지 등의 침수에 의한 피해가 발생하는 현상이며, 도시홍수 예측 모델을 수행하기 위하여 수집한 기상, 하천 및 수자원, 토양 등의 데이터를 2차원 가시화하고 도심 지역의 지형 DEM(Digital Elevation Model) 데이터 및 건축물 DSM(Digital Surface Model) 데이터를 기반으로 3D 가시화를 진행하였다. 기상, 하천 및 수자원 관측 등의 데이터를 실시간으로 수집하며 관련 데이터를 도시홍수 디지털 트윈 플랫폼의 수문기상정보를 통하여 가시화 제공하며 토양 및 지리정보는 WMS 레이어를 기반으로 2D 가시화한다. 건축물 데이터의 경우 GIS 정보를 기반으로 하는 3D 객체 배치를 위하여 WGS84 타원체를 활용하여 EPSG:4326 좌표계를 적용하여 가시화하였다. 건축물 가시화는 PostgreSQL로 구축된 데이터를 Geoserver를 활용하여 자동으로 층 정보를 통한 건축물의 높이를 계산하도록 하였으며, CesiumJS를 적용하여 웹 기반 도시홍수 디지털 트윈 플랫폼을 개발하였고 추후 LoD 3 수준으로의 확대 적용 기반을 마련하였다.

  • The test method to be developed is to determine whether the waterproof layer applied to the leak-prone part such as cracks and joints has defects such as tearing or lifting of the waterproof layer due to the influence generated from the behavior of the structure under complex deterioration conditions. This is to evaluate the performance of the waterproofing method afterwards. Therefore, by notifying only the pass or fail, the unique mechanical properties of the material or method used are notified to the test client to limit the physical properties of the test body, thereby determining and supplementing the weaknesses of the user material in advance to improve the high quality. We want to prevent damage from water leakage through production and distribution of materials.

  • This paper describes an adaptive hybrid evolutionary firefly algorithm for a topology optimization of truss structures. The truss topology optimization problems begins with a ground structure which is composed of all possible nodes and members. The optimization process aims to find the optimum layout of the truss members. The hybrid metaheuristics are then used to minimize the objective functions subjected to static or dynamic constraints. Several numerical examples are examined for the validity of the present method. The performance results are compared with those of other metaheuristic algorithms.

  • In this study, harmonics of 100 kHz ultrasonic pulse transmitted through concrete exposed to high temperature were evaluated. Concrete exposed to high temperatures deteriorates its mechanical properties. In ultrasonic pulse, the fundamental wave was attenuated by the deterioration of the concrete. In addition, it was possible to confirm the occurrence of harmonics. It is thought that the fundamental and harmonics of ultrasonic pulse greatly affected by the internal structure of concrete.
