최근 산업용 유리섬유는 고부가가치 응용분야로 대형 막구조(membrane structure)와 의공학 부품, 인쇄회로기판 등에 응용되고 있으며, 광통신의 주체인 광섬유로 활용되며 점차 그 용도를 넓혀가고 있다. 특히, 근래에 관심을 모으는 유리섬유 복합재료를 이용한 대형 막구조물은 경제성과 건축의 용이성 및 신속성 면에서 기존 건축구조보다 유리하고, 내구성도 우수하기 때문에 그 활용이 증가하고 있다. (중략)

우리나라는 경제 사회의 발전에 따라 에너지다소비 형태의 사회로 변모해가고 있으며 업무용건축물과 산업시설에서도 그 기능이 점차 다양화, 고도화, 고기능화해 짐에 따라 전력소비가 매년 급속히 증가하고 있다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 전력다소비 건축물을 중심으로 전력관리 운용실태를 조사 분석하고 전기설비의 에너지절약 운용을 위한 요소기술과 기법들을 검토하였다.

20세기 초 러시아에서 일본으로 손바꿈을 탄 중화인민공화국 대련은 102년의 짧은 역사를 지닌 신흥도시이다. 인근의 뤼순항은 1904년 일본이 러시아 태평양 함대를 기습해 대승을 거둔 곳으로 그 후 대련은 일제의 침략교두보가 되었고, 지금은 일본기업의 대륙진출 거점인 곳이기도 하다. 우리의 I.M.F 경제위기로 인해 잘 나가던 동생이 어렵게 새로 정착한 중국의 대련시. 그 곳에 인천 사는 우리의 의형제 가족들은 세계화시대에 순응해 보자며 아이들까지 데리고 지난해 6월 19일부터 4일간의 짧은 여정이나마 공산국가를 처음 방문하였다.

경제발전과 삶의 질 향상에 더불어 건축기술의 발전은 전 세계적으로 건축물의 고층화 대형화 용도의 복잡화 다양화를 가져오게 되었다. 하지만 미국의 WTC 테러 및 국내의 부산 해운대 우신골드스위트 화재처럼 대형 복합건축물의 화재는 인명 및 재산피해 뿐만 아니라 국민의 사회적 불안감을 증대시키고 국가 신뢰도를 실추시키는 원인이 된다. 따라서 건축설계 단계에서부터 재실자들의 안전한 피난을 위한 피난설계가 중시되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 국내 피난관련 사항의 체계와 특징을 살펴보고, 선진국의 피난관련 사항과 비교 검토를 통해 문제점을 파악하여 국내 실정에 적합한 피난설계를 제안하고자 한다.

과거 시간, 인력, 비용절약 등의 능률 우선과 양적 팽창의 성장 추구에 의하여 개발자체가 우선순위를 갖게 됨에 따라 유지관리분야는 그 중요성이 인정받지 못하고 소홀히 대하여 왔다. 하지만 건설이 일정 수준에 도달하면서 건설과 유지관리는 동등한 비중을 갖게 되며 복지 사회로 접어들면서 개발보다는 유지관리부분이 더 중요하게 인식되었다. 본 연구에서는 건축물의 유지관리를 위한 전문가적 정보시스템을 Mobile GIS를 적용하여 구축함으로서 기존의 건축물 유지관리업무의 한계성을 벗어나 현장에서 직접 데이터를 검색, 저장, 관리하여 신속하고 경제적으로 건축물을 모니터링 할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 본 시스템이 구축되어 응용분야에 적용되면 급변하는 현장 상황에 적절하게 대처가 가능하며, 실시간 데이터 베이스의 갱신과 구축이 가능하게 될 것이다.

The construction of the health care facilities in terms of medical institutional source cost much and affect on management of another sources like staffs for the health care delivery systems and the medical service. For it is hard to change the physical component of the facilities, the reasonability and the efficiency of the facilities should be the major considering point. Consequently, the purpose of this study is to represent the basic data for determining the size and type of corridor space in ward by investigating the design pattern of existing facilities and analyzing several model according to corridor type.

경제발전과 도시화에 따른 급격한 인구증가와 집중화로 인해 건축물의 수가 급격히 증가 했으며 이에 건축물의 화재 발생건수 증가와 더불어 인명 및 재산피해도 증가하고 있다. 이와 같은 문제점으로 인명안전의 확보방안으로 건축물의 계획 및 설계 시에는 화재 및 피난시뮬레이션을 통해 건축물의 안정성 평가를 하고 있지만 현재 분석에 사용되는 모든 프로그램들은 우리나라의 특성을 고려해 개발된 국내의 프로그램이 아닌 외국의 프로그램으로 작업을 진행하고 있다. 이에 국내 피난시뮬레이션 프로그램 개발을 하고자 사전연구단계로 피난에 대한 기존연구를 중심으로 피난관련연구동향을 심층분석해 보았다.

This paper is a study to discover the influence of American and Japanese Architecture on Building the post-war Korean Contemporary Architecture by looking through the architectural works of KIM Jongsoo and KIM Swoo-Geun. To overcome the deteriorated Korean architectural production system, these two architects chose different solutions; KIM Jongsoo developed new materials and introduced industrialized production system based on his own research, and KIM Swoo-Geun tried to develope engineering capability via Korea Engineering Consultant Corp. supported by Korean government which led Korean economic development plan. The difference of their solutions was due to their different background; fund of studying abroad, architectural education system in USA & Japan respectively and preferred solutions of personal or national dimension.
