The physicochemical properties and quality changes in salted and dried brown croaker products using deep seawater salt were investigated for preparation with different pretreatment, salting and drying conditions. Optimum salt concentration, salting time and drying time for product were 20% of body weight, 12 hrs at room temperature ($25{\pm}2^{\circ}C$), and 24 hrs at $30{\pm}2^{\circ}C$, respectively. The volatile basic nitrogen (VBN), peroxide value (POV), viable cell count and acid value (AV) of viscera and blade removed products were 18.9~22.4 mg%, 21.0~32.5 meq/L, and 2.3~4.4 mg/mL, $2.0\sim3.5{\times}10^3$ CFU/g, respectively and only viscera removed products were 31.2~38.1 mg%, 40~55.2 meq/L, 7.0~11.5 mg/mL, $4.1\sim5.5{\times}10^3$ CFU/g, respectively. Changes in quality of salted and dried brown croaker products were investigated during storage at room temperature and $5{\pm}2^{\circ}C$. The POV, AV and viable cell counts of salted and dried brown croaker products increased in commercial salt used and only viscera removed products compared with deep seawater salt used and viscera and blade removed products during storage time. Results in this study showed that the deep seawater salt was very effective for quality control of salted and dried brown croaker products and pretreatment method was a very important factor for preparation products. The optimum conditions for preparation of salted and dried brown croaker product were 20% of body weight for salt concentration, 12 hrs at $25{\pm}2^{\circ}C$ for salting time, and 24 hrs at $30{\pm}2^{\circ}C$ for drying time. Optimum storage time for quality maintenance was 14 days at $5{\pm}2^{\circ}C$.

Three different granule powders of Citrus Hallabong were prepared with different ratios of fresh juice and citric acid (J10C3=10.0:3.08, J08C4=8.75:4.33, J07C5=7.5:5.58) at fixed quantities of juice powder (70%), pressed cake powder (10%), and additives (6.92%), and their physicochemical properties were measured and compared with targeted commercial product (CP). The moisture content of Hallabong granules (HG) was 5.08~5.44% (w/w), which was two times higher than that of CP. Titratable acidities increased with higher citric acid content and were 1.7~2.3 times lower in HG compared to that of CP. Soluble solids of HG increased with higher citrus juice content ($90{\sim}98^{\circ}Brix$) and were slightly lower than that of CP. Vitamin C contents of HG increased with higher citrus juice content and were 5.8~7.6 times lower than that of CP. In terms of color difference, L and b values of HG were higher while a value was lower than those of CP. Bulk and compaction densities of HG were 0.541~0.660 g/mL and 0.561~0.689 g/mL, respectively and were similar to those of CP. Water solubility and swelling capacity were 66.6~72.0% and 3.84~6.40 g/g, respectively, and were similar to those of CP. Hygroscopicity of HG after an hour of elapsed time was 1.6~1.8 times higher than that of CP. Sensory evaluation test showed that color, sweetness, and overall acceptance of HG were not significantly different from those of CP, whereas flavor and bitterness of HG were lower than those of CP. In conclusion, convenient food granules could be made with Citrus Hallabong juice and pressed cake, which is similar to the commercial product.
According to the Montreal Protocol, CFC 113, one of the ozone-depleting substances, will be prohibited to use as a cleaning solvent essentially in the electronic industry. Therefore, the development of the alternative cleaning solvents to CFC 113 is being accelerated. A number of the alternative cleaning solvents are avialable on the market. The alternatives of Axarel 32(DuPont), Cleanthru 750H(KAO Chemical), and EC-Ultra(Petroferm) are chosen for the comparison of cleaning performance with CFC 113. The test methods for measuring the cleaning performance were composed of the measurement of the physical properties, the experiments on the material compatibility with cleaning solvents, the measurement of the evaporation rate, and finally the experiments of the removal efficiency. Normally the basic physical properties of the alternatives had higher boiling points, viscosity and surface tension, which were quite different to those of CFC 113. In terms of solubility of rosin-based flux, the solubilities of abietic acid (nonpolar organic) were similar, but those of the activator (polar organic) in the alternatives were better than CFC 113. The evaporation of the alternatives was very slow, compared to CFC 113, which had much lower boiling point. All the cleaning solvents showed the good material compatibility with FR4 and Cu-coated PCB. The better removal efficiencies of abietic acid were obtained when using the ultrasonic mechanical energy over the dipping method. The experiments also indicated the very slow-eavaporating solvent was not desirable with the dipping cleaning method, and the differences in the removal efficiency of the alternatives with the ultrasonic cleaning method were negligible. Among the alternatives, the overall cleaning performances were obsorved as almost similar. Before selecting the ultimate cleaning solvent, the application of cleaning machine, environmental issues, and economics are simultaneously considered with the cleaning performance.
This study was conducted to investigate seed germination, seedling growth, and responses to herbicides of Bidens tripartita L. When the field-collected seeds were stored under a dry-room temperature, dry-low temperature, wet-low temperature, or dry-high temperature condition, no seeds were germinated in a growth chamber with 14 hr photoperiod up to 35 days after the storage. Exceptionally, however, some seeds stored under a wet-room temperature condition were germinated after 25 days of the storage. This might be due to the fact that the seed coats were damaged by fungi which developed during the storage. Seeds stored under a wet-low temperature condition (stratification) began to be germinated after 3 months of the storage and the germination rate increased with a prolonged stratification. Almost all seeds were germinated after 9 months of the stratification. These results suggest that the dormancy of B. tripartita L. seeds relate to the seed coat and thus several attempts were made to induce seed germination through damaging or weakening the seed coat. Freezing($-20^{\circ}C$), drying($100^{\circ}C$), or swelling($40^{\circ}C$) of the seeds was not effective to induce the germination. Treatments of concentrated sulfuric acid, $KNO_3$, or gibberellin to the seeds had no effect on inducing the germination. However, ethrel had a stimulatory effect on the germination of the seeds with an optimum concentration of 250ppm. A seed cutting was also effective to induce the germination, but seedlings from the seeds had cutted cotyledons. Germination of the stratified seeds varied with the temperature condition to which they were subjected, but not with light. The germination rate was the highest at 35 - $40^{\circ}C$. Although the seeds were not able to germinate under a submerged condition, seedlings after 2-leaf-stage exhibited better growth under a submerged or a subirrigated condition than under an upland condition. Among the herbicides tested, pyrazosulfuton-ethyl, linuron, and bentazone were found to be effective for controlling B. tripartita L., having more herbicidal effect with an earlier application.
A land resources survey in the semi-arid area, Mula in S. E. Spain, of $400km^2$ is compiled. The basic aim of the project is to investigate the intrinsic qualities of the land resources of the area by means of applying an integrated method of natural resources survey mainly concerning with analysis and synthesis of land complexes, each of them represents an area or a group of areas with similar patterns of landforms, soils and vegetation, based on a geomorphological approach. The area is characterized by a linear arrangement of relief pattern with an asymmetric homoclinal repetition of slope attitudes elongating WSW-ENE, dipping steeply on the NW sides and gently on the SE sides, which have been resulted from the post-Alpine folding of the Triassic to Cretaceous limestone, the Eocene limestone, the Oligocene sandstone and the lower Miocene limestone and marl, and the post-lower Miocene faulting, tilting and subsequent differential erosion of the Miocene sedimentary formations. An integrated body of information in geology, landforms, soils and vegetation, which are significantry interrelated as an environmental complex, has been obtained. Using this data, 26 land complexes developing on the various situations of landforms, such as folded mountain ranges, tilted tablelands, bevelled cuestas, degraded hill-lands associating with enormous foots lopes, undulating terrains and terraced or flat plains, have been differentiated, mapped and described. The soils of the area are mostly light colored calcic lithosols which have been derived dominantly from the marly parent materials and developed into remarkable slope catenas in some places depending on the relief conditions. The land uses of the area are mainly characterized by the perennially irrigated cultivation of citrus orchards along the terraced alluvial deposits fringing the Segura and Mula River, and the dry-land cereal cultivation on gentler slopes. Pioneer dry-land cultivations within the shrubs on steeper slopes are restricted to the unchannelled tributary drainage floors. The availability of water is a fundamental controlling factor for existence of native and cultivated vegetation as a whole, and a number of active processes including sheet wash and gully erosion, especially on the scarp slopes, are the other important factors to be considered in conservation and management of the land in the area.
Lespedeza cuneata G. Don is a plant commonly grown in Asian countries, which has been widely used as an oriental medicinal herb to treat diabetes, diarrhea and various other inflammatory diseases. The phenolics of dry leaves of L. cuneata G. Don were extracted by using 80% (v/v) aqueous methanol in assistance with homogenization and sonification. The phenolic extract and its five different fractions (n-hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, n-butanol, and water) were used to evaluate the levels of total phenolics, total flavonoids, and antioxidant capacity as well as the inhibitory effect of tyrosinase activity. Ethyl acetate fraction (1 g) had the highest levels of total phenolics at 240.8 mg gallic acid equivalents (GAE), total flavonoids as 90.4 mg catechin equivalents (CE) as well as antioxidant capacity at 523.4 mg vitamin C equivalents (VCE) on ABTS assay and 329.5 mg VCE on DPPH assay among fractions. One g of water fraction contained total phenolics at 133.1 mg GAE, total flavonoids at 34.5 mg CE, and antioxidant capacity at 333.4 mg VCE for ABTS assay and 313.2 mg VCE for DPPH assay. Inhibition of tyrosinase activity of water fraction at 300 ${\mu}g{\cdot}mL^{-1}$ was at 47.2% and 21.1% for L-tyrosine and L-DOPA as its substrate, respectively. On the other hand, ethyl acetate fraction at 300 ${\mu}g{\cdot}mL^{-1}$ showed tyrosinase inhibition of 10.2% for L-tyrosine and 11.9% for L-DOPA. These results suggested that the phenolics from dry leaves of L. cuneata G. Don may be utilized as a potent source of antioxidants and skin whitening agents.
Five samples of Korean native Maeju(fermented soy-bean mash) loaves which were collected each from Kyunggi, Chungchung, Kangwon, Cholla and Kyungsang-Do were examined for their fermenting microorganisms. The results of taxonomic and ecological studies of fermentation microorganisms in these Maeju loaves were as the fellows. (1) The fungus flora grew only is the outer layer of Maeju loaves. Miscellaneous molds, 3 species of Mucor, 2 species of Pericallium., one species each of Scopulariopsis and Aspergillus, were isolated. None of them seemed exclusively predominant to be able to designate as the ecologically significant. (2) The bacterial flora which consisted of two species, Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus pumilus were distributed uniformly in th a entire Maeju loaves. The inner parts of Maeju loaves were especially inhabited solely by these bacterial flora. Probably the Korean native Maeju fermentation could be characterized by these bacterial flora. A Staphylococcus species was also isolated probably as a casual contaminant. (3) The yeasts, Rhodotorula flava and Torulopsis dattila, were isolated from Maeju loaves though their ecological significance was not clear. (4) The ecological aspects of fermentation microbes in the outer and inner parts of Maeju loaves were apparently different, consequently different fermentation processes might have occurred in these two parts and it brought quite different final outlooks in the final matured Maeju loaves. The outer part, rather rigid and dry, retained the light brown color of boiled soy-bean; whereas the inner part, soft and sticky, showed dark brown color indicating severe chemical changes. (5) The aflatoxin producing mold, Aspergillus oryzae was isolated from one sample among 5 of Maeju loaves. In addition to the low probability of isolability from Maeju loaves samples, since this mold grew only in the outer layer of Maeju loaves with such a low population density, about $10^4/g$, perhaps the aflatoxin problem in Korean native soysauce may not be critical.

Purpose: To assess the surface profile of dentinal wall, dentin chips and smear layer during the canal shaping with rotary (ProTaper) and ProFile and reciprocating (WaveOne) nickel-titanium file. Materials and Methods: Sixty human extracted mandibular premolars and incisors with single canals were randomly selected. Three experimental groups (n = 20) were instrumented with ProTaper (F2), ProFile (25/.06), WaveOne (25/.08) with irrigation of 2.5% NaOCl. The dentin chips were collected from flute of file during each canal preparation. After canal preparation, roots were grinded and each group was divided into two subgroups (n = 10) for surface profile and smear layer of dentinal wall of shaped root canal. Each specimen was observed under scanning electron microscope for evaluating size of dentin chips, root canal surface recessions and smear layer. Scores of Smear layer were statistically analyzed using Kruskal Wallis test and Mann Whitney test at P = 0.05 level. Results: The size of dentin chips from ProFile, ProTaper and WaveOne was up to $7{\mu}m$, $6.5{\mu}m$, and$4{\mu}m$, respectively. In the surface profile, the width of surface irregularity was measured and Profile, ProTaper and WaveOne was up to $150{\mu}m$, $70{\mu}m$, and $80{\mu}m$, respectively. Completely cleaned root canals were not found. In the middle and apical third of the canals, WaveOne group showed higher smear layer score than ProFile and ProTaper groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Within limits of this study, reciprocating motion WaveOne group was not significant difference of shaping ability with the full-sequence ProFile and ProTaper systems except canal clearness of middle and apical third of root canal. When using WaveOne to shaping root canal, thorough root canal irrigation is recommended.
Research on nitrate-nitrogen ($NO_3-N$) leaching in turfgrass indicates that in most cases leaching poses minimal risk to the environment. Although there have been many studies investigating $NO_3-N$ leaching, there has been little research to investigate the effect of compaction level and rootzone mix on nitrogen (N) leaching. The research objective is to determine the effect of compaction level and rootzone mix on nitrogen leaching. The four rootzone mixes are 76.0:24.0, 80.8:19.2, 87.0:13.0 and 93.7:6.3 % (sand:soil). The four levels of compaction energies are 1.6, 3.0, 6.1, and 9.1 J $cm^{-2}$. Nitrogen was applied using urea at a rate of 147 kg $ha^{-1}$ split among three applications. Rootzone was packed into a polyvinylchloride pipe with a perforated bottom to facilitate drainage. Rootzone depth was 30 cm over a 5 cm gravel layer. Each column was sodded with Poa pratensis L. Hoagland solution designed for coolseason grasses, minus N, was used to ensure adequate nutrition in the rootzone. Turf grass quality and clipping yield were recorded from each tube at two-week intervals. The clippings were oven-dried at a temperature of $67^{\circ}C$ for 24 h and weighed. At the end of the study, root dry weight was determined by washing and oven-drying samples at $67^{\circ}C$ for 24 h. Leachate solution was collected weekly for analysis. More than 6.1 J $cm^{-2}$ of compaction energy increased possibilities of surface runoff. The compaction energy between 3.0 and 6.1 J $cm^{-2}$ produced more clipping dry weight and less N leaching than 9.1 J $cm^{-2}$.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the resistance to degradation and to compare the wear resistance characteristics of four composite resins in an alkaline solution. The resistance to degradation was evaluated on the basis of mass loss(%), degradation depth(${\mu}m$), Si loss(ppm) and wear depth. The brands studied were Heliomolar flow, Filtek supreme, Point4, Tetric flow. The results were as follows: 1. The sequence of the mass loss was in descending order by Heliomolar flow, Filtek supreme, Point4, Tetric flow. There was significant differences among the materials except Heliomolar flow and Filtek supreme. 2. The sequence of the degree of degradation layer depth was in descending order by Filtek supreme, Heliomolar flow, Tetric flow, Point4. There were significant differences among the materials except Heliomolar flow and Tetric flow. 3. The sequence of Si loss was in descending order by Filtek supreme, Heliomolar flow, Point4, Tetric flow. There were significant differences among the materials except Point 4 and Tetric flow. 4. The sequence of maximum wear depth was in descending order by Heliomolar flow, Point4, Fillet supreme, Tetric flow and there was increasing wear depth on soaking in 0.1N NaOH solution. 5. When observed with SEM, destruction of bonding between matrix and filler was observed and when observed with CLSM, the depth of degradation layer of specimen surface was observed. There results indicate that wear and hydrolytic degradation could be considered to be evaluation factors of composite resins.

제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
[부 칙]
1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
