  • 최근 ERP에 고객관계관리(CRM), 공급망관리(SCM), 지식관리(KMS) 등의 기능을 확장한 확장형 ERP에 대한 연구개발이 활발해지고 있다. 그러나 타산업과 달리 건설산업의 특수성으로 인한 정보화의 부진으로 인해 이러한 새로운 개념을 적용할 수 있는 ERP 확장모델이 없는 상태이며, 대기업의 경우 일부 이러한 모듈을 부분적으로 적용하려는 움직임은 보이고 있으나, ERP와 별도의 이종시스템으로 관리되고 있어 통합적인 ERP운용을 통해 얻을수 있는 효과를 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 산자부에서 건설표준ERP템플릿으로 지정받은 ERP엔진을 모체로 협력업체와의 인터페이스 제공을 위한 협업적IT시스템과 전자계약시스템, 그리고 변화되는 ISO에 대한 기업의 대처능력 향상을 위한 ISO인증관리시스템, 고객과의 관계관리를 위한 고객관계관리시스템, 절차서와 같은 기업 내의 표준화 된 문서를 관리하기 위한 전자매뉴얼관리시스템, 결재관리를 위한 그룹웨어, 기업 내의 지식저장소 관리를 위한 지식관리시스템을 연구범위로 하여 건설분야 확장형ERP 모델(E2CM)을 개발하였으며, 이를 검증을 위한 시스템(eCOMIS)을 개발하였다.

  • 최근 지식, 정보, 기술의 새로운 패러다임으로 대표되는 지식정보화사회에 대응하기 위한 준비가 전 세계적으로 추진되고 있으며, UN해양법 발효, WTD체제 출범에 따른 어장축소와 수산물수입 전면자유화 등 많은 어려움에 처한 수산업을 고부가치적인 수산업으로 육성하고, 경쟁력 있는 산업으로 육성하기 위해서는 어업인 상호간 지식정보교환, 수산기술의 보급 및 교육을 위한 평생교육 체계, 어촌관광자원의 홍보 및 활용을 통한 국민에게 사랑 받는 어촌건설이 필요하며 특히 현재 급속도로 진행되고 있는 사회 전반적인 정보화의 물결이 어촌에는 확산되고 있지 않으며, 정부의 정보인프라정책에도 소외되고 있어 어업생산기반인 어업인에 대한 정보화마인드 함양 및 어업에 대한 정보인프라 조기구축이 시급하다. 본 연구는 급속히 보급되고 있는 인터넷을 이용하여 정보화에 소외된 어업인이 정보화 격차의 해소와 보다 신속하고 살아있는 정보와 지식을 제공하고자 시스템을 구축하였다.

  • According to this plant construction trends, the future plant construction will be very complex, specialization and oversize, so it is expected that future plant construction will create high-profits and require the connection between high-technology and construction method. To catch this advance, more detail business management plan and knowledge sharing technology are needed as basic element. Consequently, this study will analyze the status of current plant industry and develop the educational curriculum for plant business participants, and based on study outcome, this study will propose that web-based portal system by Knowledge Management System(KMS) prototype to fit each company's characteristics.

  • In order to encourage construction practitioners to acknowledge failures and disseminate the information, the failure information must be documented and accumulated with a well-structured format, which contains not only the fact and result but also the circumstance and cause of the failure. In the Korean construction industry, many failures are not explained clearly and often not even reported publicly, partly because due to the lack of understanding positive aspects of failures, which can improve construction practices as a result of learning from failures. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based construction failure information system using the case-based reasoning techniques, which can systematically accumulate, manage, and share the valuable failure information using a structured failure cases database. It can be utilized for planning proactive solutions on future failures by searching the very similar past failure cases.

  • According as acceptance an order results of plant industry increases, ability of plant project management is required and necessity about information technology is augmented. For required information technology, developing information present conditions that consist of partial or unit system of domestic plant companies by synthetic system, development of systematic plant information system that supply standard direction presentation, tools and know-how about information technology need. This study achieved basic research that set information strategy and target by reflect trend of such plant industry, analyze future IT technology trend, international information environment, policy trend etc. and execute SWOT analysis of plant information system through this and present confrontation ways. It is presented confrontation ways by SWOT analysis through this research; (1) Development of education contents that can come forth competent person of plant industry, (2) Practical use of communication means that can offer by real time about informations connected with plant, (3) Offer of knowledge contents that supply various and useful inside and outside of the country's plant knowledge

  • The whole of industry sectors are getting achieved BPR(Business process Reencountering) which innovate the inefficient product organization through examined the value chain. Besides, they try to integrate ERP, CRM, and SCM which is based on value chain. Construction Industry, however, not only is not regularized it but is not inadequacy about information mind. Nowadays Korean government lead the construction CALS, only some large company Innovate and restructure the organization and product structure. It Is necessary to efficient manage the project information and historical data and develop CIC/PMIS to transfer from the function based information-flow to the project based information-flow. The purpose of the Information management system's success In Korea, therefore, this paper analyzes the information-intensive problems and proves the device to achieve the Information Management System through the Standardization, Synchronization, Centralization for Construction Company.

  • Recently construction industry has faced new era as following the advances of IT technology. It becomes possible that information and knowledge among people are exchanged actively thanks to computer-based tools. In fact, the tools, PMIS(Project Management Information System) and KMS(Knowledge Management System) already have been introduced to constuction industry successfully. Lately IETM(Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) is tried to be one of these systems. This trying is being enlarged that the IETM's concept is changed to administrative and legal process provider throughout the lifespan of construction projects. However, it is hard to define construction IETM in mega-scale project like urban regeneration project because construction projects are complex and have diverse stakeholders. These properties may make the IETM ambiguous system. To do define IETM as a administrative and legal process provider, this research will conduct survey and interview, then analyze its own properties and find out design strategies. Based on the properties and strategies, suggesting IETM's system demands and architecture of urban regeneration processes.

  • CM services have continued to grow since the establishment of CM policies in 1997. Recently, strategies for overseas CM services have widely been discussed, because the CM services have expected synergy with planning, engineering, procurement and construction. However, there has been lack of quantitative and comprehensive research to investigate CM trends and prospects. In this sense, the purpose of this research is to statistically analyze total of 2,983 CM service contracts over the past 16 years (between 1997 and 2013) published in KISCON (Knowledge Information System of Construction Industry) in order to examine current status and future direction of CM industry.

  • Since CM policies established in 1996, contracts of CM services are continuously increasing over the past years. As constant improvement of positive awareness about public/private owners and CM capabilities of domestic construction companies, a number of efforts were being made to acquire competitiveness of domestic and overseas CM market. However, there has been lack of quantitative and comprehensive research to investigate CM firms.
