A Survey of the Satisfaction Level of Construction Information System From Users' Viewpoints (현장 사용자 중심의 건설 정보시스템 만족도 조사)

  • Most of large construction companies have developed construction information systems and their ultimate goals should be improvement of the management efficient of the construction projects. In order to make them successful, tile systems should be designed to meet system users' needs. Therefore purpose of this study Is to evaluate the current information management systems from the viewpoint of the system users, especially on-site engineers. Questionnaire surveys and interviews have been conducted for the highly ranked 10 construction companies on two major factors including the functions of the systems and satisfaction level of each function. From the surveys results, correlation between two factors has been statistically analyzed.

  • Currently, the complication and large scale of the construction project have caused a lot of problems of cooperation and information sharing. Therefore, for solving this problems, the research based on techniques of the virtual construction system are actively advanced all over the world. This paper is one of the researches about the virtual construction system and infrastructure of the simulation system that is one of the virtual construction system. This paper should analyze the needs about the simulation system through analysing proceeding researches and a lot of solutions, such as AutoCAD and ArchiCAD. Also this paper should drive functions of simulation system, and suggest the concept of this system

  • Traditional bidding process and activities in public construction area has many problems in terms of the clearness and fairness of administration. And, it causes many cost consumption to suppliers. As part of the efforts to solve these problems, some public institutions developed the electronic bidding systems. But these systems have still problems in diverse aspects. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze current bidding systems through literature survey and questionnaire, to compare the result of the analysis with the developed electronic bidding systems and to suggest the improvement for the coming bidding systems.

  • 각 관공서나 공공기관에서 발생되는 각종 공사현황정보와 기술정보를 시설물 전체 수명주기동안 제대로 활용하기 위해서는 시설공사관리 업무를 전자처리체계로 전환하는 것이 시급하며, 사업계획에서 준공까지 일련의 과정에서 발생하는 문서들의 보관이 비체계적이므로 이를 잘 보관하고 재 사용하기 위한 관리체계가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 공공건설분야를 담당하고 있는 지방국토관리청을 대상으로 사업단위별로 업무를 7가지로 세분화하고. 그 중에서도 핵심부분인 공공건설사업에 대한 체계적이고 효과적인 관리체계를 유지할 수 있는 웹 기반의 공사현황 정보시스템을 제안한다.

  • 각종 건설 현장에서 안전모 미착용은 주된 위험 요인 중 하나이다. 현장에서 관리자가 직접 작업자들의 안전모 착용 여부를 감독할 수 있지만 관리자가 항상 관리가 가능한 장소에 있어야 하는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 안전모 착용 여부를 딥러닝 기반으로 인식하여 건설 현장에서의 안전 관리를 할 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 대표적인 객체 인식 알고리즘인 YOLO를 사용하여 현장에서의 안전모 착용 여부를 인식한다. 다음으로는 인식된 결과를 바탕으로 위험 상황을 판단하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템을 활용하면 효율적으로 건설 현장의 위험 상황을 관리할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Construction Management (CM) is being utilized as an efficient project management system. Construction management system provide scientific management techniques as well as the expert's service with the expertise. Accordingly, CM services demand is continuously increasing in construction project. Construction Management engineer grade is distinguished by the Index of Construction Engineer's Competency (ICEC). Construction management engineer requires a higher score than the other fields. However, junior grade CM engineer can get grade according to the education and qualification. This study was conducted junior grade CM engineer depth interview after analyzing the problem of the current CM engineer grade system. As a result, this study was to extracted the 23 kind competence factors. And, competence factors were five area grouped using affinity diagram method. Next, we analyzed the importance utilizing the Analytic Network Process (ANP) technique. As a result, high priority areas were analyzed to be quality and cost areas associated with project management.

  • Modern society is developing rapidly due to the convergence of industry and IT technology. In that case, the role of construction work that provides basic infrastructure can be very large. Recently, as construction work becomes more complicated, larger, and more advanced, the importance of management, such as system improvement for quality improvement, has become even more important. However, when a quality control problem occurs at a construction site, much time is required to solve the problem. In order for a construction project to be successful, various systems need to be organically connected and able to manage optimal decisions. In this paper, provide a quality control model using GCM push alarm service based on RESTful_API. The proposed model is a model that can be used by construction company quality control rooms and project managers for decision making. When applied to construction site project management, it is expected that more efficient and safe construction management will be possible.
