본 연구에서는 u-City인력수급 전망을 토대로 국토해양부의 u-City 관련 인력양성에 대한 실천계획이 효율적으로 실행될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. u-City를 추진하는 지자체, 개발사업자마다 공통적으로 제기하는 문제점은 u-City 관련 고급 및 기능 인력의 절대적인 부족이다. 그러나 u-City 전문인력은 u-City건설의 특성상 도시계획 개발, 정보통신망, IT 등 다양한 분야에 대한 전문지식을 갖추어야하나 이러한 고급인력이 배출되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인력양성방안의 목표를 'u-City의 성공적인 추진에 부합하는 전문인력양성'으로 설정하였으며, 수요자 중심의 교육, 지역 균형적인 전문인력양성, u-City 관련 분야의 융 복합교육, u-City 관련 교육인프라 구축을 추진전략으로 수립하였다. u-City 인력양성의 추진목표 및 전략을 실행하기 위한 중점추진과제로는 'u-City건설 전문인력교육 관련 수요전망', '지역별 거점대학 선정을 통한 전문인력의 양성', 'u-City 인력양성센터 건립추진', '교육포탈을 통한 온라인 교육', '교육인프라 구축' 등 5개를 선정하였다. u-City 인력양성을 위한 추진전략의 성공적 실행을 위해서는 중점 추진과제들간의 유기적인 연계가 필수적이다.

건설현장에 환경과 관련된 압박요인이 작용한 것은 불과 몇 년 전이었으나 그 강도는 크게 증가하여 실행예산 내에서 공사를 마무리하기 위한 큰 부담요인이 되고 있다. 대부분의 건설 공사는 설계단계에 있어서는 환경문제의 수준을 예상치 못하고 착공에 들어가는 경우가 많다. 분진이나 기타 소음, 진동 등의 환경적 문제는 부지굴착 중이나 시공 중에 그 중요성이 인식된다.(중략)

제주민군복합형 관광미항은 2006부터 2015년까지 총 9,805억원을 투자하여 제주 강정해안에 해군기동전단 함정과 대형 크루즈선을 동시에 수용할 수 있도록 건설중이다. 이번 발표에서는 제주민군복합형 관광미항 건설사업과 관련한 현황에 대해서 살펴도록 하겠다.

우리나라와 일본의 건축음향 및 소음.진동분야의 상호 발전을 도모하고 관련 전문가의 교류 및 협력을 목적으로 한국소음진동공학회, 대한거축학회 및 일본음향학회가 공동 주최하고 대한주택공사와 삼성건설이 후원한 한.일 건축음향 및 소음.진동 세미나가 1995년 12월 8-9일 이틀간 삼성건설 국제회의실에서 개최되었다. 첫째날에는 일본 비도건설의 염용정순과 녹도건설의 안등계이 "일본에 있어서의 연구시설 동향"에 대한 특별강연이 있었으며, 두번째날에는 한국측에서 4편, 일본측에서 6편 등 총 10편의 논문이 발표되었다. 본 세미나에는 우리나라의 학계, 산업계 및 연구기관의 관련 전문가 약 90여명, 일본측에서는 일본음향학회 건축소음분과위원회 암뢰소웅 위원장과 소음.진동분과위원회 고목흥일 위원장 및 회원 13명이 참석하였으며, 논문이 발표될 때마다 열띤 토론이 전개되었다. 이 글에서는 본 세미나에서 발표된 논문들을 요약 정리한 것이다.약 정리한 것이다.

As global interests in the 4th Industrial Revolution have recently increased, it becomes critical for the construction industry to pro-actively cope with it. For effective actions, the construction industry needs to make active use of 4th Industrial Revolution technologies based on the up-to-date understanding of the trends of construction technology development employing the 4th Industrial Revolution technologies. The objective of the study is to investigate and identify key trends of ICT construction technology development over the last ten years based on Big Data Analytics. The study identifies eleven key trends and discusses that ICT construction technology development has not been as active as expected and software technologies have been less developed compared to hardware technologies.

고도화ㆍ정보화가 요구되어지는 현대 산업사회는 교통에 있어서도 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 특히, 항공교통 수요의 급속한 증가와 함께 현재 신 공항건설 및 공항확장 둥이 이루어져야 하는 실정이다(건설교통부 항공국, 2001). 이로 인해 항공기상정보의 신속화 및 전문화가 이루어짐과 동시에 신 공항 건설 전ㆍ후에 따른 대기환경 측면에서의 변화를 반드시 살펴보아야 한다. 따라서, 본 연구는 후자와 관련하여 인천국제공항 건설 후 안개발생에 초점을 맞추어 대기환경변화를 살펴보았다. (중략)

건설부문의 정보화를 위해 국토해양부는 건설CALS(Continuous Acquisition & Life-cycle Support)사업을 추진하고 있다. 건설CALS란 건설사업의 설계, 시공, 유지관리 등 전 과정의 생산정보를 발주자, 관련업체 등이 전산망을 통하여 교환 공유하기 위한 정보화 전략이다. 건설CALS사업은 시스템 개발 부문과 건설정보 표준화 부문으로 구분할 수 있는데, 개발된 시스템으로는 건설사업관리시스템(건설사용, 발주기관용), 시설물유지관리시스템, 건설인허가시스템, 용지보상시스템, 건설CALS포탈시스템 등이 있다. 건설CALS시스템에는 건설사업의 공정관리, 원가관리, 안전관리 등의 많은 기능이 있음에도 불구하고 최근 그 중요성이 부각되고 있는 환경관리 기능은 없는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 건설CALS시스템의 현황을 분석하고 환경관리가 가능한 체크리스트와 매뉴얼을 개발하여 시스템으로 구현하기 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

우리 나라의 건설산업은 건설시장 개방으로 외국기업과의 경쟁체제 돌입이 불가피하고, 건설정책과 각종 행정규제의 급변으로 대응전략 수립이 불가피하다. 또한, 건설정보의 지식관리체제의 부재와 건설지식관리정보시스템의 미구축, 그리고 정보 공유와 공공정보 공개 마인드의 미성숙으로 인하여 적극적인 대처가 불가능한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 건설업체, 설계사무소, 감리업체 등이 안고 있는 제반 현황을 고찰하여 건설지식관리정보시스템 구현방안을 제시 이를 건설지식관리정보시스템에 적용하여 국내 건설분야 건설지식 맵 활용 실태를 파악하고, 해외 각국에서 지식관리의 활용관련 자료를 분석하여 국제기준 및 국내 건설환경에 적합한 기능규격 및 시스템 개발 건설업체에 적용하였다

Recently, After Service(AS) management in apartment housing projects has been appeared as one of the major factors for improving customer satisfaction, and increasing competitiveness and raising image of a company in construction industry. The primary objective of this paper is to propose a web-based AS management system which enables field engineers to effectively collect AS information required from customers and effectively manage the statuses and results of AS performed. It is anticipated that the effective use of the system proposed in this paper would be able to improve communication efficiency among the AS participants, and help field engineers systematically manage and accumulate data that might be utilized as a reference in future construction projects.

The field of Construction Engineering leads 1970's industry of the Korea. As a result of development of construction technology, It secure national competitiveness winning overseas contracts many kinds of plant, building and so on. In this situation, it is the most important task to cultivate and select construction teacher to train construction education and to foster construction skilled workers be going into the field of construction. This Study attempts to offer useful implications about the improvement of the Teacher Certification Examination through analyzing that will have a strong influence and be a standard in educational direction to cultivate construction teacher.
