While demand for construction engineering education at Cyber University is growing rapidly in a short period of time, there is a lack of research and evaluation on whether or not to develop in terms of quality. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics and motivation of the new and transfer students of the department of Construction Engineering at Cyber university and to identify areas that will be complemented in construction engineering education and to provide guidelines for providing better education through satisfaction survey on current education of new students, students and graduates of Cyber University. For the development of construction engineering education at cyber universities, the content of education needs to be differentiated from that of offline universities. In addition, new and transfer students should be able to achieve their goal of obtaining certificates and be provided with satisfactory education to become professional engineers. For students with diverse goals, a wide range of subjects ranging from basic to specialized courses should be provided so that they can select subjects that suit their goals.

대한건축학회와 건설교통부, 한국건축가협회, 대한건축사협회에서 공동주최하는 '건축교육, 건축사제도 개선 및 건축교육인증원 발족을 위한 1차 공동회'가 지난 11월 19일(금)과 20일(토)에 대한건축학회 세미나실에서 열렸다. 이번 공청회는 건축교육, 설계실무 등에 대한 개선방안을 마련하여 건축교육의 국제화 및 국내건축사의 국제경쟁력을 향상시킨다는 주요명제하에 건축 3단체가 공동으로 준비하였다. 이번 공청회의 좌장은 이명호(중앙대 건축학과) 교수가 맡았으며, 주제발표는 '교육제도 개선 및 교육인증'에 대해서는 이문섭, 박한규씨가, '건축사제도 및 건축사보완'에 대해서는 최관영, 박서홍씨가 맡았고, 토론자로는 강병근(건국대 건축공학과 교수), 김우성(아키플랜 대표), 정의용(영남대 건축공학과 교수), 이영근(건설교통부 건축과 과장), 정진원(경기대 건축공학과 교수), 최수태(교육부 대학학사제도과장), 김광현(서울대 건축학과 교수), 김병현(장건축), 김영웅(진원건축), 심재덕(태두건축), 정태화(건설교통부 건축과 사무관), 최동규(서인건축)씨가 참여했다. 이번호에서는 건축교육제도 개선분야, 건축교육인증분야, 건축사제도 및 건축사보완 분야의 발표요약문을 게재한다.

최근 건설현장 안전관리에 대한 사회적 관심의 증가와 현장 사용 기계, 기구 등의 작업시설 기계화, 안전장치, 시설 등의 발전에도 불구하고, 건설현장의 재해율은 크게 변화하지 않고 있다. 이를 위해 건설현장에서 발생하는 재해의 형태 및 원인, 법정안전보건교육의 내용과 재해예방 효과를 분석하기 위해 H건설 현장의 관리감독자와 근로자 대상으로 건설안전교육에 대한 설문조사를 실시, 분석하였다. 주요 개선방안으로 근로자에게 기능적, 지식적 안전교육 내용이 인지될 수 있도록 현장 규모에 맞는 실질적 체험교육, 영상교육 및 VR(가상현실)등의 입체적 사례교육이 필요하고 지속적 연구와 교육자료 제작 필요 등이 제시되었다.

Currently, the construction industry is decreasing every year due to people's poor perception, high labor intensity, unstable employment structure, and welfare problems, as people avoid entry. Accordingly, this study investigated how to attract trainees and graduates from domestic construction education institutions to the construction industry. If institutional devices are prepared to prepare for the future by improving the welfare system such as unemployment benefits and retirement deductions in the construction industry, many trainees in their 20s and 30s will be attracted to the construction industry. If it helps expand hands-on education through on-site linkage and has the necessary technical skills for practice, it is believed that trainees and graduates in their 4s and 60s will be attracted to the construction industry.

The field of Construction Engineering leads 1970's industry of the Korea. As a result of development of construction technology, It secure national competitiveness winning overseas contracts many kinds of plant, building and so on. In this situation, it is the most important task to cultivate and select construction teacher to train construction education and to foster construction skilled workers be going into the field of construction. This Study attempts to offer useful implications about the improvement of the Teacher Certification Examination through analyzing that will have a strong influence and be a standard in educational direction to cultivate construction teacher.

건설재해 감소를 위해서는 첫째, 관리자의 안전교육 이수 시간의 준수 및 안전교육 내용의 충실화가 요구된다. 둘째, 제도의 규제 이전에 자발적, 다각적인 안전점검의 시행이 요구된다. 셋째, 안전회의 및 교육과 점검이 이루어져야 할 것이며, 지정된 시기에 반드시 이루어져야 할 것이다. 넷째, 안전교육 및 회의의 활성화가 요구된다. 다섯째, 효율적인 건설 안전 관리를 위하여 건설 안전 기술 개발을 위한 연구개발, 투자의 확충 등이 요구된다.

The construction business has a high accident rate among all the industries, and it accounts for 68% of the total accident rate for the small and medium-sized construction sites where a safety manager is not appointed,. Thus, through effective safety management and education of the construction sites, the accident rate can be significantly reduced. This study proposed a plan to improve the system suitable for small and medium-sized construction sites by integration with the basic safety & health education system. Through previous research and survey, the improvement points of special safety & health education at small and medium-sized construction sites, and the preference for integration with basic safety & health education were analyzed.
