Design of an Exploration Drone for Digital Twin based Building Control

  • In this paper, we propose a building exploration drone that can be used for a digital twin-based building control system. The existing building control system using a fixed position sensor box has a problem that a management blind spot occurs. And because people patrol themselves, it takes a lot of human resources. In this paper, a drone equipped with a temperature and humidity sensor and a gas leak detection sensor is used to search the internal path of the building centering on the control blind spot. It also aims to solve the problem of the building control system by transmitting information in real time along with the video. In addition, it has a stable hovering function using an optical floor sensor and can be applied to an existing digital twin-based building control system. The results of this study are believed to be of great help in improving the quality of digital twin control systems using drones.

  • In this paper, based on the building's 3D modeling, a digital twin-based building control system using the collection information of wireless sensor box is proposed. The proposed system applies wireless sensors, making sensor modules more expandable and usable, and more intuitive building control possible through three-dimensional modeling. In addition, effective control and visual representation are possible through BIM data. Sensor boxes have been designed for general purpose so that a variety of sensor modules can be added and have been implemented for actual university buildings to demonstrate high availability. The results of this paper could be used to implement a digital twin control platform in the future.

  • 글로벌 기후변화 및 에너지 부족이라는 문제는 단순한 어려움이 아니라, 인류 생존의 위협이라는 문제로 다가오고 있다. 이에 따라 국제 환경에서도 탄소배출 규제라는 공감대가 형성되어 향후 점차 에너지 소비 및 탄소배출 저감이라는 문제가 더욱 강조될 것이다. 이러한 즈음에 맞추어 국내 전체 에너지의 25%를 차지하고 있는 건물 에너지 소비에 대한 관리 분야는 국가적으로도 관심을 소홀이 할 수 없는 부분이다. 이에 지식경제부에서는 100대 전략 후보기술에 "건물 및 집단 에너지 최적 운영 시스템" 분야를 선정해 놓고 있다. 이에 본 고에서는 건물 에너지관리 기술에 대한 현황 및 동향에 대하여 알아보고, 최근 건물 에너지관리 분야에서 주요 기술로 인식되고 있는 통합관제센터에서 다수 건물의 에너지를 모니터링하고 관리함으로써 건물 관리 측면에서 경제성을 제공하고, 통합관제센터의 에너지 전문가 또는 전문가 시스템에 의해 에너지 최적화 방안을 도출해내는 원격 에너지관리 시스템 기술에 대하여 알아본다. 이를 위해 현재 대표적인 연구개발 사례로 고효율 건물 에너지 감응형 EMM 플랫폼 기술개발에 대하여 알아보도록 한다.

  • In this paper, we analyze the architecture of a typical building automation systems and control points in the network architecture, interoperability, and performance aspects. We proposed a new virtualization-based point-to-point automatic control system that is connected to a high speed wired system. Cloud computing based automation system enables the user based environment control, and may perform a building energy management performance through the improvement of the building automation system efficiently In addition, the virtualization system makes it possible to perform the management of the group building load management operators efficiently.

  • LED illumination has been developed from simple illumination to human oriented multi-functional system depending on the IT convergence trends. Thus, the convergence of IT technology such as various types of sensor and communication functions with application software can make saving of energy, and there are also several needs about the tailor-made illuminations requirements for the diverse users who want to take their own colors, strengths of the light. For the adaption of these kinds of intelligent system illumination, user oriented sensor and control should be possible. The LED lighting control system transmits and receives data via the Bluetooth mesh network and provides functions such as LED lighting control, LED lighting condition monitoring, energy usage monitoring, and energy peak point management. Therefore, in this paper, we suggest wireless communication platform and control system for the LED illumination control. We can expect life extension of LED illumination, and energy saving through this suggested system.

  • In this paper, we analyzed the characteristics of cyber attacks and major threat scenarios that could occur around intelligent building management Systems(IBS) by cyber attack security threats against cyber physics systems. Generally determined that lowering the likelihood of aggression against predictable threats would be a more realistic approach to attack response. The countermeasures against this need to be applied to multi-layered defense systems, and three alternatives were proposed: preliminary cyber safety diagnosis for protection targets and the establishment of mobile security control systems.

  • 본 논문은 에너지 자립 도심형 스마트 농장을 개발하여 도시형 농업 환경을 구축하기 위하여 기존 건물의 여유 공간인 옥상에 비닐하우스를 설치하여 도심형 스마트 농장 플랫폼을 개발하고자 한다. 도심형 스마트 농장 관제용 HMI 플랫폼 개발하여 도심형 스마트 농장의 내외부 환경정보를 취득하기 위하여 각종 센서(강우, 온/습도, CO2 등) 정보를 계측하여 비닐하우스 내부 환경을 관리할 수 있는 HMI 플랫폼을 개발 하고자 한다. 뿐만 아니라 도심형 스마트 농장 모바일 원격감시 시스템 개발하여 모바일 기반의 스마트 농장의 관제용 HMI 플랫폼을 원격에서 감시 및 제어할 수 있는 모바일 원격 감시시스템 개발하여 도심형 스마트 농장의 실현 가능성을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This paper suggests that it provides a electricity management system for wasting electricity, from power demand growth environments. This Energy management system based on ICT(Information & Communication Technology) can control Smart Power Outlet connecting to this system with Web Browser and Android phone, anytime, anywhere. Through analysis of acquisition data from them, this proposed system can monitor and control power consumption efficiently. This system was organized mesh network of Smart Power Outlet, gateway by wireless Zigbee, and ESS(Energy Saving System) by TCP/IP beyond existing limit of communication distance and space.

  • 무선인지(RFID)시스템은 많은 산업 분야에 적용되고 있다. 대표적인 예로써 RFID 시스템을 이용한 출입 관제시스템을 들 수 있으며, 이런 경우 기존의 건물에 이 시스템을 설치하려고 하면 출입문을 개조하여야 한다. 하지만 무선 통신을 이용하면, 리더기에서 호스트 컴퓨터로의 접근이 용이해지므로 출입문 개조에 있어서도 한결 수월해진다. 이 때 필요한 것이 무선 디지털 데이터 통신 기술과 원격지에서 Tag의 ID를 모니터링을 위한 TCP/IP를 이용한 Ethernet 통신이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시스템의 개발방법에 대해 설명하였으며 RFID 리더기는 125KHz를 사용 주파수로 하고, Tag 칩은 Microchip사의 MCRF 250을 사용하였다. 그리고 무선 데이터 통신을 위해서 CC1020칩을 사용하였으며 이 칩의 장점은 간단히 레지스터를 설정으로 송신 상태 혹은 수신 상태로 변환이 가능하고 또한 주파수 설정도 가능하다는 것이다. 마지막으로 Ethernet 통신을 위해서는 W3100A칩을 이용하였으며, Ethernet 통신에 있어 OS가 차지하는 부분으로 하드웨어를 통해 구현하였다. 실험을 위해 하드웨어를 구성하고 각 모듈별 동작을 분석하고. 각 부분의 파형을 확인하였다. DB에 해당하는 Application을 통해 Tag ID DATA를 확인하였다.

  • Periodic and systemic disaster management has become more important than ever owing to the recent continuous occurrence of disasters, such as fires, earthquakes, and flooding. This management goes beyond simple disaster preparedness, which was introduced minimally under the existing legal system. For effective disaster management, facilities should be managed through regular maintenance on a daily basis, and in the case of an emergency, intuitive and accurate communication is essential regarding the situation and purpose. BIM manages the entire building property data using the effective 3D visualization model, so it can be used for various management purposes from design to facility maintenance. In this study, through an expert survey on the use of services in a BIM-based integrated disaster information system, the available areas of BIM data were organized in terms of facility information management, 3D visualization, and disaster control. Later, through the use service and DB definition within the BIM-based disaster integration information system, the main facilities monitoring and response services based on BIM and BIM-based spatial management service are proposed. Based on this study, it is hoped that the BIM-based application service functions within the system will be implemented to enable an effective system response.
