The purpose of this study attempted to investigate the degree and relationship of health knowledge, health beliefs, and preventive health behavior of public health center officials and provide basic data to develop measures to promote preventive health behavior of public health center officials. Factors affecting health behavior were identified as sub-factors of health beliefs: benefit (β = . 298), severity (β = . 193), and trigger for action (β = . 183). The explanatory power of preventive health behaviors between these variables was found to be 33.9%. This study was attempted in the absence of research on COVID-19 knowledge, health beliefs, and preventive health behaviors among public health center officials, and objective observation or qualitative research that could supplement the limitations of self-reported questionnaires was conducted to 19 Research exploring the meaning of preventive health behaviors is needed.

This study is to investigate the HPV vaccination intention among male university students by cervical cancer knowledge and health belief. A sample of 159 male non-health related majoring students was asked to respond to a self-administrated questionnaire about the intention to inject HPV vaccine, knowledges of cervical cancer, and the level of health belief. T-test, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple group analysis were utilized. Vaccination intention had a positive relation with knowledge of cervical cancer(${\beta}=.200$, p=.01). Health belief was also related with the vaccination intention. There was a significant relation between the vaccination intention and perceived seriousness (${\beta}=.362$, p=.01). This study suggested that the health and HPV convergent education at least as an extracurricular course should be offer to male university students for them to develop an intention to HPV vaccination.

본 연구는 당뇨병환자의 교육이 건강행위실천에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 시도하였다. 연구대상자는 서울에 소재한 한 종합병원 내과 외래를 방문한 당뇨병 환자를 대상으로 실험군 51명, 대조군 51명인 총 102명이다. 교육 2회 실시 후 2010년 1월 5일부터 2월 5일까지 설문조사하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 당뇨병지식은 실험군에서 교육전 평균은 7.46점에서 교육후 10.12점으로 효과적으로 나타났다(P<0.01). 둘째, 당뇨병관리는 실험군에서 교육전 평균점수는 23.41점에서 교육후 26.17점으로 유의하게 높았다(P<0.01). 셋째, 상관관계 결과 당뇨병지식과 건강실천의지(r=0.26, P=0.03), 건강실천의지와 당뇨병관리(r=0.67, P=0.00)는 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 당뇨병 예방을 포함한 다양한 당뇨병 지식 내용의 프로그램을 개발하여 집중적인 교육이 필요하다.

최근 국민들 사이에서 주목되고 있는 걷기운동. 일상운동과는 전혀 인연이 없는 사람이라도 이 걷기운동 건강법을 실행함으로써 무리 없이 손쉽게 건강을 유지할 수 있다고 하여 이른 아침이나 저녁 때 공원이나 도로변에서 걷기운동을 실천하고 있는 사람을 많이 볼 수 있게 되었다. 그저 할 일 없이‘걷는다’는 것이 아니라 건강에 좋은 걷는 방법과 지식을 갖추고 건강 걷기법을 실천해보자.
