기능성 꿀 및 그 생산에 대하여 관심이 있다면 우선 벌과 꽃과 꿀의 등식관계(벌=꽃=꿀)를 이해하고 벌꿀의 이용역사를 고찰하여 향후 이용 변화추위에 따라 소비자을이 선호하는 꿀을 생산하여야 할 것으로 본다. 인간에 대한 의학이 발달은 꿀에 대한 소비자들의 인식을 변화시키고 있으며, 건강 증진 및 장수를 위한 well-being 생활의 추구에 따라 식생활도 변화하고 있기 때문에 꿀에 대한 재평가가 요구되고 있다. 따라서 수명과 관련하여 건강증진에 유익한 기능성 꿀 생산은 매우 적절한 대응전력이라고 생각한다. 기능성 꿀벌 생산하려면 꿀에 대한 성분과 특성을 이해하고 기능성물질의 탐색과 더불어 벌을 통한 생산방법을 개발하여 가치 있는 기능성 꿀을 생산하여야 함으로 기능성 꿀 및 생산에 관한 정보를 제공하고자 한다.

The advent of personal healthcare record(PHR) technology has been changing the uses as well as the paradigm of internet services, and emphasizing the importance of services being personalization. But the problem of user's privacy infringement and leaking user's sensitive medical information is increasing with the fusion of PHR technology and healthcare. In this paper, we propose a security labeling scheme for privacy protection in PHR system. In the proposed scheme, PHR data can be labeled also manually based on patient's request or the security labelling rules. The proposed scheme can be used to control access, specify protective measures, and determine additional handling restrictions required by a communications security policy.

통신기술의 발전이 가져온 스마트 시대로의 진입은 다양한 스마트 디바이스와 콘텐츠 및 문화를 보급, 창출해내며 우리 사회 전반적인 라이프 스타일의 변화를 선도하고 있다. 특히 국민소득의 증대로 건강에 관한 소비자 욕구가 증대하면서 더 나은 삶의 질을 추구하는 웰니스가 급부상함에 따라, 치료 중심이 아닌 예방과 케어, 힐링을 위한 다양한 서비스를 위한 디바이스와 플랫폼, 분석기술의 개발 및 적용이 요구되고 있다. 또한 단순히 서비스를 제공받던 수동적인 과거 소비자 형태가 스마트 디바이스를 적극적으로 활용해내는 능동적 소비자의 모습으로 변화함에 따라 이러한 움직임은 앞으로 단순히 서비스 제공의 측면이 아닌, 웰니스 증진을 위해 특화된 스마트 디바이스와 컴퓨터, 소비자와의 상호작용에 기반한 기술로 발전되어갈 전망이다. 본 논문에서는 건강은 물론 개인의 라이프 스타일을 포함한 라이프로그 기반의 다차원적인 정보 수집과 체계적 분석, 그를 통한 모니터링과 맞춤형 서비스를 실현하는 개인화웰니스기록을 활용한 개인맞춤형웰니스 관리 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

In this study, we develop a categorization of citizens' information problems in their everyday life based on the characteristics in their information seeking behavior for developing information services which support to solve the problems practically. First of all, we extracted keywords related to their faced everyday life problems from the scripts of open-ended interviews with citizens who had diverse characteristics. The keywords were categorized into 6 groups, such as hobby/recreation, legal problems, current affairs, education, health, and economic matters, based on the characteristics in related information seeking behaviors. Then the 6-group categorization was tested statistically with questionnaire survey data based on their prefered information sources. Through the statistical test, the 6-group categorization has proved being valid. Based on the results, we suggested to reconsider the current information services in public libraries, and discussed a possibility to shift the services to problem-based information services.

보안은 비즈니스 성능에 있어 결정적인 문제점이지만 대게 보안은 비즈니스 프로세스 정의 후에 고려된다. 많은 보안 요구사항은 비즈니스 업무 레벨에 표현될 수 있다. 비즈니스 업무 모델은 그들이 소프트웨어 디자인과 창조를 위해 필요한 요구사항을 잡아낼 수 있기 때문에 소프트웨어 개발자를 위해 중요하다. 게다가 비즈니스 업무의 모델링은 지휘와 비즈니스 운영이 어떻게 개선되는지를 위한 중심이다. 이 논문은 활동 다이어그램을 통해서 안전한 비즈니스 업무를 모델링하기 위한 UML 2.0 확장을 설명한다. 전형적인 건강관리 업무에 이 접근을 적용할 것이다.

미국의 65세 이상 노인인구의 구성을 보면, 민족이 더욱 다양화되고 있는 추세이다. 다양화 되고 있는 민족 가운데 한국계 미국인의 수는 급속히 증가하고 있으나, 그들의 건강문제에 대한 정보는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 연구목적: 연구의 목적은 한국계 미국 노인의 건강에 대한 현재까지의 연구를 정리하고, 이를 바탕으로 앞으로의 연구방향에 대해 논의하는 것이다. 연구방법: 컴퓨터 데이터베이스를 이용한 검색과 수작업에 의한 검색을 통해 수집된 21개의 자료를 분석하였다. 결론 및 제언: 21개의 자료는 네 개의 항목으로 나눠 정리하였다. 기존의 연구는 주제의 다양성이나 각 주제별 연구의 수에 있어서 매우 미흡하였다. 중요한 주제임에도 다뤄지지 않고 있는 분야에 대한 관심이 요구되며, 또한 각 분야에 대한 심도 있는 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

This article considers the experimental foundations of geographical phenomena for the distribution of lodging houses and the development of lodging Information Systems in Shin-Chon Area. This system allows the rural students to find their lodging houses conveniently. We examine the geographical reality of lodging houses in Shin-chon area and explores the lodging information system, reflecting how students select the lodging houses. Criteria for selection of lodging houses are travel time to school, interior facilities, rent fee, members, owners of lodging houses, which are collected by field swvey. The lodging information system is built in integration of Visual Basic with spatial data which are created in Mapinfo and Arcview through MapObject, component GIS software. This system provide query tools to efficiently investigate data as well as interactive map display. Also it displays the characteristics of a selected lodging houses using the identify tool on the map.

지난 수십년간 의료기기는 비약적인 발전을 거듭하며 의료서비스에 이바지하여 왔다. 최근의 기술동향으로는ICT(Information and Communication Technology) 기술의 발전이 전통적인 진단과 치료 방법에서 새로운 의료서비스의 형태로 진화를 유도하고 있다. ICT 기술과 의료기기의 융합을 통하여 진단, 치료, 의료정보화 및 개인건강관리 분야에 이르기 까지 신속하고 정확하고 효율적인 의료서비스 개선을 추구하고 있다. 인구의 고령화, 만성질환자 증가, 의료비상승, 의료진의 부족이 예상되는 미래환경에서 ICT 기술의 기여도는 점점 더 커질 것이다. 전세계적인 정보통신망 인프라의 활성화와 개인용 스마트 디바이스의 보급으로 정보와 기기에 대한 접근성이 훨씬 용이해지고 웰빙에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 개인 건강관리에 대한 서비스 요구가 높아지고 있다. ICT 종주국으로서 의료기기 산업에서도 국내기업의 활약을 기대하며 ICT 융합 의료기기의 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 신생아집중치료실에 입원한 미숙아와 가족 대상의 증강현실(Augmented Reality [AR])기반 맞춤형지지 케어 프로그램 개발에 필요한 관련 전문가 합의를 도출한 델파이 조사 연구이다. 3D 콘텐츠를 적용한 프로그램 개발에 필요한 핵심 구성요소 혹은 교육 콘텐츠를 발굴하여 개발의 방향성을 제안하기 위한 델파이 분석에, 미숙아 및 전문가 집단 14명(1차)과 113명(2차)이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 각 델파이 집단에서 수집된 반응들의 분석 결과, 4개의 하위영역(AR 프로그램의 필요성 및 가치(장점), AR 기반 프로그램 도입과 적용 시 고려할 점, AR 기반 전인적 e케어 프로그램 도입 시 요구와 전략적 방안, 입원 초기부터 퇴원 전 단계별 지지케어 위한 3D 콘텐츠 개발 우선순위)이 분류되었으며, 총 57문항이 도출되었다. 입원 초기부터 퇴원 전 단계별 지지케어 위한 3D 콘텐츠 개발 요구도와 우선순위에 있어서는, 부모 경우 신생아 케어의 반복적 체험 훈련 통한 부모 교육, 아기 본연의 독특하고 고유한 캐릭터나 습관 및 특성 관련 정보 공유, 발달을 돕는 양육 또는 놀이 교육, 가족 요구 기반 특수 간호 기술 훈련 등의 항목의 우선순위가 높았다. 한편, 전문가의 경우 건강한 부모역할로의 이행을 돕기 위한 심리사회적지지, 부모-아기 간 단절 최소화, 미숙아 발달 관련 정보 및 양육 또는 놀이 정보 공유, 부모-아기 상호작용 기회 제공 등으로 요구도의 우선순위가 높았다. 본 연구에서 개발된 델파이 평가문항의 내적일관성 신뢰도를 분석한 결과, Cronbach's α .89~.94로 높았고, 타당도와 문항 구성이 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과들을 바탕으로, 미숙아와 가족을 위한 AR 기반 맞춤형지지 케어 프로그램 개발의 적합성이 검증되었고, 프로그램의 임상적, 기술적, 사용적 가치에 있어서 고려할 사항과 교수매체로서 부모와 전문가 집단이 요구하는 3D 콘텐츠 우선순위를 바탕으로 효과적인 기획 및 설계의 근거를 확보했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing family caregivers' reaction of persons with cancer. The study participants were 130 cancer patients and their family caregivers. Data on participant characteristics, caregiver reaction, perceived social support, and cancer related health literacy were collected from July 17 to November 7, 2018 using a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed with the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program for descriptive statistics, using independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation coefficient and enter multiple regression analysis. The determining factors affecting caregivers' reaction were in case of spouse of patient(${\beta}=.252$, p=.002), subjective health status(${\beta}=-.207$ p=.012), and health literacy (self-care, patient's needs and preference) (${\beta}=-.411$, p<.001; ${\beta}=.247$, p=.037 respectively), and their explanation power was about 37.9%. This finding underscores the need for developing and application of the individualized education program with health literacy improvement strategies for family caregivers of cancer patients.
