This study was aimed to clarify the concept of professionalism of the nurse. Walker and Avant's concept analysis process was used. The main attributes of professionalism of the nurse were advanced nursing knowledge, excellent nursing skill, person-centered nursing care, ethicality, responsibility, peer cooperation, autonomy, and outstanding situational judgement, and problem solving. The antecedents were a long enough period of nursing education and experience, research activities, personal qualities, and self-directed training. The consequences were improvement of professional identity and low turnover rates of nurses; improvement of nursing satisfaction, health recovery and well-being for patients; improvement of nursing quality, revenue, and reputation for hospital; gaining social recognition and development of nursing profession; obtaining financial benefits in national health care for nation. The findings of the study provide clarification of the concept of professionalism of the nurse and lay the foundation to establish professionalism among nurses to deliver good nursing care.

The health of feet is connected with individual's health and affects a man's activity. Shoes need to be designed to protect feet and to absorb the impact of land. Thus, design, comfort and economical efficiency are important factors of shoes. Consumers can choose suitable shoes for their feet in off-line shopping. However, in on-line shopping, because they can not wear shoes, compare to the off-line shopping, there are many problems in internet shopping. First, consumers can get limited information of shoes because they must search information of purchase without other's help. Second, because consumers can not get important information such as design, size and a comfort of wearing, they can not make a careful decision. Above these, the solution of user-oriented internet shopping is development of new type of prototype which is accessible to user and to offer visual information through 3D virtual reality.

In this paper, we provide flexible scalability of computing resources in cloud environment and Apache Hadoop based cloud environment for analysis of public medical information big data. In fact, it includes the ability to quickly and flexibly extend storage, memory, and other resources in a situation where log data accumulates or grows over time. In addition, when real-time analysis of accumulated unstructured log data is required, the system adopts Hadoop-based analysis module to overcome the processing limit of existing analysis tools. Therefore, it provides a function to perform parallel distributed processing of a large amount of log data quickly and reliably. Perform frequency analysis and chi-square test for big data analysis. In addition, multivariate logistic regression analysis of significance level 0.05 and multivariate logistic regression analysis of meaningful variables (p<0.05) were performed. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed for each model 3.

Jeongseon-gun has the SaBuk Public Library, 17 small libraries, and the Jeongseon Educational Library. In 2023, with the completion of the Jeongseon County Public Library, there is a need to establish innovative library policy strategies that consider balanced development by region. The primary goal of this study was to set the direction for the future of Jeongseon County's public libraries and provide appropriate strategies. To achieve this, an examination of the local situation and characteristics of Jeongseon County was conducted, followed by an analysis of the operational status of the public libraries. Additionally, a satisfaction survey and demand analysis were conducted among the residents of Jeongseon County regarding the libraries, to analyze directions for library improvements. Ultimately, taking into account the local characteristics, library status, and residents' needs, an optimized strategy for the region was presented. As a result of the study, the operational goal to achieve the vision was set as "a life-friendly library that shares the healthy lives of residents of Jeongseon-gun," and emphasized its role as a companion close to daily life for the healthy lives of Jeongseon-gun residents. The four strategic tasks to promote the operational goals were expressed as "a library that grows with local residents," "a library that provides multicultural exchange," "a sustainable future-oriented library," and "a library that cooperates with the local community."

Breast cancer is the most prevalent oncological disease among women. Various psychosocial distress is common at the diagnosis, treatment, and posttreatment phase of breast cancer. For the treatment of breast cancer, not only medical treatment but also psychosomatic integrative care will be needed. Patients with breast cancer may lead to increased vulnerability to stress, adjustment disorder, anxiety disorder, and depressive disorder, and these psychiatric diseases and conditions are associated with recurrence or exacerbation of breast cancer. Psychosocial treatment of anxiety and depression could increase the quality of life of patients and decrease the recurrence and progression of breast cancer. In this article, we reviewed 5 clinical breast cancer survivorship guidelines focused on psychosomatic integrative care including psychosocial treatment and alternative treatment for psychosocial distress. Because 5 treatment guidelines were using various definitions of evidence, we confirmed evidence of various psychosocial treatments for patients with breast cancer based on the definition of evidence by the US Preventive Service Task Force (USPSTF) guideline. We also reviewed the effect size of psychosocial treatment for anxiety, depression, mood, and quality of life in patients with breast cancer. This article discusses the barrier to the delivery of psychosomatic integrative care and suggests integrative care planning for breast cancer. Multi-disciplinary teams, patient's needs assessment, information technology support, patient and caregiver engagement, planned periodic monitoring of psychosocial distress by a psychosomatic specialist or consultation-liaison psychiatrist are recommended as key features of a psychosomatic integrated care plan.

The study was conducted to identify the relationship between the e-cigarette smoking rate and demographic factors, health status and health behavior factors within the last one month of adults over 19 years of age, and to provide basic data for cessation education and health policy establishment to reduce the e-cigarette smoking rate. This is a secondary data analysis study using survey data of 22,908 people over the age of 19 who participated in the 2018 Community Health Survey in Seoul and the SAS program was used for analysis. Smoking rate of e-cigarettes within the last one month was 4.5%, and as a result of multivariate logistic regression analysis, factors related to e-cigarette smoking were sex, age, education level, occupation and general cigarette smoking status. In order to prevent e-cigarette smoking and reduce the smoking rate, education should first be given to professionals with educational backgrounds of college graduates or higher to inform the dangers of e-cigarettes. In addition, public relations and campaigns to inform the general public that e-cigarette smoking is no different from general cigarette smoking are required, and deployment of the same anti-smoking policy that treats e-cigarettes as general cigarettes is required.

This study was to find out the influence of urine cotinine in Korean adults on Cardiovasculardiseases using data from the seventh Korea national health and nutrition examination survey 2016-2018. The subjects were 7,290. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, 𝞆2 test and logistic regression analysis using SPSS 26. The main findings were that 40-59 age, higher than 60 age, lower than high school level, Income status low, urine cotinine level under 50ng/mL, urine cotinine level 50-499ng/mL, Average cigarette per day over the 20 loosey, BMI 25g/m², no aerobic exercise, the prevalence of cardiovascular disease increased 9.0 times, 29.44 times,1.26 times, 1.68 times, 1.54 times, 1.56 times, 1.48 times, 2.06 times and 1.17 times, respectively. As a result, it is necessary to improve lifestyles such as obesity and lack of exercise, to reduce the prevalence of cardiovascular disease in Korean adults, and to pay attention to older age groups and low socioeconomic groups.

본 연구는 어업자원이 건강한 상태에 있는지 아니면 남획된 상태에 있는지를 판단하고, 현재 어업활동이 과도한지 아닌지를 판단하기 위한 간단하고 실용적인 방법을 개발하였다. 자원평가를 수행시에는 고가의 자료와 고도의 기술력이 요구되는 어려움이 있는데, 특히 소규모 어업과 다종어업에서 어려움이 더욱 심하다. 본 연구에서 개발된 방법은 어업자원의 구체적인 상태와 어업활동의 객관적인 상태를 고려해서 어업자원을 보존하고 어업활동을 규제할 수 있는 실용적이고 신뢰할 수 있는 방법이다. 예를 들어, 자원량과 어획사망률을 추정하는데 필요한 자료가 없거나, 추정할 수있는 과학적 능력이 부족한 경우에는, 자원량을 대용해서 단위노력당어획량을 사용하고 어획사망률을 대용해서 어획노력량 자료를 사용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 제시한 방법의 실현가능성과 유용성을 입증하기 위하여, 복수어종으로 집계된 어획량과 어획노력량 만으로 된 경우나 또는 개체군 특성치 정보와 체장자료 만이 이용 가능한 경우에 대해 적용하였다. 이 방법은 수산자원의 보존이라는 전지구적 목표를 달성하는데 있어서, 필요한 자원상태와 어업상태를 판단해서 어획활동을 규제하고 조정할 수 있는 유용한 방법이 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

The telecommand system of KITSAT micorsatellite receives commands from ground stations or on-board computers. It decodes, validates and delivers commands to sub-system. The telemetry system is to collect, process and format satellite housekeeping and mission data for use by on-board computer and ground station. It is crucial for the telemetry and telecommand system to have high reliability since the spacecraft operation is mostly based on the function of this system. The telemetry and telecommand(TTC) systems for KITSAT-1 and 2 had been developed under the consideratin of the space environment of Low-Earth-Orbit and the limited mass, volume and power of micorsatellite. Since both satellites were launched in August 1992 and September 1993 respectively, the have shown to be working successfully as well as the TTC systems on-board both satellites.

Increasing the number of the solitude old person maintain a healthy lifestyle, the research for the emergency detection and life monitoring is required. In this paper, the wireless sensor network technology is utilized to design a silver-care service model in the area of emergency silver generation activities. The service model proposed in this paper acquired by using mobile devices to access silver-care service with the network information obtained through video monitoring and sensing. Also, Proposed model, based on wide-area network connected with the best wireless network of the PDA and mobile phones for the solitude old person.
