By studying the awareness level of students, for the need to protect personal information, and also by studying students' level of perception as to which information needs protection, this study aims to show that increased education is beneficial, and necessary, across all university majors. This increased education is necessary to improve information security, and increase the responsible sharing of private data which has many benefits, specifically in the Healthcare field. Utilizing student volunteers across multiple majors at a university in South Korea. These questionnaires measured the students' awareness of private information, their perception of private information and also the students' experience in receiving university level education regarding private information and the need for its protection. This study shows that, when compared to students in other fields, students in the field of public health had a higher level of awareness regarding the consequences of personal information disclosure for both public purposes and medical research. Within the parameters of this study, this outcome can be explained as the result of exposure to educational curriculum which contained information related to personal information protection. This increased education raised the student's awareness of which information is considered private, as well as, which information is valuable when responsibly shared. As a result, this study shows that an increase in education regarding information privacy, should be included in all university majors, and gives us evidence to support that this additional education is valuable to students at all levels and should be encouraged.

두통이 매우 흔한 이유로는 아마도 두개골내의 귀중한 뇌조직을 보호하기 위해서 말단 통각수용기가 안면과 두피에 신체의 다른 부위에서 보다 더 풍부하게 분포되어 있고, 눈, 코, 입같은 고도로 민감한 조직들이 두부에 있어 보호의 필요가 있고, 또 지적인 사람의 두부는 뇌가 있는 곳이므로 신체의 다른 어느 부위에서 보다 더 관심이 대상이 되는 구조이기 때문이다.

치료 정보의 경우는 그 내용의 정확성, 진실성과는 상관없이 환자 개개인의 특성과 질병의 현 상황을 고려한 종합적인 판정이 더 중요하기 때문에 맹신하여서는 안 된다. 특히 상업적인 사이트에서 제공하는 건강정보는 이런 점을 특히 간과해서는 안 된다. 인터넷 정보에 대해서 의료 소비자를 스스로 보호할 판단 능력이 필요한 것이다.

산업현장이 하루가 다르게 급변하면서 산업안전보건 분야 역시 빠른 변화를 거듭하고 있다. 특히 산업보건의 경우 최근 사회 전반적으로 건강과 복지가 주목을 받으면서, 급격히 발전하는 모습을 보이고 있다. 근로자 건강관리에 대한 개념도 기존의 '질병예방'이라는 소극적 틀을 벗어나 '건강증진'이라는 능동적이고 적극적 형태로 나아가고 있고, 제조업을 탈피해 건설업, 서비스업 등 다양한 산업분야로 보건관리 영역이 넓혀져야 한다는 목소리가 커지고 있다. 이처럼 산업안전보건 분야가 끊임없는 발전을 지속하는 배경에는 한국산업간호협회가 있다. 1994년 설립 이래 협회는 보건관리자인 산업간호사가 일선 현장에서 원활하게 업무에 임할 수 있도록 다양한 지원을 하는 한편 이들의 권익 신장을 위해 앞장서왔다. 또한 근로자들의 건강보호 증진을 위한 다양한 사업을 전개하는 등 산업보건의 중심축 역할을 수행해왔다. 우리나라 산업보건의 근간인 한국산업간호협회의 김희걸 회장을 만나 그동안의 활동 성과와 향후 계획 등에 대해 이야기를 나누어봤다.

건강과 식생활에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있는 가운데, 작물보호제의 농작물 잔류가 건강에 미치는 영향을 염려하는 목소리가 작지 않다. 작보제는 각종 농작물에 다양한 종류가 사용되어 안정된 식품공급에 커다란 기여를 하고 있다. 그럼에도 작보제의 안전성은 끊임없이 의심받고 있으며 지나치게 잘못 인식돼 있다. 여기서는 기회 있을 때마다 작보제에 대한 올바른 인식을 주장해 온 복전수부(福田秀夫)씨의 여러 가지 의문에 대한 답변을 정리해 본다.

2012년 1월부터 국민의 건강보호를 위해 실내공기질 적용대상 다중이용시설이 추가되며, 석면의 안전한 관리를 위한 석면안전관리법이 공포된다. 또한 저탄소 녹색성장기본법에 의한 온실가스 에너지 목표관리제의 적용대상인 관리업체 지정기준이 강화되며, 수계로 배출되는 유해물질의 독성을 통합관리하여 건강한 수생태계 보호를 위해 도입된 "생태독성(TU) 관리제도"가 3-5종 사업장까지 확대 시행된다. 2012년부터 달라지거나 새롭게 시행되는 환경행정 내용을 정리하였으니 업무에 참고하시기 바랍니다.

This study was a descriptive correlation investigation that assessed the caring burden of caregivers who care for dementia and examined the effects of the burden on the somatic symptoms and health perception. The subjects were 174 caregivers and data collection was conducted from April 1 to 30, 2018. The data were analyzed t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. A Scheffe test was used for post-analysis. The caring burden and somatic symptoms were found to be mid-high and moderate, respectively. The health was perceived to be not good, and the subjective awareness of well-being appeared to be low. The caring burden showed a positive correlation with the somatic symptoms(r=.157, p<.05), and the somatic symptoms showed a positive correlation with the perceived health(r=.220, p<.01). As a result of the study, caregiving burden of caregivers showed the factors influencing their physical and mental health status, it is suggested to carry out research to find out whether there is a difference in burden of care according to the working place of caregiver. In addition, it is necessary to develop a tool to measure the burden of caregivers and to carry out repeated research.

As the utilize of personal health records increases in recent years, research on cryptographic protocol for protecting personal information of personal health records has been actively conducted. Currently, personal health records are commonly encrypted and outsourced to the cloud. However, this method is limited in verifying the integrity of personal health records, and there is a problem with poor data availability because it is essential to use it in decryption. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a verifiable cloud-based personal health record management scheme using Redactable signature scheme and zero-knowledge proof. Verifiable cloud-based personal health record management scheme can be used to verify the integrity of the original document while preserving privacy by deleting sensitive information by using Redactable signature scheme, and to verify that the redacted document has not been deleted or modified except for the deleted part of the original document by using the zero-knowledge proof. In addition, it is designed to increase the availability of data than the existing management schemes by designing to recover deleted parts only when necessary through the Redact Recovery Authority. And we propose a verifiable cloud-based personal health record management model using the proposed scheme, and analysed its efficiency by implementing the proposed scheme.

WHO의 통계에 따르면, 매년 350만여명의 지구촌 사람들이 질병이 아닌 불의의 사고, 폭력 등으로 인해 사망한다. 그 비율은 요즘 건강상의 큰 문제인 성인병의 다음을 차지하고 있다. 진정한 의미의 건강을 위해 이 "사고"의 문제도 결코 간과할 수 없다고 판단한 WHO는 올해 보건의 날 주제를 "부상"으로 선정하고 이의 예방을 위해 나섰다. 본 내용은 WHO가 발표한 자료를 요약한 것으로, 앞으로 약 4회에 걸쳐 연재할 계획이다.
