문제중심학습 통합 시뮬레이션교육이 간호대학생의 간호지식, 비판적 사고성향, 문제 해결 능력 및 수업 몰입도에 미치는 효과 (Effects of integrative simulation practice on nursing knowledge, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and immersion in problem-based learning among nursing students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of problem-based learning-integrative simulation practice (PBL-ISP) on nursing knowledge, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and immersion among nursing students. Methods: The study used a nonequivalent control group post-test design. A PBL-ISP educational program was provided to the experimental group, and hands-on practice using a high-fidelity simulator (HFS) was administered to the control group. There were 42 subjects in the experimental group and 40 in the control group. Data were collected during the fall semester of 2019. Using SPSS for Windows version 23.0, data were analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, the chi-square test, t-test, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: Significant differences between the experimental and control groups were found in nursing knowledge (t=3.67, p<.001), critical thinking (t=3.40, p=.001), problem-solving ability (t=3.52, p=.001) and immersion (t=4.44, p<.001). Conclusion: PBL-ISP was more effective in improving nursing knowledge, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and immersion than was hands-on practice using an HFS.

임상간호사의 조직몰입과 회복탄력성이 프리젠티즘에 미치는 영향요인 (The Influence of Organizational Commitment and Resilience on Presenteeism among Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors influencing organizational commitment and resilience onpresenteeism in clinical nurses. Methods: The subjects were 202 nurses working at 5 hospitals in B city. The data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Work impairment was negatively correlated with organizational commitment and resilience. Perceived productivity was positively correlated with organizational commitment and resilience. Influencing factors on work impairment were organizational commitment (β=-.22 p=.005) and hardiness (β=-.16, p=.042), with 10% explanatory power. Influencing factors on perceived productivity were organizational commitment (β=.24, p=.002) and hardiness (β=.16, p=.042), with 11% explanatory power. Conclusion: Based on this research, appropriate programs and policies that consider influencing factors such as organizational commitment and hardiness in resilience are needed to reduce the level of presenteeism in clinical nurses.

간호사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 개인, 상황, 대인관계변수 중심으로 (Factors to Affect Turnover Intention of Nurse: Focusing on Personal, Situational and Interpersonal Relation Variables)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to figure out influences of supervisor's and colleague's supports, nursing work environment, ego-resilience, organizational commitment and burnout on turnover intention of nurses working in general hospitals. Methods: The data were collected from 379 nurses working in general hospitals with more than 500 beds in S city from July 1 to August 31, 2012. The collected data were analyzed with independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and Hierarchial regression analysis by using SPSS 19.0. Results: In case the subject was young, with work experience of 1~5 years, single, female and position of general nurse, turnover intention was statistically significantly higher. Turnover intention, supervisor's support, nursing work environment, organizational commitment and ego-resilience showed significantly negative correlations, but burnout showed significantly positive correlations. In case of controlling general characteristics, higher correlational variables with turnover intention accounted for 30.2%. Conclusion: In order to reduce turnover intention of general nurses who showed higher intention with 1~5 years' work experience, situational variables such as organizational commitment and nursing work environment and interpersonal relation variables such as supervisor's support as well as personal variables such as ego-resilience should all be considered.

간호사의 재직의도에 대한 간호조직문화, 조직침묵과 조직몰입의 영향: PROCESS Macro model 6 적용 (Effect of Nursing Organizational culture, Organizational Silence, and Organizational Commitment on the Intention of Retention among Nurses: Applying the PROCESS Macro Model 6)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the effects of organizational culture, organizational silence, and organizational commitment on the intention of retention as perceived by nurses Methods: The research model was designed on the basis of the PROCESS Macro model 6 proposed by Hayes. The participants were 142 nurses from general hospitals. Measurements included the scales of organizational culture, organizational silence, organizational commitment, and intention of retentione. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis, and Hayes's PROCESS macro method for mediation. Results: Retention intention showed a significantly positive correlation with relationship-orientated culture (r=.32, p<.001), innovation-orientated culture (r=.30, p<.001), and organizational commitment (r=.48, p<.001). However retention intention showed a significantly negative correlation with organizational silence (r=-.42, p<.001). Furthermore, organizational silence and commitment had a mediating effect on the relationship between organizational culture and intention of retention. Conclusion: The impact of organizational culture on intention of retention in general hospitals was mediated by organizational silence and organizational commitment. Considering the mediating effects of organizational silence and organizational commitment on the relationship between nursing organizational culture and retention intention, a strategy should be developed to enhance organizational commitment and weaken organizational silence by strengthening related and innovative nursing culture.

생선 소비와 연령의 관계에 미치는 생선 섭취태도, 건강몰입과 편의성의 매개효과 평가 (Measuring the Mediated Effects of Attitude toward Fish Eating, Health Involvement and Convenience on the Relationship between Fish Consumption and Age)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of attitude toward fish eating, Health involvement and convenience on the relationship between fish consumption and age. A total of 235 questionnaires were completed. Structural equation model was used to measure the causal relationships between constructs. Results of the study demonstrated that the structural equation analysis result for the data also indicated excellent model fit. The effects of age on involvement and convenience were statistically significant. The effects of age on attitude and consumption was not statistically significant. As expected, the involvement had a significant effect on attitude and consumption. The attitude and convenience had a significant effect on consumption. The effect of involvement on convenience was not statistically significant. Moreover, the attitude, involvement and convenience played a mediating role in the relationship between consumption and age. The involvement played a mediating role in the relationship between attitude and age. The involvement played no mediating role in the relationship between convenience and age. The attitude and convenience played no mediating role in the relationship between consumption and involvement.

해산물 소비에 영향을 미치는 건강몰입, 태도, 지각된 행동통제와 행동의도의 인과효과 평가 (Measuring the Causal Effects of Health Involvement, Attitude, Perceived Behavioral Control and Intention on Seafood Consumption)

  • The purpose of this study was to measuring the effects of health involvement, attitude, perceived behavioral control (PBC), behavioral intention on seafood consumption. A total of 235 questionnaires were completed. Structural equation model was used to measure the causal relationships among constructs. Results of the study demonstrated that the structural analysis result for the data also indicated excellent model fit. The direct effect of health involvement on attitude was statistically significant. The direct effects of health involvement, attitude and PBC on consumption were statistically significant. As expected, attitude, PBC and behavioral intention had significant direct effects on consumption. Moreover, health involvement had a significant indirect effect on behavioral intention through attitude and PBC. Health involvement also had a significant indirect effect on consumption through attitude, PBC and behavioral intention. Attitude and PBC had significant indirect effects on consumption through behavioral intention. In conclusion, based on structural analysis, a model was proposed of interrelations among health involvement, attitude, PBC, behavioral intention and seafood consumption. Other variables(sensory variable, habit, norm etc) may be incorporated to form models that consist of new antecedent and consequence pairs.

  • 장애인들, 특히 시각장애인들이 여가활동을 할 수 있는 게임이 많이 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시각장애인과 비장애인의 여가활동의 격차를 줄이기 위해 함께 어울려서 즐길 수 있는 위한 게임을 구현하였다. 보다 몰입감 있고 활동적인 게임을 구현하고자 신체의 움직임을 센싱할 수 있는 Kinect를 활용하도록 구현하였으며 사용자는 왼팔과 오른팔을 이용하여 캐릭터를 움직여 게임을 즐길 수 있다. 게임의 진행 과정은 청각적인 정보로 전달되도록 구현하였다. 시각장애인들이 여가활동을 즐김과 동시에 신체를 활용함으로써 시각장애인들의 건강증진에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 최근 국민의 건강증진 및 질병관리 등에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 전문가들 또한 걷기 운동의 유효성을 강조하고 있다. 이에 따라 스마트 헬스케어와 관련된 기기 및 서비스에 대한 개발이 활발히 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 GPS와 비콘 센서를 이용한 환경에서 걷기운동과 미니게임 콘텐츠를 융합한 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 콘텐츠는 특정 지역을 가상의 게임 맵으로 매칭하고 GPS센서와 리얼월드의 비콘을 블루투스 통신으로 인지하도록 하였으며 이를 통해 소모 칼로리 계산, 게임의 클리어 조건 등 핵심 시스템으로 사용한다. 본 연구를 통해 설계, 구현된 게임 콘텐츠는 이용자의 움직임을 정확히 측정할 수 있고 재미와 몰입감을 제공하여 지속적인 운동을 유도함으로써 운동효과가 향상됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 건강, 운동에 관한 관심이 고조되고 레저를 즐기는 사용자층이 확대되어 감에 따라 다양한 종류의 레저형 시뮬레이터에 대한 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 단순 운동을 위한 스포츠 시뮬레이터는 흥미를 반감시켜 지속적인 운동에 대한 저해하는 요소가 된다. 본 논문에서는 이런 시뮬레이터의 한계를 극복하기 위해 다양한 콘텐츠를 접목시킨 스포테인먼트형 자전거를 제안한다. 이를 위해 개인 신체 정보를 입력을 통해 프로그램 추천 및 이력관리가 가능하고 흥미요소인 게임, 음악 등을 동시에 즐기면서 운동을 할 수 있는 자전거 시뮬레이터 UXBike 시스템 개발한다. 이는 보편화된 운동 레저 시뮬레이터와 콘텐츠의 융합을 통해 사용자의 몰입도 향상 및 지속적인 관심을 갖게 하는 계기가 될것이라 판단된다.

  • 높은 몰입감과 실재감을 제공하는 XR 기술이 고령자들의 인지능력, 주의력, 시각적 기억력에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나며 노인의 건강과 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 기술로 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 인지기능 향상을 위한 XR 융합훈련프로그램에 사용될 콘텐츠 저작 시 젊은이와 노령층의 디지털 격차, 선호도의 차이, 노화에 따른 신체·인지능력의 저하 등 고려해야 할 이슈를 소개하고, 문제를 해소할 수 있는 XR 콘텐츠 저작도구를 제안한다.
