한국건강관리협회 경기도지부가 경기도비의 지원을 받아도 보건과, 한양의대 예방의학교실과 함께 수원시 김포군을 비롯한 8개 지역 주민 5천명을 대상으로 각종 성인병, 자궁경부암, 위암 이동검진을 실시하고 있다. 지난 7월까지 3천7백여 명의 주민이 이검진에서 건강검사를 받았다. 지난 해7월 도비지원으로 국내 최초로 특수검진장비까지 장착된 이동검진버스를 도입함으로써 지역주민 건강검진에 큰 성과를 거둔 건협 경기지부는 이번 사업을 통해 우리나라의 체계적인 집단검진 실시에 새로운 계기를 마련했다는 평가를 받고 있다. 특히 이번 검진사업에서는, 결과를 토대로 지역주민 위암 발병률 조사와 이상자에 대한 관리대책 등도 수립될 계획이어서 앞으로 우리나라 위암 검진 및 관리에 많은 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

This study analyzes on payment difference of users in sex, age, region using 23-months data by a university medical center to figure out factors which help to hospital management. The meaningful results of this study as follow. First of all, there is not statistically significant difference between men and women. Secondly, the researcher categorizes users under 40s into group A and 40s users into group B, those in 60s or older into group C. Then, researcher accepted H2 that there might be a difference on the age range of users in each group. Finally, In the results on difference analysis of the payment, there is only statistical difference between Busan and Ulsan Gyeongnam. These results is expected to provide basic information for efficient management of medical center.

본 연구는 일반 여성과 유방암 환자를 대상으로 유방 자가검진의 이행율과 유방 자가검진에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 시도된 단면적 조사 연구이다. 건강신념 변수에 대해 일반 여성군과 유방암 환자군을 비교하면 일반 여성군이 유방암 환자군에 비해 유방암에 대한 심각성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 유방암 환자군에서는 일반 여성군에 비해 유방암에 대한 민감성이 높았으며, 유방암 검진에 대한 유익성이 높고, 건강관심도가 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<0.01). 건강신념 변수에 대해 유방 자가검진 이행자와 불이행자를 비교해 보면 유방 자가검진 이행자는 불이행자보다 건강 관심도가 높고(p<0.01) 유방 자가검진에 대해 설명을 들은 경험이 있는 경우 자가검진 이행율이 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 유방 자가검진 불이행자에서는 이행자보다 건강관심도가 낮고, 주위에서 유방 자가검진을 권하는 사람이 없는 경우가 많았다(p<0.01).유방 자가검진 이행자와 불이행자간 민감성, 심각성, 유익성, 장애성에 대해서는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 유방 자가검진 이행 여부에 관해서는 유방암 환자군이 일반 여성군에 비해 유방 자가검진을 3.5배 시행하지 않는 것으로 나타났고(p<0.01), 연령은 40대 미만보다 60대 이상여성이 1.6배 유방 자가검진을 시행하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 교육수준은 대졸이상 보다 고졸이하가 2.4배 유방 자가검진을 시행하지 않고, 가구 소득은 200만원미만보다 400만원이상 고소득자가 2.7배 유방 자가검진을 시행하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 자녀수는 자녀가 없는 여성이 자녀수가 3명이상인 여성에 비해 12.1배 유방 자가검진을 시행하지 않는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 건강 신념과 유방 자가검진 실천의 관계를 본 결과 건강관심도와 행동계기가 유방 자가검진 수행에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 건강관심도가 높을수록 유방 자가검진 실천도가 높고, 행동 계기 즉 주위에서 유방 자가검진을 권하는 사람이 있는 경우가 유방자가검진 수행율이 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 본 연구 결과를 통해 유방암 환자를 포함한 일반여성을 대상으로 유방 자가검진의 중요성과 유방 자가검진 방법에 대해 정기적인 교육 프로그램, 포스터, 안내책자 등을 통한 적극적인 교육과 권유가 필요할 것으로 보여 진다. 유방 자가검진 프로그램 개발 시 유방암 환자와 일반 여성을 대상으로 한 차별화 된 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하고 이를 통해 유방암 환자에게 유방암의 재발 위험성과 자가검진의 필요성, 올바른 유방암 환자의 자가검진법을 인지시킴으로서 유방 자가검진 실천율을 향상 시킬 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다.

Workers' oral health is important to guarantee workers' right of health and increase productivity. The aim of this study was to investigate recognition and satisfaction of national oral examination for workers in Incheon and Daejeon. Three hundred seventy-nine workers who were selected by convenience cluster sampling answered the questionnaire about experience, recognition and satisfaction of national health examination and oral examination by self recording type. A total of 76.0 percent of the subjects had national health examination, and 51.7% had national oral examination. A total of 64.9 percent had experienced notice about national health examination from the company, and 28.2% about national oral examination. The subjects had high positive score about intention of treatment, dental scaling, and change of toothbrushing method depending on oral examination, need of national health and oral examination, and usefulness to one's health through national health and oral examination. Office workers, regular workers, and the workers with monthly income more than 2 million won had more notice about national health and oral examination compared with sales and production workers, contract workers and the workers with monthly income less than 2 million won. We suggest institutional management of the notice about national oral examination be needed, especially for economically poor, or contract workers to increase the ratio to have national oral examination.

올해 창립 50주년을 맞은 한국건강관리협회 '메디체크'는 건강검진과 건강증진에 특화된 명실상부한 국내 최대의 의료기관으로 자리 잡았다. 건협은 국민의 건강동반자로서 '건강수명 120세'를 달성하기 위해 건강위험군을 대상으로 질병예방사업에 주력하고 있으며, 나아가 고객 개개인에게 더욱 수준 높은 의료 서비스를 제공하기 위해 근거 중심의 맞춤형 건강검진 프로그램을 개발 지원하는 등의 노력을 꾸준히 이어가고 있다.

The study analyzes the effects of quality factors of health check-up service applied to military officer every year on the value and the behavioral intention of consumers so that it is be able to suggest alternatives to realize a systematic and realistic health check-up system. The survey period was from September 27 to October 4, 2016 and 294 out of 300 patients were finally selected; Frequency analysis, ANOVA analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed. In conclusion, the Age(p<0.05), Number of examinations(p<0.01), Medical communication(p<0.01), Quality of service(p<0.001), Medical Services Value(p<0.001) were drawn as characterized results by sectors regarding health screening service quality and customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. In the future, the military should improve the quality of education and publicity programs to improve the awareness of health checkup system, and improve quality of health checkup service to detect diseases early.

2009년 한국건강관리협회를 통해 근로자 건강검진을 받은 20~29세 검진자는 350,029명이다. 90.4%(316,350명)는 건강이 양호했고 7.1%(24,752명)는 건강에는 이상 없지만, 자기관리 및 예방조치가 필요했다. 그리고 2.5%(8,9297명)에게는 질환의심이 나타났다.
