본 연구는 거푸집에 부착하는 코팅재료에 따른 콘크리트 표면광택도 비교 분석으로서 시멘트모르터로 제작한 시험체의 광택도를 분석하고 유동화제를 혼합한 콘크리트와 혼합하지 않은 콘크리트의 노출콘크리트 표면 광택의 특성을 분석한 것이다. 시멘트모르터를 이용한 코팅재료별 광택도 분석에서 광택도가 가장 높게 나타난 코팅재료는 7번 재료로 액체포장재의 일부이며 2번째는 3번 재료로 투명필름을 이용한 재료이다. 코팅필름의 소재에 따라 광택도가 다르게 나타난 것으로 미루어 소재의 표면입자 상태와 화학적 구성요소의 따라 다른 것으로 판단된다. 콘크리트의 표면상태를 매끄럽게 하기 위해서는 불투수성이며 매우 밀실한 표면을 가진 코팅재료를 사용하는 것이 효과적이다.

In this study, the concept of exposed concrete is basically considered and various expressions of concrete surface texture are verified variously. Based on this comparison, the characteristics of exposed surface of concrete according to the change of coating material applicable to formwork are compared and analyzed. I am trying to find a way to apply exposed concrete in a convenient way, In order to observe the characteristics of concrete exposed surface according to the form material, As the surface is smooth and tight, the surface condition of the concrete is smooth and the pore is small.

본 연구에서는 구조물의 표면마감 특성이 해양콘크리트의 공극 및 염화물 확산특성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 검토하였다. 콘크리트의 종류는 Plain과 함께 실리카퓸을 사용한 경우와 플라이애시를 사용한 콘크리트를 대상으로 하였고, 표면거푸집 종류로는 목재합판, 코팅합판, 철 및 폴리프로필렌 필름으로 하는 총 4 case를 대상으로 하였다. 검토결과, 공극은 콘크리트 시험체의 중앙부 절단면이 철이나 폴리프로필렌 필름을 사용한 경우에 비해 상대적으로 많은 공극량을 포함하는 것으로 나타난 반면, 목재 합판을 사용한 경우가 가장 적은 공극량을 포함하는 것으로 나타났다. 염화물 침투시기는 동일한 콘크리트라 할지라도 거푸집 종류에 따라 Plain 콘크리트의 경우는 최대 13.2%, MSF 콘크리트는 20.3%, FA 콘크리트는 17.7% 수준까지 상이하게 되는 것으로 평가되었다. 따라서 콘크리트의 내구성을 평가하는데 있어 콘크리트의 표면마감 특성에 대해서도 면밀히 검토되어야 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
