중소규모 건축물의 시공 현장은 기초의 크기가 작고 터파기 깊이가 얕은 경우가 많다. 이런 경우 일반 거푸집을 이용하여 2회에 걸쳐 타설하는 기존의 재래식 공법보다 매립형 보조거푸집을 이용하여 기초 및 지중보와 바닥슬래브를 동시에 타설하는 공법을 사용하면 지하층 골조공기의 단축과 그에 따른 원가절감을 기대 할 수 있다. 기존의 매립형 보조거푸집은 거푸집의 종류에 따라서 자재와 인건비에 따른 원가, 품질상의 문제들이 있기 때문에 사용에 제약이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 개선방안으로써 발포폴리스티렌을 매립형 보조거푸집으로 이용한 기초 및 지중보와 바닥슬래브 콘크리트 동시 타설공법을 제안하고, 기존의 공법들과 비교하며, 공법별 평가를 통하여 효용성을 검증하고자 한다.

이 연구의 목적은 거푸집 종류별로 콘크리트 표면의 물리/화학적 특성을 실험적으로 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 건설공사에 일반적으로 사용되는 합판 거푸집과 코팅된 합판 거푸집을 준비하였고, 추가로 콘크리트 표면 열화나 거친 표면을 모사하기 위해 사포를 부착한 합판 거푸집을 준비하였다. 콘크리트는 일반 콘크리트를 사용하였다. 콘크리트 표면 특성은 육안관찰, 주사전자현미경 관찰, 성분 이미지 맵핑, 화학성분 분석, 2차원과 3차원 표면 형상 분석, 그리고 제타 전위 측정을 통해 조사하였다. 실험결과 코팅된 거푸집과 접한 콘크리트 표면이 가장 매끄럽고, 사포를 부착한 거푸집과 접한 콘크리트 표면이 가장 거친 것으로 나타났다. 이외에도 거푸집 종류별로 표면 특성에 뚜렷한 차이가 나타났다. 다만 표면 거칠기가 화학 성분이나 제타 전위에 비하여 차이가 크게 나타났다.

In tall building construction, time for transporting form affects formwork duration as plan size has become larger and quantity of inputted form has been increased. Thus, necessity of systematic dismantlement sequence of form has been increased to reduce the duration of formwork. Tabu search has been efficiently applied to solve problem of combinatorial optimization by using tabu list which can improve combination values. Therefore, this study proposes optimization model of dismantlement sequence of table form which has been preferred in tall building construction, to reduce the formwork duration by minimizing time for transporting form.

Lately Construction industry has been depressing by hard construction market circumstance. Construction company, especial at this time, makes more rationalize the management of inside Company and Construction field. In this study we are to present the method of calculation reasonable duration at Reinforced Concrete Work. For the study first make up a question at field workers, then sampling the Form workers based the question. Second, We are using Work Analysis Method analysing the worker's work-method and Time. And then using the result of analysis, measure the Productivity of Form work. The productivity of Form work is used the basic data of duration at Reinforced Concrete Work

In the large scale projects, it is difficult to manage every blocks because of the apartment housing project have repetitive shapes and structures. Therefore, it is necessary to divide construction site into work zones and blocks considering site plan, the number of units per each floor, arrangement of blocks, etc. In this study, 20 influencing factors on the grouping of work zones and formwork crew team formation are identified through case study and literature review. Factors are analyzed to determine the degree of influence through experts interviews. A systematic process of crew formation based on work zoning and the considerations by each steps are presented.

In this study, it was accomplished the analysis of apartment house shape and the work factor productivity of the form work for the application of rational construction cost in apartment house. The form work is highly depended on the manpower in frame construction, and it has been a high impact during estimating of frame work cost.
