대전지역 아파트 단위주호 계획에 대한 거주자의 주거의식에 관한 조사연구 (Survey on Condominium Apartment Dwellers' Consciousness of Unit Plan in Daejeon City)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the residents' consciousness of the unit plan on condominium apartment and to contribute to develop a condominium apartment unit plan in Daejeon City. This research was performed by a questionnaire survey method, 464 data was collected from apartment residents lived in about $85\;m^2$ unit with 3 rooms and the apartments was limited to the complexes within 1-4 years of the length of building at Yuseong-gu and Seo-gu. By analyzing those data, findings are as follows: 1) Residents thought living room, kitchen and bathroom were importment space in a unit plan. They needed a storage function in an entrance and a intermediate room, and Anbang(mater bedroom) so did. 2) L-DK plan type was very popular and the type of front DK with L on the floor plan was preferred. This was unique results. 3) Sub-kitchen was needed for a refrigerator of Kimchi, the location of it was related to a main kitchen and a utility. the third room was needed for library, home office and storage space. 3) Bath-tub in An-bang and showe-booth in public bathroom was preferred. This was same to the popular trend of Korean condominium apartment. 4) The enlargment remodeling of balcony was showed livingroom balcony or personal bedrooms at the time of occupancy. They needed the balcony near a kitchen or an utility to equip a storage facility. Additionally, residents were preferred to their taste rather than a choice of interior concept package services.

아파트 차별화 계획요소에 대한 거주자 의식조사 (Residents' Awareness toward the Differentiation of Design Factors in Apartments)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the residents' awareness toward the differentiation of design factors in apartments in order to offer the information helpful to housing designers. Documentary research and questionnaire survey methods were used in this study. In this survey, internet web survey was carried out using questionnaire tool that was extracted in the Preliminary survey. This web survey was carried out on 124 housewives from January 6 2004 to January 20 2004. Data were analyzed with the SPSS PC+ window version 11.0. The major results of this study are as follows. 1) Residents' educational level is high and they are so young nuclear family and they live in Seoul and metropolitan area. 2) They want 85$m^2$ type apartment and the dress room that is so large. 3) Although they have evaluate very Important factors to architectural design which are apartment plan design, space design, interior design, storage design, equipment and high-tech system design, it seems that they are interested in interior design among the design factors in apartments. 4) There is significant difference the evaluation of importance toward the differentiation of design factors in apartments according to housing size when they move to go.

강원도 재난특성 분석을 위한 방재의식 조사 (Research on the Consciousness of Disaster Prevention to Analyze Disaster Characteristics of Gangwon Province)

  • 본 연구에서는 강원 지역에 거주하는 대학(원)생과 비거주하는 대학(원)생 750명을 대상으로 강원 지역의 재난특성, 방재의식 수준 등에 대한 조사를 수행하였다. 분석결과, 응답자 모두 강원 지역의 재난발생 가능성(74.0%)이 가장 높은 것으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 강원도 거주자 군은 비거주자 군에 비해 풍수해와 산불 피해의 발생가능성이 높다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 강원도 지역에 재난이 많이 발생하는 원인은 불리한 자연조건, 방재시설의 부족, 지역주민의 방재의식 부족을 그 요인으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 강원도 지역의 방재의식을 고취하기 위한 방법으로는 방재관련 시설의 확충과 방재관련 교육을 중요하게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 재난교육에 대한 경험이 없는 응답자가 전체의 62.1%로 조사되어 재난교육의 확대가 필요함을 알 수 있다.

공동주택 거주자의 거주 층수에 따른 피난 안전 의식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Apartment Residents' Conciousness of Evacuation Safety by Residential Height)

  • Recently, an apartment has been changed to be high and diverse. In addition, it has been popularized rapidly. The more number of residents are increased, the more danger of the fire is also increased. If residents are in the upper floor when a fire breaks out, they have much longer evacuation path than the usual. What is more, their condition becomes more unstable. so, riskiness of evacuation is very serious. We should set up environment of evacuation safely. Even though some evacuation system is set up , the dangerous situation is more likely to be occurred. Because it depend on the person. If the person in the building don't recognize that system, it's valueless. Therefore it's very important to understand residents' conciousness level which is related to flee for safety in the fire. In this study, we examine into residents' aware safety level by their residential type. And according to this data, let residents know how they escape from danger . As a result, they can get out of danger when a fire breaks out.

공공분양과 임대 아파트 거주자들의 커뮤니티 의식과 커뮤니티 공간 이용 행태 비교 연구 (The Comparative Study on the Community Consciousness and Community Facility Using Behavior of the Condominium and the National Rental Housing)

  • This study was motivated by the fact that the current tendency of social integration in apartment complex is not fully performed its functions as a recovery from the community. The purpose of the study is to provide basic data to be useful for living environment of apartment complex, through comparative analysis of residential conditions, community consciousness, and community facility using behavior of residents in national rental housing and condominium. The results are as follows. 1) Condominium's residents have high level of community consciousness compare to the national rental's. Even though both targets were generally above the average, housing and construction standard are required to reconsider for the enhancing of community consciousness of residents. 2) To activate the use frequency of community facility, the development and operation of the community program and the community space and facilities are constantly considered in the follow-up studies. 3) The more residents have high community consciousness, the more they use the community facilities.

재외 한국인의 한국음식 이용과 식생활 양상 -New Zealand 및 Malaysia 거주 한국인을 중심으로- (Food Habit Patterns and Korean Food Utilization in Koreans Residing in New Zealand and Malaysia)

  • New Zealand의 Chirstchurch와 Malaysia의 Kuala Lumpur에 거주하는 한국인을 대상으로 한국음식의 이용실태와 식생활 양상을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 한국전통음식의 계승 필요성에 대해서 전체응답자의 47.3%가 전통대로 계승해야 한다고 하였고 이러한 의식은 연령이 높아질수록 더 많았다. 한국음식 조리의 어려운 점은 응답자의 52.9%가 조리방법이 복잡한 점이라 했고 일상적인 한국음식의 섭취빈도와 한국음식에 대해 자부심을 느끼는 정도는 각각 4.36점, 4.16점으로 비교적 높게 나타났으며 이 두 항목 모두 36세 이상에서 더 높은 점수를 보였다. 2. 한국음식 31종류 중에서 김치는 매일 먹는 것으로 나타났으며 찌개류, 육류구이, 두부음식, 생선구이, 탕류, 국수류, 전골류, 조림류, 전유어, 전통차 순으로 섭취가 많았다. 거주지역별로 육류구이만 New Zealand 거주자에게서 더 높은 섭취빈도를 보였으나 국수류, 만두국류, 찌개류, 조림류, 생선 등의 섭취빈도는 Malaysia거주자들에게서 더 높게 나타났다. 3. 김치류는 응답자의 93.1%가 집에서 담가 먹고 있고 고추장, 된장 등은 사먹거나 친지가 보내준 것을 이용한다고 하였는데 New Zealand 거주자는 사먹는 비율이 높은 반면 Malaysia거주자는 친지가 보내주는 비율이 높았다. 4. 외국 거주 후 식품소비의 변화정도는 두 지역에서 양념류와 곡류는 변화를 보이지 않았으나 해조류의 이용은 감소하였고 특히 New Zealand 거주자의 경우 육류와 유제품의 소비가 크게 증가하였다. 5. 거주지역 에서 생산되는 식품의 조리는 전체 응답자의 1/2이 한국식으로 한다고 하였고 거주국의 식사형태의 도입이 조금 있다는 63.3%로 나타났다. 하루 세끼의 식사형태는 아침에 밥을 먹는다는 비율이 전체의 반 이상이었고 저녁은 78.2%로 나타났다. 6. 여러 instant food중 라면, 햄 및 소시지, 피자의 섭취빈도가 비교적 높았으며 연령이 낮을 수록 그 빈도는 더 높았다. 외식의 빈도는 Malaysia거주자들이 New Zealand 거주자들 보다 훨씬 높았고 외식시 주로 선택하는 음식은 New Zealand 거주자들은 pizza, ham-burgers, fried chicken등의 fast food의 이용비율이 높은 반면 Malaysia 거주자들은 중국음식, 만두 및 면류의 이용이 비교적 많은 편이었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 외국에 거주하면서 한국의 전통적인 특성을 간직하고자 하는 의식을 가지고 있음을 볼 수 있으며 하루 세끼의 식사형태에서 밥을 중심으로 하는 비율은 국내 보다 크게 낮았지만 여전히 다른 식사형태 보다 높은 것을 알 수 있다. 한국 고유의 식문화 특성을 가지면서 거주지역의 식품생산 및 사회 문화적 특성에 영향을 받음으로써 거주국의 식품, 식사 형태, 조리방법을 도입하는 등 부분적으로 변화가 진행되고 있음을 확인 할 수 있었다.

  • The purpose of this research is to present necessity of manament system establishment and policy direction for fundmental data, understanding management reality and problem, comparing resident's management attitude to related variables in apartment and raw houses multi-family houses. The major finding were as follows : 1) The management attitude of Apartment inhabitant is very highm especially the attitude of maintenance management is the higest. But they disagree with the raise of management cost necessary to maintenance management. 2) The management attitude of Raw multi-family houses inhbitant is especially high, the maintenance management demand for safety and community-life contol attitude, resident's mutual cooperation is especially high, they think much of autonomy management, desire to achieve under more sysemnatic plan.

공동주택 리모델링에 대한 거주자의 의식과 요구 (Needs and Wants of Apartment Housing Residents on Remodeling)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide guidelines for the remodeling understanding the needs of apartment housing residents. In order to achieve our goal, questionnaire surveys were used. We sampled the questionnaire surveys of the households in Seoul whose apartments had been more than ten years and recently remodeled. The materials collected by a questionnaire survey were analyzed by examining the frequency, percentage on the SPSS/PC+ Statistics package. The results of the questionnaire survey were as follows: (1) Residents tend to demand better environment than an economics benefits from remodeling. (2) Residents wanted to have organized the remodeling group that can help to solve the problems concerning profit and loss among residents. (3) Residents wanted to be supported by government, expand loans from monetary organizations, and have a reserve fund for the remodeling.

침대 유무에 따른 거주자의 안방공간 의식 및 평가 (A Study on the Residents' Consciousness and Evaluation for the An-bang according to the Usage of Bed)

  • The purpose of this study are to obtain basic materials that can be fulfil effective using of space by consider living behavior and attitude, a furniture usage and a space usage according to the usage of bed in An-Bang. It also suggests a plan about a method of furniture usage that is reflected resident’s living behavior and attitude, desire, consciousness through the space evaluation. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follow : 1, The case of husband’s age was less than 47, and the educational level of husband and wife was above a university graduate, the percentage of possession of bed was high. 2. According to the usage of bed, this study showed difference of furniture usage, and that of life action. 3. According to the usage of bed, there were significant differences in the luxury by result of the space evaluation. 4. Also, there were significant differences in a satisfaction of atmosphere, and an area by satisfaction of furniture usage. 5. According to the usage of bed, the influence of each independent variable appeared differently by result of regression analysis to see the space evaluation effect on space satisfaction.

  • This study attempts to fiugure out how residents differentially perceive the storage according to the housing types and sizes. The major findings are as follows: 1) The residents in the tenement house dissatisfy the storage space more than those in the detached house. 2) It is the arrangement that is considered as the most important factor while storaging. 3) It is non-daily goods that is the most difficult item to store. 4) Most information about storage is obtained form mass media.
