Though infanticide, killing the baby after birth of the neonate and denial of pregnancy, are very rare psychiatric disorder, they have been receiving a lot of social concerns. We report and review infanticide and denial of pregnancy administration in a 19 year-old adolescent with bipolar disorder and borderline personality disorder. Patients with a young age, cognitive immaturity, an unwanted child, hid the pregnancy facts were consistent with the results of previous studies. In addition, the patient's impulsivity and emotional instability is affecting infanticide. After inpatient care with pharmacotherapy (escitalopram 20mg, alprazolam 1.5 mg, clonazepam 0.5 mg, valproate sodium 1,100-1,300 mg, and quetiapine 100-400 mg) and supportive psychotherapy, and there were significant improvement of clinical symptoms.

Cyclosproin A(CsA)는 세포 이식거부방지를 위한 면역 억제제 및 자가 면역질환 치료제로 널리 사용되어 왔다. CsA는 매양된 사람 치은섬유아세포를 증식시킴이 알려져 있지만 CsA에 의한 세포증식기전에 대한 세포사멸기전 및 Bcl-2의 역할은 연구되어 있지 않다. 이번 연구는 사람 섬유아세포에서 CsA에 의한 세포증삭기전에 세포고사기전 및 Bcl-2 family가 관여하는지 밝히는 데에 목적이 있다. 세포 생장력은 MTT 방법으로 측정하였다. Bcl-2 family와 Fas 발현 정도는 RT-PCR 방법이나 western blot으로 확인하였다. Caspase-3 및 -9의 활성은 ELISER reader로, reactive oxygen species(ROS)는 fluorescence spectrometer에 의해 측정되었다. 미토콘드리아에서 세포질로 분비된 cytochrome c는 Western blot으로 조사하였다. CsA는 $0.1{\sim}10\;{\mu}M$에서 사람 섬유아세포의 생존률을 시간과 농도 의존적으로 증가시켰으며, 50 ${\mu}M$ CsA에서는 오히려 세포가 죽였다. 또한, CsA 처리로 미토콘드리아에서 세포질로 유리되는 cytochrome c 양과 VDAC 1 및 3 발현량이 감소되었고, caspase-9과 caspase-3의 활성도도 감소되었다. 한편, CsA 처리한 섬유아세포에서 death receptor 구성요소인 Fas 발현이 감소되었다. Bcl-2 family에 대한 RT-PCR, western blot 분석결과, 세포고사를 억제하는 Bel-2 발현은 증가되었으나 세포고사를 자극하는 Bax와 Bid의 발현은 감소되었다. 이러한 결과들은 사람 섬유아세포에서 CsA유도 세포증식에 Bcl-2 family와 ROS가 매개하는 미토콘드리아 의존 및 death receptor 의존 세포고사기전이 관여함을 시사하였다.

Cyclosporin-A(CsA)는 장기와 조직 이식에 따른 거부반응을 조절하기 위해 사용되는 면역억제제로, 이식의학의 발달과 더불어 사용량이 증가하고 있다. CsA의 부작용중의 하나인 치은과증식은 30-50%의 빈도로 발발하고 있다. 최근 macrolide 계열의 항생제인 azithromycin을 이용하여 이런 부작용을 억제시킨다는 임상 보고가 있어서, 이를 실험적으로 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 CsA를 투여한 적이 없는 환자에서 정상 치은조직을 채취, 치은섬유아세포를 배양하였다. 우선 CsA에 대한 치은섬유아세포의 반응을 보기 위해 다양한 농도($10^{-8}-10^{-10}$g/ml)로 처치하여, 세포 증식량과 교원질 합성량을 MTT assay와 Sirol Collagen Assay를 이용하여 측정하였다. 이에 반응을 보인 조건과 세포를 대상으로 다양한 농도($10^{-8}-10^{-10}$g/ml)의 azithromycin을 CsA와 동시 처치하여 아래와 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. CsA는 일부 치은섬유모세포의 증식을 증가시켰다. 그러나 Collagen 합성능에는 변화를 주지 않았다. 2. Azithromycin은 정상 치은섬유아세포의 증식능에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 3. Azithromycin은 CsA 에 반응을 보인 세포의 증식을 감소시켰으며, 이는 정상 수준과 유사하였다. 이상의 결과에서 azithromycin이 CsA에 의한 치은과증식 치료에 유익하다고 사료된다.

Poor long term patient survival (60% at 2 years) in lung allograft recipients are mainly due to rejection and complications associated with the use of nonspecific immunosuppressants. Better means to achieve waft acceptance is desperately needed. 1 have investigated whether mixed allogeneic chimerism in the form of bone marrow stem cell engraftment would induce donor-specific tolerance for lung allografts. Fisher (F344) and Wistar Forth (WF)rats were lethally irradiated (1100c0y) and reconstituted with a mixture of T-cell depleted syngeneic and allogeneic bone marrow (F344+WFIWF, ACI +F344- F344). After Mixed chimerism was documented by peripheral blood Ipnphocyte typing at 28 days, orthotopic left single lung transplantation was performed, using donor-s ecific or third party allografts. No immunosuppressants were administered. Graft rejection was monitored by chest rentgenography, and con- firmed by histology Mixed chimeric rats accepted lung allografts permanently, and it was not strain specific effect. Tolerance was all or none phenomenon which had nothing to do with the percentage of chimerlsm. Mixed chimeras rejected third party allografts in less than 10 days, a time course similar to that of unmanipulated controls. No acute or chronic rejection was observed in donor specific grafts more than 150 days posttransplant. These data suggest that mixed chimerism in the form of bone marrow stem cell engraftment results in stable, systemic donor-specific transplantation tolerance for lung allografts.

1997년 11월 IMF 영향에 따른 ○○건설사의 부도로 인해 1년동안 ('97. 11∼'98. 11) 공사가 중단된 채 방치되어 많은 문제점을 안고 공사를 재개하지 못하고 있는 현장이 전국에는 아직도 100여개 정도 산재해 있는 것으로 알고 있다. 이와 같은 현장의 공사재개를 위해서는 다음과 같은 문제점을 검토해야 한다. 첫째 기술적 문제점으로는 기초와 지하주차장 골조공사가 일부 시공중 중단되어 철근이 1년 동안 방치된 채 부식되어 있어 구조물 안전진단은 물론 부도에 따른 기 시공 협력업체들의 채무정리(22개사)에 대한 문제가 해결되지 많아 공사의 재개에 많은 어려움이 있으므로 충분한 사전검토가 필요하다. 둘째 외부적 문제점으로는 그동안 공사중단으로 인한 입주자들에 대한 신뢰확보 즉 조합 및 분양자들이 건설사의 부도로 인한 중도금 납입 거부상태는 물론 선납금, 연체이자 등의 경제적 피해 손실로 발주처에 대한 집단소송 진행 등에 따른 건설사 및 발주처에 대한 불신 해소를 어떻게 하느냐가 공사재개의 중요한 관건이었다.(중략)

전장의 양상이 물리적인 대량살상을 중심으로 한 전통적인 재래전에서 눈에 보이지 않는 사이버전으로 변화되고 있는 시점에서 이에 대비하기 위한 사이버전 공격 및 방어기술은 매우 중차대한 문제이다. 사이버전을 위한 보안 기술로는 암호 인증 인식 감시와 같은 정보보안 핵심원천 기술, 분산서비스거부공격 대응기술, 스마트 아이디 기술, 영상보안 및 바이오인식 기술, 부채널 공격 방지 기술 등이 있다. 이러한 기술들은 사이버전을 위해 사용될 수 있는 매우 명확한 분야라 할 것이다. 또한, 사이버전 기솔로는 암호 인증 인식 감시와 같은 핵심 원천 기술 및 기존 보안 기술 분야를 포함하고 초경량 고비도 암호화 기술, 밀리터리 포렌식 기술, 사이버공격 근원지 역추적 기술, 사이버 공격 정보공유 협업관제 기술, 사이버 공격 무기 제작 기술 등이었다. 특히, 사이버전은 작은 비용으로 최대 효과를 거둘 수 있는 비대칭 전력의 매우 중요한 분야이며, 주요 선진국들은 사이버 공격에 대한 자위권 확보 차원에서 사이버전에 대한 기술적 제도적 준비를 서두르고 있는 상황이다. 본 기고문에서는 이와 같은 사이버전을 위한 보안 기술 현황과 전망을 살펴보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the gender and sibling composition differences in psychological well-being, and to analyze the effects of family and school environment on psychological well-being among Chinese adolescents. Data from 453 students of middle school were used for final analysis. This study found that only child adolescents showed higher levels of self-esteem and low levels of depression than adolescents with sibling. Regression analysis revealed that self-esteem were influenced by relations with teachers, peer relations and marital conflict among male only child adolescents and female adolescents with sibling. Self-esteem of female only child adolescents was affected by parenting behavior and relations with teachers, and self-esteem of male adolescents with sibling was affected by relations with teachers. Relations with teachers and parenting behavior had impact on depression of Chinese adolescents, but depression was not influenced by peer relations.

In this thesis, we investigate the psychosocial variables within the family environments of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder with (ADHD+CD/ODD) or without (ADHD) externalizing symptoms. The subjects in this research were 86 boys and girls(aged range 6 to 14 years) consisted of 20 ADHD, 22 comorbid ADHD(ADHD+CD/ODD) and 44 normal control group(NC). We have collected data on children and their mothers. The psychosocial variables included in the analysis are socioeconomic status, parent's educational level, life stress event, and the rate of psychiatric disorders in relatives. The self-reported questionnaires marital discord(MAS), parenting stress(PSI), and parenting attitute(MBRI) completed by mothers. The results indicated that ADHD+CD/ODD is supposed to have higher level of family adversity suggested by the lower SES, lower parental educational level, higher life stress events, and more psychic disorders in relatives compared with ADHD or normal control group. In MAS, ADHD+CD/ODD group has significantly the lowest scores on each factor of the measure of marital adjustment. Parents of ADHD+CD/ODD are much more likely to have positive parenting stress when compared with the parents of ADHD. Especially, mothers of ADHD+CD/ODD have the lowest tendency in the mean score on affective, accepted attitudd. In an inapropriate parenting attitude perceived by children, father of ADHD+CD/ODD have the most negative, contradictory attitude and mothers of ADHD+CD/ODD have the most restrictive, negative and contradictory attitude.

This thesis was projected for the purpose of looking into the recongnition of the talented children education, classifying with parents' up-bringing styles, and it classified parents' upbringing styles with affection, refusal, and autonomy, aiming at 189 parents whose children are enrolled in public kindergartens located at three urban districts, J City, G City, and I City, and four rural districts, J County, M County, O County, and I County, and investigated the recongnition for the talented children education,, basing on four kinds of inclination. The results are as followings. First, it is important to activate parent education for the talented children, to help parents, who bring up children with refusal attitude, to give their children sufficient affection, to offer children the chances to express freely and explore, to give children possible permission, and to accept children completely, Second, the cultivated experts with specialized culture and disposition are necessary to grasp the peculiarity of talented children in respective fields. Third, the establishment of the expert talented children education institution specializing in research is necessary Fourth, at the national level, no-fee education for the talented children has to be carried into effect, the national talented children education agencies have to be established widely, researches for the talented children have to be established, the experts for educating talented children have to be brought up, and research expenses have to be supplied to respective talented children education agencies.

Through this thesis, I intended to analyze Hollywood animation through that achieved in box office by directing viewpoint. of Chris Sanders and Dean Deblois not only shows standard narrative structure of adventure, comedy, fantasy, but also express message of story and thorough visual. Analysis of directing classify contents and form. In contents, constitution of narrative and set up of character, irony of plot, characterization and popularity are embossed. In form, lighting and special effect, design and layout, 3D technology and stereoscopic camera technique based on the capital strength are outstanding. The high evaluation for film is possessed of box offic, remained within value and popularity, and delivered metaphysical theme without repulsion. The director's direction make success even if the pre-production manage by huge system approach.
