  • 추정을 위한 방법으로는 K-NN과 회귀분석, 신경망 등의 다양한 방법을 적용할 수 있다. 그러나 K-NN의 경우 거리에 의해서만 결과를 추정하므로 각 속성에 대한 가중치가 속성 값들의 간격에 의해 결정되고, 회귀분석은 하나의 선으로 데이터의 경향을 표현하므로 속성의 가중치는 고려되지만, 데이터의 분포가 넓을 경우에는 많은 오차를 포함하게 되는 데이터에 의존적인 문제가 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 방법들을 혼합하여 데이터에 의존적인 문제를 보안할 수 있는 다중분석방법을 제안한다.

  • 소비자예치금제를 도입하는 경우 적정예치금을 설정하기 위해서는 용기재활용에 따른 소비자 불편비용의 산출이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 폐음료용기에 의한 외부효과를 내재화하는 정책적 수단의 하나인 소비자예치금제 동에서 소비자의 용기반환에 따른 불편비용을 추정하는 방법 및 실험적 분석결과를 제시하였다. 비시장재화의 가치평가에 널리 응용되고 있는 가상적 가치평가법(Contigent Valuation Method)을 이용하여 용기반환시 보상받고자 하는 수취의사액, 즉 불편비용에 상응하는 액수를 추정한 결과 용기반환장소 까지의 거리가 멀어짐에 따라 소비자의 불편비용은 증가하고 용기 하나당 평균 16원의 불편비용이 발생하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • UWB 시스템은 실내 LBS 에 가장 유망한 기술로 각광받고 있다. 그러나 실내건물을 이루는 손실성 매질로 인해서 신호에 지연이 발생, 거리오차가 발생하게 된다. 본 문제를 해결하기 위해서 공기중의 채널과 매질의 채널정보를 통해서, 신호의 지연을 추정하려고 하였다. 신호의 스팩트럼의 주파수에 관한 손실기울기는 투과한 매질의 두께에 비례하여, 깊어진다는 것을 사용하여, 매질 투과로 인한 신호의 지연시간을 추정하는 기술과 손실기울기를 측정하기 위한 RAKE 수신기를 소개한다.

  • The study aims to propose the intelligent clustering technique that calculates the distance by improving the problems of multi-hop clustering technique for inter-vehicular secure communications. After calculating the distance between vehicles with no connection for rapid transit and clustering it, the connection between nodes is created through a set distance vale. Header is selected by the distance value between nodes that become the identical members, and the information within a group is transmitted to the member nodes. After selecting the header, when the header is separated due to its mobility, the urgent situation may occur. At this time, the information transfer is prepared to select the new cluster header and transmit it through using the intelligent cluster provided from node by the execution of programs included in packet. The study proposes the cluster technique of the intelligent distance estimation for the mobile Ad-hoc network that calculates the cluster with the Store-Compute-Forward method that adds computing ability to the existing Store-and-Forward routing scheme. The cluster technique of intelligent distance estimation for the mobile Ad-hoc network suggested in the study is the active and intelligent multi-hop cluster routing protocol to make secure communications.

  • Walking is the most basic personal mobility and its importance and concern is ever increasing with the highlighting of a new paradigm, such as transit oriented development, sustainable development and revitalization of green transport. The existing analytical research on pedestrian network is using a pedestrian's moving distance to a destination and integration in space syntax theory as its representative accessibility factors. However, the uniplanar network moving distance fails to reflect topographic characteristics, so the moving distance could show a similar result value in case of the regions for analysis that have a similar network structure to each other. Accordingly, the aim of this study is to suggest a new analytical methodology on pedestrian network accessibility in consideration of the grade in pedestrian sections and a pedestrian's size. this study, in its analysis of a uniplanar pedestrian network moving distance, analyzed the pedestrian network moving distance in consideration of the grade in pedestrian sections, and even the pedestrian network moving distance in consideration of a pedestrian's size, and suggested the methodology on pedestrian network accessibility analysis in consideration of a more substantive pedestrian's characteristics. It is hoped that the methodology used by this study will be used as the methodology on pedestrian network analysis which can reflect topographic characteristics in the pedestrian network analysis, and take a more substantive pedestrian's movement into account.

  • This paper reviewed application of data-driven method, distance-weighted method(IDWM, IEWM, CCWM, ANN), and radar data method estimated of missing raifall data. To evaluate these methods, statistics was compared using radar and station rainfall data from Imjin-river basin. The range of RMSE values calculated for CCWM, ANN was 1.4 to 1.79mm, and the range of RMSE values estimated data used for radar rainfall data was 0.05 to 2.26mm. Spatial characteristics is considered to Radar rainfall data rather than station rainfall data. Result suggest that estimated data used for radar data can impove estimation of missing raifall data.

A Study on Estimation of Traffic Flow Using Image-based Vehicle Identification Technology (영상기반 차량인식 기법을 이용한 교통류 추정에 관한 연구)

  • Traffic data is the most basic element necessary for transportation planning and traffic system operation. Recently, a method of estimating traffic flow characteristics using distance to a leading vehicle measured by an ADAS camera has been attempted. This study investigated the feasibility of the ADAS vehicle reflecting the distance error of image-based vehicle identification technology as a means to estimate the traffic flow through the normalized root mean square error (NRMSE) based on the number of lanes, traffic demand, penetration rate of probe vehicle, and time-space estimation area by employing the microscopic simulation model, VISSIM. As a result, the estimate of low density traffic flow (i.e., LOS A, LOS B) is unreliable due to the limitation of the maximum identification distance of ADAS camera. Although the reliability of the estimates can be improved if multiple lanes, high traffic demands, and high penetration rates are implemented, artificially raising the penetration rates is unrealistic. Their reliability can be improved by extending the time dimension of the estimation area as well, but the most influential one is the driving behavior of the ADAS vehicle. In conclusion, although it is not possible to accurately estimate the traffic flow with the ADAS camera, its applicability will be expanded by improving its performance and functions.

An Optimization Approach for Localization of an Indoor Mobile Robot (최적화 기법을 사용한 실내 이동 로봇의 위치 인식)

  • This paper proposes a method that utilizes optimization approach for localization of an indoor mobile robot. Bayesian filters which have been widely used for localization of a mobile robot use many control parameters to take the uncertainties in measurement and environment into account. The estimation performance depends on the selection of these parameter values. Also, the performance of the Bayesian filters deteriorate as the non-linearity of the motion and measurement increases. On the other hand, the optimization approach uses fewer control parameters and is less influenced by the non-linearity than the Bayesian methods. This paper compares the localization performance of the proposed method with the performance of the extended Kalman filter to verify the feasibility of the proposed method. Measurements of ranges from beacons of ultrasonic satellite to the robot are used for localization. Mahalanobis distance is used for detection and rejection of outlier in the measurements. The optimization method sets performance index as a function of the measured range values, and finds the optimized estimation of the location through iteration. The method can improve the localization performance and reduce the computation time in corporation with Bayesian filter which provides proper initial location for the iteration.

  • An underwater platform operating a passive sonar needs to acquire the target position to perform its mission. In an environment where sea-floor reflections exist, the position of a target can be estimated using the difference in the arrival time between the signals received through multipaths. In this paper, a method of localization for passive sonar is introduced, based on the EKF (Extended Kalman Filter) using the multipath time difference of arrival in underwater environments. TMA (Target Motion Analysis) requires accumulated measurements for long periods and has limitations on own-ship movement, allowing it to be used only in certain situations. The proposed method uses an EKF, which takes measurements of the time differences of the signal arrival in multipath environments. The method allows for target localization without restrictions on own-ship movement or the need for an observation time. To analyze the performance of the proposed method, simulation according to the distance and depth of the target was performed repeatedly, and the localization error according to the distance and water depth were analyzed. In addition, the correlation with the estimated position error was assessed by analyzing the arrival time difference according to the water depth.

  • 권 등(2008)은 수면보다 높은 정방형 다열기둥을 이용한 수리실험을 수행하여 수심과 이격거리에 따른 상당저항계수를 측정하였으며 이를 바탕으로 Manning 계수형태의 상당저항계수 이론식을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 수면보다 높은 원형 다열기둥을 이용한 수리실험을 수행하여 이격거리와 수심에 따른 상당저항계수를 측정하였다. 실험결과로부터 이격거리만의 함수로 가정한 항력상 호작용계수를 추정하여 이를 권 등(2008)의 이론식에 적용하여 실험결과와 비교하고 분석하였다. 정방형 다열기둥의 실험결과와 원형 다열기둥의 실험결과를 비교하여 흐름방향 이격거리가 큰 범위에서는 원형기둥의 저항계수가 정방형기둥의 저항계수보다 작게 측정되지만 흐름방향 이격거리가 감소할수록 원형기둥의 저항계수가 정방형기둥의 저항계수보다 증가하면서 원형기둥이 정방형 기둥보다 저항정도가 큰 상태가 되는 것을 알 수 있었다.
