디지털 혁명과 새로운 매체환경 변화로 이제 잡지산업은 잡지언론으로서의 역할과 지식산업으로서 성장하기 위한 새로운 전략이 요구되는 시점에 서 있다. 컴퓨터와 정보통신의 결합은 새로운 공동체와 새로운 소통양식을 낳았다. 특히 새로운 소통양식에서는 개인 정보 발신자를 등장시켰는데 독립웹진이 그 예라 할 수 있다. 송신측면에서는 단일 거대 미디어 업체가 정보내용과 정보유통을 독점하는 구조가 흔들릴 수 있다.

Due to the heat confinement in the shallow region of the target for a short time scale, pulsed laser annealing has received increasing interest for the fabrication of poly-Si thin film transistors(TFTs) on glass as a low cost substrate in the flat panel displays. The formation and growth mechanisms of poly silicon(poly-Si) grains in thin films are investigated using an excimer laser crystallization system. To understand the crystallization mechanism, the grain formations are observed by FESEM analysis. The optical reflectance and transmittance during the crystallization process are measured using HeNe laser optics. A two-step ELC(Excimer Laser Crystallization) process is applied to enhance the grain formation uniformity.

우리나라의 급식산업(foodservice industry)은 '88올림픽을 기점으로 지난 10여 년간 급속한 성장을 거듭하여 국가의 경제발전에 기여하는 하나의 거대한 산업으로 발전하였다. 단체급식산업과 외식산업을 포괄하는 급식산업은 점차 그 범위가 확대되어 호텔산업, 관광산업, 레저산업 등의 환대산업(hospitality industry)으로 그 영역이 점차 넓어져 가고 있다(Chon 1997). 국내의 급식산업은 정치, 경제, 사회, 문화 등의 환경변화에 따라 급성장하고 있는 추세이지만, 이와 같은 외형적인 성장에도 불구하고 질적인 측면에서는 아직도 전근대적이고 경험에 의존하는 직관적인 경영을 하고 있다. Abstract The surface of 6H - SiC bulk crystal grown by sublimation process was investigated by optical microscope observation. Since, in the 6H crystal growing, the crystal had the habitual step growth attitude such that the lateral growth rate along the random a - axis orientation was higher than that along the c - axis of the growth direction, then many steps were developed. There were, also, many micropipes on the surface in the form of as-like large voids. However, they were differenciated with pores and cross- sectional shape of them were close to the circle. In this study, many micropipes, planar defects and the growth steps appeared on the grown crystal surface were investigated.

우리나라는 R&D투자 정책을 적극적으로 추진한 결과 과학기술 발전을 통한 경제성장을 이룩하여 왔고, 세계 선진 각국에서도 과학기술을 중요한 국가 아젠다로 삼으면서 신기술 개발이나 사회문제 해결을 위한 해결책으로 과학기술 정책을 적극적으로 펼치면서 R&D에 대한 적극적인 투자를 시행하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우도 2014년 기준으로 정부의 R&D투자 예산은 17조 7천억원의 거대한 규모로 확대되고 있으며, 각각의 연구주체들에 의해 수행되어진 결과로 나오는 다양한 종류의 연구성과에 대한 성과관리의 중요성은 점점 더해가고 있는 실정이다. 한편, 연구개발 투자에 대한 성과의 효율성이라는 측면에 있어서 염려의 목소리도 만만치 않은 실정이다. 이는 연구성과를 창출하기 위한 프로세스, 즉 연구기획, 선정, 수행관리, 결과평가, 사후관리 및 사업화 등의 과정들을 철저하고 효율적으로 관리하여야 한다는 측면에서 접근할 수도 있겠으나, 중소기업을 지원하는 정부의 R&D 지원형태에 있어서는 정부의 지원방식에 따라, 즉 출연(국가 등이 반대급부 없이 예산이나 기금에서 지원하는 방식)지원이나 융자지원(일정한 금리와 상환기간을 정해놓고 지원하는 방식)에 따라 도출되는 성과의 차이가 있을 수 있다는 점에 착안하여 그 두가지 지원방식에 따른 성과에 있어서의 차이점을 비교해 보고, 그 결과에 따라 정부가 중소기업을 대상으로 지원하는 방식에 대한 방향성을 제시해 보고자 한다.

Based on the Foucault's governmentality, this study has described the self-government strategy that healing discourse is implemented during 2011-2013. Healing discourse's priority is the existence value of individual and full concentration about self is needed more than anything. In this process, people who need to heal and comfort are limit to de-politicized individuals. Healing discourse emphasizes that the current enhancement in order to become reflection and growth of self. Demands of reflection and growth is substitute the critics of the era and society, but also act as a specific code of conduct to individuals. While emphasizes the reflection and personal growth, healing discourse has top priority of the current value. However, in this process, criticism of the era issues and social structural factors are fundamentally excluded. People accepted healing discourse actively, decided empowering self by reflection and remorse. On the other hand, there is a crack and specificity in the dominant reception discourse likewise some subjects criticized that there is no realistic consolation, exposed the antipathy to the older generation, denied the way of problematized objectification. But this is a partial denial about healing as concrete technology, not fundamental resistance about neoliberal orders.

The study has try to analyze firm-level marketing strategy for making inroads into United Arab Emirate(UAE) in the Middle East Rrgion. Korea's pharmaceutical medicine industry can overcome that growth limit by strategically advancing into the world market even the its market share is slight as of 2013. The results of Marketing Mix strategies to enter the UAE pharmaceutical medicine market are as follows: STP strategy and Marketing Mix strategy based on the findings of this study, the practical implications of the following. First of all, domestic pharmaceutical industries in Korea due to the domestic market, growth in the various institutional devices have limits on the expansion. On the other hand, supports the Government's active policy of UAE health care industry is booming. UAE Government medical facilities and health care in the health care industry in 2010 to improve the level of 80 billion dollars of investment. The UAE's medical sector is equipped with independent regulatory regime by the Emirates. The UAE is a foreign worker influx has been showing a high population growth rate, over the last 30 years, UAE resident population has increased about 7 times. The UAE Government to improve the quality of medical services, the private sector and the public to encourage the signing of partnership (PPP) can also be found in the regulation of foreign direct investment. The results of this study would play a role in analyzing a marketing strategy to make inroads into UAE pharmaceutical medicine market.

최근 온라인 게임 시장이 급속하게 성장하고 있다. 온라인 게임은 컴퓨터 게임의 장르 중에 상당히 큰 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 많은 사용자들은 온라인 게임을 매일 즐기고 있다. 온라인 게임 시장이 커지면서, 온라인 게임 아이템의 거래 시장 역시 성장하고 있으며, 온라인 게임 아이템은 게임 안에서 거래가 이루어질 뿐만 아니라 게임 밖에서도 실제 화폐를 통해 거래되고 있다. 게임 아이템에 대한 경매 사이트가 국내뿐만 아니라 외국에도 존재하여 활발히 거래가 이루어 지고 있으며, 2004년에는 게임 아이템의 구매를 위해서 최대 8억 8000만 달러에 이르는 실제 화폐가 지불될 정도로 게임 아이템의 거래 시장은 거대하다. 이렇게 규모가 커진 게임 아이템 거래 시장은 학술적으로, 실용적으로 많은 중요성을 갖는다. 그러나 온라인 게임 아이템 거래에 대한 실증적인 연구는 많지 않다. 몇몇 온라인 게임 아이템 거래에 대한 연구는 게임 아이템의 권리를 중심으로 연구가 되었으며, 게임에 대한 많은 연구는 게임 아이템보다는 몬스터와 싸우는 것이나 게임 캐릭터를 만드는 것과 같은 게임 플레잉 설계에 집중하고 있다. 또한 전자 상거래 분야에서는 사용자들이 거래를 통해 최대한의 이윤을 얻기 위할 것이라는, 즉 외적 동기를 가지고 있을 것이라는 가정을 바탕으로 거래의 효율성과 거래 비용에 초점을 맞추어 연구가 진행되었다. 그러나 온라인 게임 아이템은 실용적인 성격뿐만 아니라 유희적 성격을 가지고 있기 때문에 온라인 게임 아이템 거래에서 사용자는 외적 동기뿐만 아니라 내적 동기도 함께 가지게 된다. 본 연구는 거래 비용이론과 몰입, 그리고 재미와 관련된 이론을 바탕으로, 온라인 게임 아이템의 거래 방식이 사용자의 지각된 재미와 사용자가 느끼는 거래비용에 미치는 영향을 실험 방법론을 통해 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 거래에서 내적 동기를 가진 사용자는 게임 아이템 거래 의도에 지각된 재미가 거래 비용에 비해 더 많은 영향을 미쳤으며, 외적 동기를 가진 사용자는 게임 아이템 거래 의도에 지각된 거래비용이 지각된 재미에 비해 더 많은 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 결과는 과거 대부분의 관련 연구가 거래 방법의 유용성만을 강조해왔던 것과는 달리, 거래 자체의 재미와 즐거움, 그리고 거래에 대한 몰입 등의 감성적 측면을 고려함으로써 거래 비용 이론을 확장했다는 데 이론적 의의가 있을 것이다. 또한 실용적 측면에서 게임 아이템 거래 방식을 어떻게 설정해야 사용자들에게 유용성과 더불어 재미를 제공해 줄 수 있는지에 대한 실질적인 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

Korea and China have maintained sea routes between two nations through the shipping conference which was established in May 1993. Due to this effort, the market of Korea-China car ferry on Yellow sea makes growth year by year. The car ferry business has shown fierce competition because it has huge impacts on regional and national level economy. In this respect, the aim of this research is to analyze the structural analysis for ports of Korea-China car ferry using Shift Effect(SE) method. As a results, passengers and cargo volumes of Incheon port continuously transfer to Pyeontaek and Gunsan port. Moreover, absolute growth rate of Incheon port do not reach the potential growth rate. The competitiveness power of Incheon port has lower position compared to Pyeontaek and Gunsan port. The cargo volumes of ports located on western coast of Korea have increased recently, however, passengers and cargo volumes of Incheon port have shown lower increasing rate compared to average of Korean western coast ports. For Incheon port, high value added cargoes which give large profit on port side, have to be attracted. Moreover, Incheon port has to become a specialized port.

Park Tae-Joon, a pioneer in the Korean steel industry, has greatly influenced the advancement of science and technology as well as the development of the nation's economy. He believed that POSCO, which was a government-owned company, should not only focus on making profits, but also operate for higher state-level purposes. This belief became the basis for founding a general laboratory and a research university, as well as building big science and technology R&D facilities. Park Tae-Joon's efforts to establish a research university and his dedication to the advancement of science education stemmed from his devotion to public welfare. Just like he believed that the steel industry, which is the basis for all other industries, should be promoted at the state-level, he believed that university and basic science should also be promoted at the state-level. Thanks to his philosophy, the Pohang University of Science and Technology has risen beyond just a polytechnic school to become a research university that makes revolutionary science and technology advancements for the nation. The fact that Park Tae-Joon used profits from business to build the university and national research facilities such as the Pohang Light Source also shows that he nurtured pure science with the welfare of the whole nation in mind.
