The government introduced the comprehensive evaluation bidding system with the goal of pursuing the best value and the global standard in 2016. However, for the evaluation criteria on the construction evaluation reflected to the comprehensive evaluation bidding system, the problems of the objectivity insufficiency, the inclusion of multiple subjective evaluation items, and the irrationality of the weight for each evaluation item are continue to be presented. The central office group, the local government, the relevant industry, and the expert group share recognition, but the solution is not derived. Hence, the major evaluation items to be improved were derived with the characteristics analyzed to secure the objectivity of the construction evaluation. For the analysis method, the standard deviation and the Fleiss Kappa analysis method were used by utilizing the characteristics that the construction evaluation criteria consist of all 4-point measures (good, average, insufficient, and poor). According to the result, the 10 evaluation items of the total 25 construction evaluation items were derived as the evaluation items to be improved. It was found in the analysis on the major characteristics of the derived evaluation items that the qualitative evaluation criteria such as 'Very Suitable' and 'Suitable' were commonly included in the detailed evaluation guidelines. Hence, as far as the future construction evaluation standards are concerned, the qualitative evaluation standards are sublated, and the improvement should be made mainly for the quantitative evaluation criteria enabling the objectivity assurance.

디지털방송, DAB 등과 같은 디지털 오디오 방송 서비스를 위한 디지털 시스템을 설계하기 위해서는 오디오 음질을 평가하기 위한 방법이 필수적이다. 기존의 방식은 인간의 귀를 이용한 주관적 방식을 이용함으로서 많은 시간과 비용을 들이게 되며, 음질평가를 하는 사람의 주관적 의견에 많이 좌우하게 된다. 그러나 최근 ITV-R에서는 오디오 음질의 객관적 평가를 위한 BS.1387(PEAQ)를 제안함으로 많은 시간과 비용을 절감하고 신뢰할 수 있는 결과를 얻게 되었다. PEAQ는 인간의 귀에서의 신호의 처리과정과 인식과정을 심리음향모델과 인식모델로 분리하여 구성함으로써 주관적 평가의 SDG(Subjective Difference Grade)에 대응하는 ODG(Objective Difference Grade)를 구하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 PEAQ의 심리음향 모델과 인식 모델을 원리와 과정을 평가 분석하였다.

현재 대부분의 시뮬레이터는 6개의 축으로 대상체의 운동자유도를 모사하는 모션 시스템을 사용하고 있다. 본 연구개발에서 개발되어지고 있는 시뮬레이터는 일반적인 Stewart 형식이 아닌 운동 대상체의 운동자유도를 짐발(Gimbal)형으로 재현하고자 하였다 이를 위해 실시간 스케줄러와 H/W 입출력 및 통신 드라이버에 대한 개발을 수행하였고, 시뮬레이션에 적합한 정확도와 실시간성을 유지하도록 롤러코스터 상에서 이루어지는 차량운동을 모델링 하였다. 또한 인간감성의 절용을 고려한 짐발형 모션 시스템의 운동 재현을 위해 워시아웃(Washout) 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 특히, 짐발형 모션 시스템은 그 연구 사례를 찾기 힘든 것으로 운동 모사성의 객관적 검증과 탑승자에 대한 시뮬레이터의 영향을 평가하기 위해 감성평가를 실시하였다. 감성평가를 위해 평가지에 의한 주관적 평가 방법과 탑승자의 생리신호를 측정하는 객관적 평가방법을 사용하였다.

실제 구조물에 있어 확률, 통계 및 이론으로 구해진 랜덤성을 갖는 객관적 불확실성뿐만 아니라 설계자의 경험이나 공학적 판단에 의해 주관적으로 평가되는 인간오차나 시공중의 과오 또는 구조설계에 미치는 사회적, 정치적 및 경제적 요청 등의 퍼지성을 갖는 주관적 불확실성이 존재하기 때문에 현실적으로 랜덤성과 퍼지성을 동시에 고려한 실뢰성평가 즉, 안전성평가에 대한 퍼지이론의 도입이 필수 불가결하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 구조물의 객관적·주관적 불확실성을 동시에 고려한 신뢰성해석방법으로 베이즈의 의사결정이론에 퍼지이론을 병합한 퍼지-베이즈 신뢰성해석 알고리즘을 개발하여 건축구조물의 신뢰성평가 및 안전성평가에 적용하여 분석하였다.

This study examined the factors affecting the emergency nursing performance of nursing students during a simulation. The variables related to the simulation were the objective and subjective emergency nursing performance, critical thinking, program outcome, simulation satisfaction, simulation confidence, and simulation immersion. The participants were 92 senior students who provided informed consent with an explanation about attending the study. The general characteristics and simulation-related data were obtained from the students before and after the simulation. An assessor evaluated the objective emergency nursing performance during the simulation and program outcome through a report reviewed after the simulation. Data analysis was performed using the number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, X²-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and progressive regression through the SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. Emergency nursing performance by the assessor was negatively associated with the satisfaction of clinical practice (r=-.31, p=.005) and positively related to the subjective clinical performance (r=.23, p=.036). The affecting rate was just 12%, which was low for explaining the objective emergency nursing performance during the simulation. Further studies will be needed to explore other factors affecting the emergency nursing performance.

Auditors' subjective opinions m audit activities weaken reliability in audit judgments. This paper suggests fixed quantity models through requirement priority for improving objective evaluation and priorities of requirements in information system audit. The value of requirements was evaluated based on customers' requirements with a premise that they are not in the same level. Furthermore, the audit objective judgments were enhanced to enable fixed quantity of subjective audit by subdividing detailed evaluation index of requirement priority standards into importance of service and function on orderers' perspective, and sectioning cost and schedule on contractors' perspective.

This paper presents an objective video quality evaluation method for digital mobile video. The proposed method is to objectify subjective quality by extracting edge region feature metric and blockiness effect. To evaluate performance of proposed algorithm, we carried out subjective video qualify test with the DSCQS method and obtained mean opinion score(MOS) values for CIF/QCIF 140 video clips. We compared error of proposed method with that of existing. The experiment results show that the proposed method has 25% higher performance.

Unlisted stocks, each country applies a systematic evaluation of the proposed regulations and how the objectivity and reliability of the valuation is trying to improve. In the case of Korea, the law relating to the assessment of unlisted stocks of a representative and 'Inheritance and Gift Tax Law' and the majority of the information in accordance with this law is. IFRS to the valuation of securities at fair value, such as unlisted stocks, but with the exception that non-marketable securities, the acquisition cost can be replaced by a well-known professional organizations calculation of the amount of stocks that the rules are followed. Therefore, in this study, together with the other examples given statutory valuation theory or technique has been referred to various valuation models in practice. It is significant to provide data that can be used to present a variety of methods for the valuation of unlisted shares and enable rationalization study. But the limitations of this study, the implication is obtained through a single enterprise, the research will continue to be applied to the case study and plan the future by the various sectors of the corporate scale.
