본 논문에서는 깊이맵 업샘플링을 이용하여 객관적 메트릭과 3D 주관적 평가 사이의 관계를 조사한다. 전자의 경우, 다양한 참조(full-reference) 및 무참조(no-reference) 평가도구가 깊이맵의 품질을 측정하기위해 적용되고, 3D평가는 주관적 평가로 얻는다. 이 두 개의 결과는 세 가지의 상관계수를 이용하여 상호 관련성을 찾은 후에, 최적으로 주관평가에 근접한 객관적 메트릭을 얻는다.

본 논문에서는 국내 디지털 저작권 보호 업체 혹은 대학 및 연구소에서 개발하고 생산하는 포렌식마크 기술의 품질을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가절차와 평가지표를 정량적으로 제시하였다. 포렌식마크 기술을 객관적으로 평가하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 우선, 구매자 정보(포렌식마크라)가 삽입된 테스트 영상의 공격 항목과 수준을 정하고, 포렌식마크 정보의 추출 성능을 평가하기 위한 평가절차로서 평가항목, 평가기준, 평가절차를, 그리고 인증을 위해서는 포렌식마크 기술의 신뢰성에 대한 통계정보를 포함하는 인증서를 생성하기 위한 인증절차를 포함하였다. 이러한 포렌식마크 기술의 평가 및 인증 지침은 기술 개발자에게는 자신들이 개발한 포렌식마크 기술에 대한 객관적인 평가결과를 미리 알아볼 수 있어서 기술의 상품성을 점검할 수 있고 소비자 입장에서는 객관적이고 보편타당성 있는 평가 결과에 대한 신뢰를 가질 수 있다. 평가자 입장에서는 표준 평가를 통해 객관적이고 정량적인 평가 결과를 얻을 수 있어서 상대적인 우열을 가리기가 용이해지는 편리성을 얻을 수 있다. 이를 통하여 포렌식마크 기술의 발전과 디지털 저작권 보호 시장의 활성화에 일조를 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구의 목적은 양질의 웹사이트를 선별하기 위한 평가 기준을 수립하고 평가 항목에 계량적인 평가 척도를 적용한 평가 모형을 제시하는 데 있다. 문헌연구 및 예비실험을 통해 보편적이고 객관적으로 적용될 수 있다고 판단된 평가 항목을 선정하여 내용, 디자인, 접근의 용이성 범주로 구분, 국내 웹사이트 평가실험에 사용하였다. 평가실험은 객관적 평가와 주관적 평가를 사용하였으며, 이를 토대로 산출된 각 품질 평가 지수에 근거하여 유용한 웹사이트를 선정하는 단계를 제시하였다.

This paper proposes the assessment method for objective quality-evaluation-index of mosaic images. Quality assessment was evaluated using seam-line method and similarity and contrast of adjacent images. The evaluation measure was calculated based on selected evaluation criteria and compared with human visual inspection. It was found that quantitative quality evaluation measure showed that the evaluation results were similar to human visual check. Conclusively experimental results proved that proposed evaluation measure could be used for quantitative and objective quality assessment of mosaic images.

Cognitive-linguistic changes that normally accompany aging are often simply an annoyance, but in some instances they may herald a more perilous course of decline to a state of neurological disease. This study investigated the correlation between subjective and objective tests on cognitive-linguistic abilities in older adults and the predictors of objective performances. Healthy elders over 65 years of age (n=63) and their informants (n=63) completed the subjective and objective cognitive-linguistic tests (ISCOLE and CAPTBI) from July of 2015 to February of 2016. The main findings were as follows: performance on the self-report test was not significantly different from that on the informant-report test. Additionally, eight domains in older adults group and 15 domains in the informants group were significantly associated with performance on the objective test. Finally, language on the informant-report test was a predictor of several abilities including problem solving and memory on the informant-report test predicted executive function and language. The present study demonstrates that two groups have significant differences in correlation between subjective and objective tests on the cognitive-linguistic abilities, and there are more relevant domains in rating by informants. These findings have implications for the use of cognitive-linguistic evaluation and preventive intervention in clinical settings.

본 연구는 영국의병원 급식체계를 분석하고 그에 대한 객관적, 주관적 평가를 시도하는데 목표를 두고 있다. 영국 보건성의 지원하에 12개 병원에 대한 급식체계를 비용편익 분석과 생산성 측정이라는 객관적 기법, 그리고 Indepth-interview 및 Self-Administered Qestionnaire 라는 주관적 방법을 통해 분석하였다. 이 중 본논문에서 다루는 것은 환자 만족도와 이에 영향을 미치는 병원 급식 체계의 결정요인 부분이다. 제1단계 연구에서는 급식대상 환자들에 대한 표본추출을 통해 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 환자의 인구통계학적, 정서적 변수가 환자의 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요소로 나타났다. 각병원에 대한 객관적 자료를 이용한 2차 희귀분석 결과 인적자원요소와 시스템요소로 대별된 독립변수 요인군종 어느 변수도 0.05(p) 수준에서 유의미하지 않은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 환자의 만족도는 병원 급식체계에 기준한 객관적인 결정요인에 의해 설명되어지지 않고 오히려 환자 자신의 변수에 의해 결정되어짐을 알수 있다. 본논문이 시사하는 바는 급식체계에 대한 평가에 있어 이론적 모형과 변수의 선정이 수정될 필요가 있다는 점과 방법론적 차원에서 평가대상 급식시스템의 유형상 특성이 고려되어야한다는 점이다.

In this paper, we propose a new objective quality assessment method considering the human visual perception characteristics. A subjective quality assessment is obtained by the response of the receptive field in the primary visual cortex and a human's eye can't focus on all of the visual range in a moment. Take advantage of two facts above, we apply Gabor wavelet transform which is well fit the receptive field in the cortex, to divided constant sized subblocks. Then a local distortion of the subblocks and a global distortion for the entire image are calculated in order. The proposed method has been evaluated using video test sequences provided by the Video Quality Experts Group (VQEG). The experimental results show that good correlation with human perception is obtained using the proposed metric, which is what we called GPSNR.

실제 구조물에 있어 확률, 통계 및 이론으로 구해진 랜덤성을 갖는 객관적 불확실성뿐만 아니라 설계자의 경험이나 공학적 판단에 의해 주관적으로 평가되는 인간오차나 시공중의 과오 또는 구조설계에 미치는 사회적, 정치적 및 경제적 요청 등의 퍼지성을 갖는 주관적 불확실성이 존재하기 때문에 현실적으로 랜덤성과 퍼지성을 동시에 고려한 실뢰성평가 즉, 안전성평가에 대한 퍼지이론의 도입이 필수 불가결하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 구조물의 객관적·주관적 불확실성을 동시에 고려한 신뢰성해석방법으로 베이즈의 의사결정이론에 퍼지이론을 병합한 퍼지-베이즈 신뢰성해석 알고리즘을 개발하여 건축구조물의 신뢰성평가 및 안전성평가에 적용하여 분석하였다.

The Bark Coherence Function (BCF) defies a coherence function within perceptual domain as a new cognition module, robust to linear distortions due to the analog interface of digital mobile system. Our previous experiments have shown the superiority of BCF over current measures. In this paper, a new BCF suitable for VoIP is developed. The unproved BCF is based on the wavelet series expansion that provides good frequency resolution while keeping good time locality. The proposed Wavelet based Bark Coherence function (WBCF) is robust to variable delay often observed in packet-based telephony such as Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). We also show that the refinement of time synchronization after signal decomposition can improve the performance of the WBCF. The regression analysis was performed with VoIP speech data. The correlation coefficients and the standard error of estimates computed using the WBCF showed noticeable improvement over the Perceptual Speech Quality Measure (PSQM) that is recommended by ITU-T.

In this paper, we propose a new objective speech quality measure using noise masking threshold for speech quality assessment of mobile telephone network environments, and verify the effectiveness of the proposed method through the experiments. For such a purpose, well known objective speech quality measures such as BSD and PSQM are first evaluated for digital mobile telephone network environments. However, these conventional methods does not have good performance under mobile networks environments compared to literary results. To be mote effective objective speech quality measure under mobile telephone environments, the proposed method employs human psychoacoustic masking effect. The DMOS, instead of MOS, is used as a subjective speech quality measure for performance evaluation. The performance comparison are carried out with speech data collected from digital mobile telephone environments. As results, the proposed measure have and average 4% higher performance, in terms of correlation, than existing objective speech quality measures such as BSD and PSQM.
