Design and Implementation of Component Adaptation Supporting Tool (컴포넌트 개조 지원 도구의 설계 및 구현)

  • In this research, the technique and tool for the adaptation of components are suggested. While reusing a component or assembling components, component adaptation should be required since the interfaces of component to be assembled might not be exactly matched. Sometimes, other attributes are needed for new business features or even the same business concept. So, in reusing or assembling a component, component adaptation techniques are essentially required. In this research, we proposed the following Component Adaptation by Binary Component Adaptation Techniques : and Component Adaptation by Adaptation Components. Also, we constructed a component adaptation supporting tool. As the results, we can adapt the existing components without source code and can reuse the existing components when the components do not meet new requirements or can not be directly connected with other components to be integrated.

A Study on improvement of Korean aircraft system modification certification procedure (우리나라 항공기 시스템 개조 인증 절차 개선 연구)

  • The system needs to be modified to improve the performance of the aircraft in operation or to satisfy the requirements of related laws. Appropriate standards are required for the technical skills for remodeling the aircraft system, design verification for airworthiness of the aircraft, and supplemental type certification (STC) certification procedures for type certification. This study analyzes the current status and demand of domestic aircraft remodeling, examines the current supplementary type certification procedure, and diagnoses the problem. In addition, as a result of researching measures to improve remodeling technology and certification capabilities to extend the life of the aircraft, improvements in the education system were derived to improve the domestic additional type certification process, such as approval of remodeling agencies and appointment of qualifications for each professional technician.

  • Recently, determinants in the construction market are not suppliers' choices but customers' various needs. One of the main interests about the space design is the flexibility. Though those are the choices of users to modify space structure, the potential degree of flexibility is predetermined by the providers. In suppliers' view, it is consuming in financial and technical aspects to cater the apartments qualifying maximum flexibility. To modify these differences, the reasonable range of applicable customers's requirement about flexibility in apartment should be determined. Then, the types of flexibility in apartments should be classified. The purpose of this Study are classified the flexibility of support in apartment by the analyzing the remodeling requirement of apartment residents, and provided prerequisites to create flexible spaces by case application.

  • As it takes a lot of time and money to develop an aircraft, an environment for renovating and using existing operating aircraft has been created. As a result, many old aircraft were renovated, and due to the aging of the aircraft, more demanding cable requirements were required for renovation projects, and as the number of equipment inside the aircraft gradually increased, the difficulty of system integration increased. In order to solve the difficulties of system integration through systematization of verification procedures, this paper explains VSWR, I-loss, which are the main indicators of antenna cable modification, and explains DTF, one of the problem detection methods. It also explains the elements required for cable design, the environment to be measured, and procedures, and introduces the overall process and effect of antenna cable improvement through demonstration cases.

  • In this study, we performed a design and structural analysis of a blade-shaped antenna installation on the rear fuselage of a rotary wing aircraft operated by the military. When the structure is damaged while the aircraft is in operation, it is separated from the aircraft main structure and may collide with the rotor or blades to cause the aircraft to crash. Therefore, structural safety for the modified structure must be secured. The design requirement for the newly installed modified part were established, and the load condition was constructed by applying the load that may occur in the aircraft after the modification. Structure safety for the modified structure was secured by performing structure analysis. To analysis stress and deformation of aircraft structure, we developed finite element model and verified it by using hand calculation method. We confirmed the safety of the modified structure through the final structural integrity analysis.

  • 국제 공동 가스터빈 엔진 개발 프로그램인 ASE120 사업은 항공기용 터보팬 엔진을 Low Emission 산업용 엔진으로의 개조사업으로서 현대우주항공, AlliedSignal, AIDC(대만), SPHT(대만) 등이 참여하고 있다. 본 사업을 통한 주요 개조 부품인 연소기의 경우, 산업용 엔진의 특성상 장시간의 수명이 보장되어야 하고 Dry Low NOx 연소실 형태로 배기가스 규제의 요구조건을 만족하여야 하므로 일반 항공기용 연소기와 구조적으로 첨예한 변화가 발생하여 구조 및 수명해석을 통한 구조적 안전성과 요구 수명에 대한 평가가 절대적으로 요구되었다. 당 엔진의 요구수명은 30년으로 cold section part의 경우 180,000시간, hot section의 경우 90,000시간의 수명을 목표로 개발되었으며, 연소기 최적설계를 위해 구조/수명 해석결과가 개발과정 중 설계에 지속적으로 반영되어 추진되었다. 연소기의 구조해석은 해석용 tool로서 ANSYS53을 활용하였고 수명예측은 AlliedSignal사의 Material Database 및 Inconel사 재질 data를 근간으로 수행하였다.

  • 최근에 스마트 폰과 같은 모바일 플랫폼의 사용이 증가함에 따라, 모바일 플랫폼에서 사용자의 편의성을 증대시켜주는 시스템 및 프로그램에 대한 요구 사항이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국어 E-mail로부터 회의 등의 일정에 관한 정보를 얻어내는 시스템 구조를 제안하고, 그 중 일정의 시간 정보에 대한 구현 및 성능을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 일정을 서술하기 위해 필요할 것으로 생각되는 12가지의 정보 유형을 정의하였다. 또한, E-mail의 서술 형태를 개조식으로 서술된 부분과 비개조식으로 서술된 부분으로 분류하고, 개조식으로 서술된 부분에 대하여 시간과 관련된 2가지 정보를 추출 하였다. 실험 결과, 일정의 '시작 시간'에 대한 정보 추출의 경우 F-Measure 90.10% 일정의 '종료 시간'에 대한 정보 추출의 경우 F-Measure 84.07%를 달성하였다.

  • 최근 우리나라 연안어업은 한 일, 한 중어업협정, WTO 가입 등으로 주변 환경이 급격하게 변화되는 한편, 연근해 어자원의 감소와 근해어업과의 경쟁조업 등으로 인해 경영수지가 극도로 악화되고 있다. 이에 따라 정부에서는 연안어업의 경영수지 개선을 목적으로 1척의 선박으로 3개 이하의 업종을 허가하여 여기에 맞추어 선택조업이 가긍하도록 하였다. 하지만 기존선박은 단일업종을 대상으로 한 전용선반으로 건조되어 업종변경시 개조비용 발생은 물론 이거니와 개조에 따른 조업중단 또는 차질로 제 효과를 얻지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 그리고, 조선공학적 제 성능에 관한 면밀한 검토가 부족한 가운데 개조 사용함으로써 안정성을 저해하거나 조업효율이 오히려 떨어져 복수조업요건을 모두 수용할 수 있는 새로운 선형개발이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 동해역 2톤급 다목적어선을 대상으로 하여 어선세력, 어민요구사항 및 어로시스템 분석 등을 통해 다목적어선 대상업종을 선정하고, 선정된 업종의 어로장비를 동시탑재 또는 부분 교체하여 조업할 수 있는 선형을 개발함으로써 연안 어민의 선박건조비 절감, 업종 교체에 따른 부대 경비경감과 안전도 저해요인 해소에 기여하고자 한다.

Qualification Process of T700/701K Engine for KUH (한국형 기동헬기 엔진 (T700/701K) 인증 과정)

  • This paper presents qualification process of the T700/701K turbo-shaft engine for Korean Utility Helicopter(KUH). The T700/701K is the rear-drive variant of the GE's T700-701C/D engine which was qualified for military applications in the world. The main scope of the development is the modification from a front-drive engine to a rear-drive one, the performance enhancement of the power turbine and the incorporation of two channel FADEC(Full Authority Digital Engine Control) system for more reliable operation. Therefore, T700/701K engine must be qualified by Korean government in order to perform a flight in the country. Reflecting the influence of developing scope, the main requirements including performance and control are verified by test and analysis, while the requirement for module or component that is same to that of T700-701C/D are verified by similarity.
