The 2015 revised curriculum is an integrated curriculum that reflects national and societal needs to foster creative convergent talent in the school curriculum. Along with these changes, the Ministry of Education introduced a system to change the major from 2017 to the fourth year of university. Therefore, each university should prepare to reflect the curriculum and institutional change before welcoming students who have completed the 2015 revised curriculum. The university needs to study the countermeasures for implementing the 2015 revised curriculum and expanding the period of major change when preparing the curriculum and contents of the calculus courses that freshmen take. Handong University has been studying the operation methods of new students who want to decide their major at the first grade, such as operating calculus courses at various levels and allocating appropriate proportions of calculus for preliminary examinations. This case is similar to the basic purpose of the revised curriculum in 2015, so it can suggest implications for the operation of the university calculus class after the curriculum revision. In this paper, we have analyzed the results of the recent freshman mathematics test for the recent 5 years and the students' calculus grades and compared them with the contents of the calculus curriculum operated by Handong University and the 2015 revised higher mathematics curriculum. As a result, we proposed five classes of calculus suitable for college major and it was found that the calculus curriculum should include the missing quadratic method in the 2015 revised curriculum.

This study is to review division of whole numbers which is dealt in the revised elementary mathematics textbook and manual for teacher. The textbook and manual for teachers are most important documents to teach mathematics. And they are important to the would-be teachers who study the elementary mathematics with such documents. Therefore the textbook and manual for teachers should have no errors. But I found they have some errors and problems regarding division of whole numbers. In this paper, I discuss the problems and suggest the alternative plans.

This research compares the subjects of "Integrated Science" and "Converged Science" in the 2015 Revised National Curriculum, through core concepts. The content priorities and levels of integration of each core concept were evaluated through an analytical framework, and visualized using two-dimensional visualization matrix of the content priorities and the levels of integration. The results show that "Integrated Science" had fewer core concepts, higher in priorities and slightly lower levels of integration than "Converged Science". This can be an evidence that "Integrated Science" is excellent in rigor and not so much inferior in relevance. And also, through visualization of analysis results, the characteristics of integrated subjects could easily be understood and compared.

'하도급 거래 공정화에 관한 법률' 법률이 일부 개정되어 지난 5월 28일 공포되었다. 이 법령은 오는 11월 29일부터 본격 시행된다. 개정된 주요 내용은 ${\Delta}$계약체결일로부터 30일 이내에 원사업자는 수급사업자에게 공사대금지급 보증 ${\Delta}$공사대금 지급수단이 어음인 경우 만기일까지, 어음대체 결재수단인 경우 하도급대금 상환기일까지 대금지급 보증 ${\Delta}$공사이행 중 원사업자가 공사대금 지급보증 사유 소멸 시 소멸일로부터 30일 이내에 공사대금 지급보증(다만, 일정한 경우 보증 제외) ${\Delta}$원사업자가 수급사업자에게 공사대금 지급보증을 하지 않은 경우 수급사업자가 한 계약이행 보증을 청구할 수 없도록 했다. 이로써 그동안 어음 수령으로 보호받지 못했던 대금지급 보증을 받을 수 있게 되었고 원사업자의 대금지급보증 면제사유(신용등급 A 이상, 발주자 대금직접지급, 한 건의 공사금액이 천만원 이하)가 소멸된 경우에도 30일 이내에 대금지급 보증을 해주는 등 대금지급 보증 범위가 넓어져 보증금을 원활히 받을 수 있게 됐다. 또한 원사업자가 대금이행 보증을 하지 않을 경우 하수급인의 계약 불이행을 사유로 계약이행 보증을 청구할 수 없는 조항이 신설되어 앞으로 대금지급보증 교부율이 높아짐은 물론 하수급인에 대한 보증을 주로 하는 대한설비건설공제조합의 보증 리스크 감소 효과가 기대된다. 대한설비건설협회(회장 이상일)와 대한설비건설공제조합(이사장 김기석)은 그동안 대부분의 하도급업체인 회원 및 조합원사의 권리보호와 원도급자의 불법 불공정 하도급 거래행위를 개선하기 위해 국회, 국토교통부, 공정거래위원회 등 관련부처에 지속적으로 건의하며 제도개선을 추진해 왔다. 이같은 협회와 조합의 공동노력에 의해 이번에 공정거래위원회에서 일부 개정한 것이다. 개정된 하도급거래 공정화에 관한 법률은 다음과 같다.

농림부는 지난 8월 3일 가축전염병 가운데 양.염소에 대한 정의를 농가를 포함한 모든 국민이 이해하기 쉽게 정비하고, 가축의 소유자 또는 관리자에게도 가축전염병의 신고의무를 부과하며, 병성감정 실시결과 인수공통전염병으로 확인된 경우 이를 질병관리본부장에게 통보하도록 하여 인체감염을 예방할 수 있도록 하고, 가축방역에 필요한 조치명령 항목에 면역요법을 추가하는 등 현행 제도의 운영상 나타난 일부 미비점을 개선.보완하여 개정법률을 공포하였다. 이 법은 6개월이 경과한 날부터 시행되며 개정전문은 다음과 같다.

국가경쟁력강화위원회에서 확정(2011. 1. 19. 제24차 회의)된 하위법령 특별정비 추진에 따라 행정제재처분기준을 경감할 수 있는 사유를 명확히 마련함으로써 행정제재처분을 합리화하는 한편, 액화석유가스 총전사업 등의 허가요건에 관한 세부적인 사항을 조례로 정하도록 하는 내용으로 "액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법"이 개정(법률 제10350호, 2010. 6. 8. 공포, 9. 9. 시행)됨에 따라 종전에 고시로 정하고 있던 액화석유가스 충전사업 및 액화석유가스 판매사업의 시설기준 중 안전거리, 도로의 폭, 용기보관실 사무실 주차장의 면적에 대하여 일반 기준의 2배 이내의 범위에서 강화된 기준을 조례로 정하려는 것임.

식품의약품안전처는 소비자의 알권리 확대를 위한 정보제공 강화 등을 위해 햄, 소시지 등 식육가공품에 사용한 모든 고기함량 표시 및 냉동 또는 냉장제품에 대한 표시를 의무화하고, 영업자의 규제개선 과제로 최종 소비자에게 판매되지 않고 가맹점에 공급하는 제품에 대하여 필요한 표시사항만 사용할 수 있도록 특례조항을 신설하기로 했다. 다음에 "식품 등의 표시기준"과의 조화를 위해 최근 개정사항 등을 반영한 축산물의 표시기준 일부개정 고시에 관해 살펴보도록 한다.

한국주택협회는 경제$\cdot$사회의 여건변화에 부응하여 토지의 이용규제로 인한 국민의 불편을 최소화하고, 토기개발 수용에 따라 토지공급이 신속$\cdot$원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 경지지역과 산림보전지역 등에서의 각종 행위제한을 완화하고, 개발촉진지역 세분용도지구의 종류를 대폭 축소함과 아울러 지방자치단체에 대한 권한 위임폭을 확대하기 위하여 국토이용관리법시행령을 개정 추진중에 있음. 동 시행령(안)은 3월 20일 경제장관회의 심의 후 국무회의심의를 거쳐 4월중 개정$\cdot$공포될 계획임.

국토해양부는 건설산업기본법 시행령, 시행규칙을 지난 11월 1일 공포하고, 11월 25일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 이번에 개정된 건설산업기본법 시행령, 시행규칙에는 하도급 부당특약 유형이 추가되고, 하도급계약심사위원회를 설치, 운영하는 등의 내용이 포함되어 있다. 이는 대한설비건설협회가 그동안 하도급자의 권리보호와 공생발전을 위해 국토해양부에 관련제도 개선을 지속적으로 건의한 결과이다. 이번에 개정된 건설산업기본법 시행령, 시행규칙은 협회 홈페이지(www.kmcca.or.kr) 협회 내 자료공유에서 다운받을 수 있다.

산업통상자원부(장관 주형환)가 지난 6월 16일 '액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법' 제45조, '도시가스사업법' 제17조4항의 상세기준 개정안을 승인 공고하고 가스계량기 설치장소 환기 양호 기준을 합리화했다. 이전에는 '사람이 거주하는 건축물 세대 밖(복도, 계단 등)의 경우 창문 등을 열어 환기를 할 수 있는 장소'로 규정했지만 이번 개정을 통해 '환기가 가능한 창문 등(개방 시 환기면적이 $100cm^2$ 이상에 한한다)이 설치된 장소'로 완화했다.
