고객관계관리는 많은 기업들에게 경영자와 차별화할 수 있는 부문으로서 인식되어 왔다. 수익성 높은 고객을 확보하고 유지하는 것이 매우 중요하기 때문이다. 기업의 핵심역량으로서 고객관계관리를 강화하기 위해서는 고객정보를 더욱 효과적으로 관리해야 한다. 본 연구는 고객정보관리 활동들과 그에 영향을 마치는 영향요인들을 살펴보고, 고객정보 관리 충실도와 고객정보 품질 간의 관계를 보인다. 또한, 고객정보관리 활동에 영향을 미치는 영향요인과 고객정보 품질 사이에서 고객정보관리 프로세스 충실도가 매개효과를 나타냄을 증명한다. 설문을 통해 얻은 65개 기업의 자료를 바탕으로 다중회귀분석과 ANOVA를 실시해 가설에 대한 실증 분석을 하였다. 분석 결과 6개의 고객정보관리 활동들과 이러한 고개정보관리 프로세스에 대한 5개의 영향요인을 발견하였다. 고객정보관리 프로세스의 충실도는 고객정보 품질과 밀접한 관계를 보였고, 영향요인과 고객정보 품질 사이에서 고객정보관리 프로세스의 충실도가 매개 역할을 수행함을 밝혀내었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 결론, 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

산업안전보건법 제43조에 따라 건강진단기관이 작성하여 사업주에게 제공하는 건강진단결과표 중 사후관리소견서(2면)에 기재되는 내용이 근로자의 개인정보에 해당되기 때문에 이를 기재하는 행위는 개인정보보호 관련법령에 위반된다는 일부 주장에 대하여 고용노동부가 개인정보보호관련 법률을 담당하는 행정안전부에 당해 사항의 법령 위반여부에 대한 유권해석을 질의한 바, 산업안전보건법에 의한 사후관리소견서상에 개인정보를 기재하는 것과 이상소견이 있는 지에 대한 검진결과 수치를 기재하는 것 모두 개인정보보호 관련법령에 위반하지 않는다는 내용이 회신되어 이를 안내하오니 업무에 참고하시기 바랍니다.

For social demand and technological development, systematic private information management and security guidance have been enhanced; however, the issue of leakage and invasion of private information is shown in many ways. In the management of such private information, the issue of how to protect such information is one of the sensitive key elements. As a criterion to decide the management policy of each property information consisting of private information, this article suggests Dynamic-Security-Level-Measurement for property information. DSLM adopts the variable characteristics of property information as the element of measurement. By applying this method, it is possible to provide information management functions to cope with the changes of each property information security level of an individual actively. It is expected that this will improve the security of previous information management methods even more and also contribute to the improvement of security in integrated systems such as the integrated ID management system and electronic wallet.

In the field of public informatization maintenance business, the attacks of external illegal users such as unauthorized leakage, destruction, and alteration due to intentional or inadequate management of personal information are increasing. In order to prevent such security incidents in advance, it is necessary to develop and quantitatively manage SLA indicators. This study presents the privacy SLA indicators and suggests specific methods such as information collection method and timing of the privacy SLA indicators. In order to confirm the validity and reliability of the proposed SLA indicators, an online survey was conducted with a group of experts. As a result, it was evaluated that compliance rate of personal information destruction and compliance rate of personal information protection system would be effective when applied to new and revised SLA indicators in terms of importance and validity. In the future, using SLA indicators for personal information protection as a standard for public information maintenance will contribute to improving SW quality and securing safety.

As the utilization value of personal information increases, discussions on how to provide personal information are active, but information required by institutions to utilize personal information is being exposed more than necessary. Therefore, personal privacy protection is essential to overcome the problems and limitations of personal information protection. In this study, a decentralized identity information management model that overcomes the problems and limitations of the centralized identity management method of personal information and manages and selectively provides personal information by the information owner himself and demonstrates the excellence of personal information by implementing the Smart Personal Information Provision System (SPIPS) in the PBFT consensus algorithm through experiments.

온라인 신분증명에는 공인인증서, I-PIN, 휴대전화 등이 사용된다. 서비스 제공자는 사용자의 신분을 증명한 후 사용자의 정보를 회원가입과 같은 절차를 통해 수집하고 저장한다. 이와 같이 중앙에서 관리하는 것은 관리적 측면의 편리성은 존재하지만 관리시스템 자체가 단일 실패 지점으로서의 위험성과 해킹 등으로 인한 개인정보 유출의 위험성이 상존한다. 최근 중앙관리의 한계를 급복하기 위해 분산 원장관리 기술인 블록체인 기술이 등장하였다. 블록체인 기술은 각각의 정보의 블록을 체인으로 연결하여 블록체인에 참여하는 각 노드에 의해 관리하는 분산관리 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 블록체인 기술을 기반으로 하는 온라인 신분증명 스킴을 제안한다. 블록체인을 기반으로 하기 때문에 개인의 정보를 중앙에서 관리할 필요가 없다. 또한 블록체인의 특성상 위변조로부터 안전하다는 장점이 있다. 마지막으로, 제안하는 방법에서 노드에 저장되는 개인정보는 암호화하는 방법을 사용하여 타인의 정보를 볼 수 없도록 하는 기밀성을 제공할 수 있어 노출에 대한 안전성을 제공한다.

This study reviews the life cycle models considering legal and technical characteristics of personal data respectively. Based on the reviews, this research proposes 'consent and management based model of personal data' which is applicable to the domestic IT companies. The model suggested in this paper has characteristics that 'Consent' and 'Management' factors are ㅁpositively considered, which is overlooked in the other models. The validity of the model is examined by two methods, validation of the model of excellence by contrast of the other models, and 'consent' and 'management' factors cover all the life cycle processes. Using this model, IT companies will be contributed to the analysis of the personal data utilization and the development of IT system protection.

The importance of personal data protection is increasingly emphasized both at home and abroad, and while overseas countries are applying various policies and dynamic management technologies, there are some gaps between compliance with laws and regulations and the application of technologies in Korea, and there are few user interfaces that provide convenient ways for data subjects to stop processing personal data. This study first analyzes the need for dynamic personal information consent management technology, the current state of the industry, and the prospects for its development. Next, this study proposes a basic model for dynamic management of personal information consent that maximizes the data subject's right to personal data self-determination while strictly complying with personal data protection laws in Republic of Korea. In particular, this study analyzes the basis of domestic laws and regulations related to the suspension of personal data processing, designs a basic model of personal data consent dynamic management interface, and presents its effectiveness. Based on the results of this study, we expect that the proposed dynamic management model for personal data use consent can be used in various ways for various websites and applications in the future.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 상황 인지 서비스 제공을 위한 프레임워크들은 환경에 있는 응용 서비스들로 하여금 사용자 행동 패턴을 지속적으로 모니터링하며, 하나의 중앙집중식 서버에서 축적된 사용자 프로파일을 관리하도록 개발되어 왔다. 그러나, 전체 환경이 사용자 개개인의 서비스에 대한 요구 및 선호도를 파악하고 관리하는 일은 비효율적이다. 그리하여, 사용자 프로파일 관리 서버를 사용하지 않고 개인화된 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 휴대용 정보 단말기가 직접 사용자의 서비스에 대한 선호도를 인식하고 관리하는 사용자 프로파일 관리 프레임워크를 제안한다. 스마트 홈 환경의 이동형 사용자의 컨텍스트 인식을 위해서는 사용자 몸에 부착되어 있는 센서들이 사용자에 대한 정보를 휴대용 정보 단말기로 전달하며, 각 정보 단말기는 다양한 센서들로부터 획득한 정보와 정보단말기를 통해 제공되는 사용자의 직접적인 요구정보를 서비스 목적에 맞게 재해석하여 사용자 선호도에 맞는 서비스 내용을 제공하도록 하는 것이다. 제안된 프레임워크는 휴대용 정보 단말기를 통해 사용자와 환경과의 상호작용을 필요로 하는 유비쿼터스 기술이 활용 가능한 다양한 어플리케이션에 광범위하게 활용될 수 있다. 더 나아가, 사용자의 사적인 정보 보호를 보장하면서 개인화된 서비스 제공을 가능하게 할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 만성질환자 건강관리서비스 플랫폼 개발을 위항여 건강측정기 모바일 연계기술 개발 및 적용하고 IoT 기반 생체정보 획득 및 라이프로그 건강관리 플랫폼 API 연계 기술을 통하여 지역 만성질환자를 위한 언택트 헬스 모니터링 플랫폼 개발을 수행하였다. 해당 시스템을 통하여 지역 보건소 협력 및 가족 중심 만성질환자 입체적 건강관리 모니터링 시스템 개발에 적용하고 IoT 장비 인터페이스기술, 개인 건강관리기술, 플랫폼 운영 및 구현기술, 데이터 관리기술 개발을 통하여 효율적으로 개인 라이프로그를 활용할 수 있도록 하였으며, 효율적인 관리를 위하여 AI 챗봇 서비스 시스템을 통한 효율성을 극대화를 추진하였다. 본 논문에서는 개인 라이프로그를 활용한 AI 챗봇 기반 만성질환자 건강관리서비스 플랫폼을 구현하여 만성질환자에 대한 서비스를 제공하고 만족도를 실증하여 서비스의 우수함을 입증하였다.
