This study has surveyed 379 social workers to recognize how much they believe their behaviors are ethical related to dual relationship and how many they have experienced dual relationships with their clients. In addition, we also examined if there were significant differences in social workers' beliefs and experiences according to their socio-demographic characteristics and organizational properties. To accomplish this purpose, we conducted frequency analysis, single sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance focusing on sexual, bartering and private relationships. Respondents tend to have a little permissive attitude about dual relationships while they little experienced of them. Social workers's beliefs and experiences are different depending on gender, education level, work experience, position, training experience of ethics and service target. From these results, it suggested that code of ethics for social workers and the curriculum of social work ethics should be revised reflecting on present field situation and inspiring ethical sensitivity.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of mothers' parenting beliefs and supportive interaction on maternal parenting stress. It also examined variations of the results by household income levels and mothers' employment status. Participants of the study were 770 mothers of children aged 23-31 months who were a part of the 2010 wave of the National Survey for Panel Study on Korean Children. The analyses revealed that parenting stress was affected by mothers' parenting beliefs and supportive interaction. Mothers' supportive interaction has been shown significantly to predict parenting stress in all four groups of this study. The results demonstrated that the strength of the relationship between parenting stress and parenting beliefs and reciprocal interaction varied based on the combination of income and work status. These findings suggested that income and employment status are important to examine collectively.

This study was performed to determine the smartphone addiction and it's association with various related factors such as sociodemographic characteristics, family life characteristics, school life characteristics, health related characteristics, psychosocial factors(self esteem, anxiety, locus of control) among the middle school students in rural areas. The self-administered questionnaire were given to 630 middle school students during the period from May 1st to 31th, 2014. As a result, the distribution of smartphone addiction group among all subjects was 24.1%, and smartphone addiction is so complicatedly influenced by various factors as well as sociodemographic characteristics, school life characteristics and health related characteristics, to a greater extent, by self esteem, anxiety and locus of control. Therefore the effective strategy for decrease of smartphone addiction among the middle school students requires the efforts to improve their psychosocial factors.
Little empirical consumer research has focused on perceived conspicuous consumption in the respect of negative emotion. This research aims to prove the perceived conspicuous consumption's negative effect on consumers' attitude toward brand. In this research, two experiments were designed to test hypothesis. The results of analysis confirm that perceived conspicuous consumption affects the attitude towards brand, Consumer's temporal power distance belief mediates the relation between perceived conspicuous consumption and brand evaluation, in line with our assumption. The level of perceived group norm towards conspicuous consumption (high vs. low) moderates the relation between perceived conspicuous consumption and brand evaluation. In further research, the group norm scale should be improved and additional experiment adopting variety priming or manipulation method should be conducted for robustness of causality.
The aim of this study was to analyze the dental caries of chilren's deciduous teeth in relation to their mothers' socioeconomic factors and their oral health beliefs to increase the effect on children's oral health. One hundred seventy four children and their mothers were selected for the study. The children were 5 and 6 years old in children house in Kun-san, Korea. Research was conducted by oral examination, their mothers' socioeconomic factors and dental health belief model. The finding of analysis can be summaried as follows; In regard to the caries in deciduous teeth status, the five-year-old boy children's dft index was 3.39 and that of the girls of the same age was 2.76. The dft index of the boys of six was 3.86 and that of the girls of the same age was 3.27. The five-year-old boy children had the highest df rate(81.8%), and their dt rate was more than their ft rate. But for the six-year-old girl children, ft rate was higher than dt rate. For the five years old, the boy children's ft rate was significantly higher than that of the girls(p<0.05). Concerning the caries in deciduous teeth states by socioeconomic factors, their oral health status was significantly different according to mother employment and householder age. The df rate of the preschoolers with working mothers(84.7%) was significantly higher than that of those with nonworking mothers(66.7%)(p<0.05). The dft index of the group whose households were over forty was highest with 4.07, followed by the children of the households aged 35 to 39 with 3.83, those of the households aged 25 to 29 with 3.33, and those of the households aged 30 to 34 with 2.15. The difference between the groups was significant(p<0.05). As to the difference of maternal dental health beliefs by maternal socioeconomic factors, households educational background and whether to live with parents or parents-in-law under the same roof made a significant difference to maternal oral health beliefs. The mothers whose households were college graduates or better-educated were stronger in oral health susceptibility and seriousness(p<0.01, p<0.05). The salience was recognized more by those who lived with parents or parents-in-law than by the others who didn't(p<0.05). The dft index of the preschoolers was related to maternal dental health beliefs. That was lower when their mothers perceived dental health benefit better.
This study investigated preservice teachers' understandings of the ontology and epistemology underlying constructivist notions of teaming. Throughout this study, the epistemological, ontological, and pedagogical characteristics for each teacher's developing views of learning were identified through four in-depth interviews. Data from interviews were used to create three profiles containing ontological beliefs, epistemological commitments and pedagogical beliefs. This study has demonstrated that the notion of a constructivist profile change has significant potential for informing the analysis and description of preservice teachers' beliefs changes. Major findings include: constructivist profile changes overtime, diversification of profile components over time, features of the teachers' pedagogical belief profile changes, and teachers' unawareness of their profiles. However, changes in ontological beliefs and epistemological commitments were not easy, nor were they easily internalized for these teachers. The implications of this research are that preservice teachers should be aware of coexisting different categories of their learning-to-teach profiles, and that teacher educators should provide these preservice teachers with instruction designed to change preservice teachers' profiles towards increasing constructivist views of teaching and learning and restricting other undesirable categories.
Unlike the existing researches related to salespersons, this study intends to place the focus on salespersons' psychological characteristic as an element affecting their selling behavior. This is because employees' psychological characteristic is very likely to affect their devotion and commitment to relationship with customers and long-term production by a company. In particular, salespersons are likely to get a feeling of fatigue or loss, or make a cynical or cold response to customers because of frequent interaction with them, and to show emotional indifference in an attempt to keep their distance from customers. But the likelihood can vary depending on salespersons' own psychological characteristic; in particular, the occurrence of these phenomena is very likely to vary significantly depending on relationship belief in interpersonal relations. In the field of psychology, under way are researches related to personal psychological characteristics to improve the quality of interpersonal relations and to maximize personal performance and enhance situational adaptability during this process; it is a personal relationship belief that is recently mentioned as such a psychological characteristic. For salespersons having frequent interaction with customers, particularly, relationship belief can be a very important element in forming relations with customers. So this study aims at determining how salespersons' relationship belief affects negative emotion regulation strategies and prosocial behavior to customer. As a result, salespersons' relationship belief was found to have effects on their negative emotion regulation strategies and prosocial behavior to customer. Negative emotion regulation strategies was found to have effects on prosocial behavior. Salespersons with intimate relationship belief try to use active regulation, support-seeking regulation and salespersons with controlling relationship belief try to use avoidant/distractive regulation. Intimate relationship belief was found to have more prosocial behavior, controlling relationship belief was found to have less prosocial behavior to customer. salespersons' negative emotion regulation strategies was found to have effects on their prosocial behavior to customer. Active, support-seeking influence prosocial behavior to customer positively, avoidant/distractive regulation influence prosocial behavior to customer negatively.

The aim of this study was to identify a variables that can affect Commitment to a Career Choice focusing mainly on the satisfaction with one's major in college and personal agency beliefs. This research carried out a survey on a total of 626 students at 4-year public and private university. The information is processed using the SPSSWIN19.0 program, which carried out frequency analysis, reliability measurement, one-way ANOVA, linear regression analysis, multiple moderating regression analysis, and three-step mediate regression analysis. The results of this study showed that groups showing greater satisfaction with their major had a higher level of commitment to a career choice. Personal beliefs was one thing that can achieve partial mediation or complete mediation when it comes to the relationship between the satisfaction of their major and commitment to a career choice.

Therefore, this study aimed at measuring the effects of police officer's personal dispositions on organizational citizenship behaviors, exploring the moderation effect of organization culture, and providing the basis with implications to promote the Organizational Citizenship Behaviors in the police Organization. The purpose of this study was to examine whether parental beliefs, value of children, and filial obligation were related. The subjects were 748 students(male 323, female 425) who were currently enrolled at university located in Seoul. The instruments used for this study were Filial Obligation Scale(Cho, 2002), Parenting Beliefs Questionnaire, and Value of Children by Arnold et al.(1975, 2001). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlations by SPSS PC Program. The results showed that university students generally demonstrated a higher level of individual-oriented beliefs than relation-oriented beliefs on parental beliefs. With regard to parental beliefs, family relation-oriented beliefs was relatively low in comparison with independence/autonomy-oriented beliefs, happiness-oriented beliefs, and cognition/knowledge-oriented beliefs. In addition, emotional value of children was relatively high in comparison with instrumental value of children. Also, male university students possessed a higher level of filial obligation. the level of cohabitation experience with their parents played a significant role in affecting the level of filial obligation. Unsurprisingly, a higher relation-oriented parental beliefs and emotional value of children demonstrated a higher level of filial obligation. There were also positive relationships between emotional value, instrumental value, and filial obligation. Hence, this study suggests that a practical, functional training services and resources for future parents must be ensued.
