유비쿼터스 환경에서 사용자는 개인용 디바이스를 이용하여 보이지 않는 수많은 자원들과 서로 연결하여 원하는 서비스를 제공 받기를 원한다. 이러한 요구사항을 만족시키기 위하여 유비쿼터스 지능 공간에 존재하는 자원들 사이의 공유가 필요하며 이를 효율적으로 수행하기 위한 연구는 새로운 연구 주제이다. 그러나 동일한 환경이라 할 지라도 각 사용자들의 상황은 서로 다르며 개인적인 성향 역시 다양하다. 그러므로 동일한 공간에서 동일한 서비스를 원하는 사용자들이라 할 지라도 현재의 상황과 사용자 개개인의 개성에 따라 필요로 하는 자원이 다른 것이 현실이다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 사용자의 상황을 인지하여 맞춤형 자원을 추천하는 시스템을 개발한다. 추천 시스템은 사용자의 상황을 인지하기 위한 방법으로 온톨로지 기반 추론을 수행하고, 개인화 추천 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 규칙들 이용한 규칙 기반 추론 방법을 수행한다.

We examined how public social expenditure and individual socio-demographic factors affect individual voluntary activities(volunteering, giving). Hierarchical linear model(HLM) was employed to a nested data set with 37,648 individual subjects and 16 local governments in Korea. HLM analyses yield an insignificant direct effect of public expenditure to volunteering and giving, while individual factors all have significant effects on them. Finally, this study discussed why public social expenditure factor does not have significant influence in this data, and suggested policy implications for promoting volunteering and giving.

그리드 VO(Virtual Organization)는 내부 규정과 정책의 집합에 의하여 제어되는 기존의 VO 개념에서 벗어나 임시적, 동적 기반의 자원 공유와 협업을 하기 위해 개인 또는 기관, 시스템 자원이 모인 임시적인 VO이다. 이것은 개인 또는 기관, 시스템 자원들이 동시에 몇 개의 VO의 일원이 되는 경우나 변화하는 시스템 자원의 상황에 따라 VO 구성을 위한 결합, 형성된 그리드 VO에 대한 인증에서 많은 문제가 발생하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 그리드 VO 구성에서 발생할 수 있는 보안 문제 중 자원에 대한 인증과 관련된 문제를 해결하고자 XML 정보보호기술을 토대로 경량화된 그리드 VO에 대한 자원 인증 시스템을 제안하였다.

This study examined the influence of job stress and personal resources (hardiness, optimism) of child counselors on their burnout and work engagement. For the study, 171 child counselors were surveyed. The main effects of job stress and personal resources on burnout and engagement were tested using hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study were as follows: First, the study showed that both job stress and personal resources were related to burnout and work engagement. Specially, job stress was more closely related to burnout, whereas personal resources were more closely related to work engagement. Second, hardiness as personal resources reduced the level of burnout in child counseling. Third, although job stress negatively affected the level of work engagement, personal resources (hardiness, optimism) were relevant predictors of work engagement. Hardy and optimistic child counselors are less likely to experience burnout, they are more likely to experience vigor, dedication, and absorption on their job. Based on the results of this study, the practical implications for child counselors were discussed.

Users want to receive customized service using users' personal device. To fulfill this requirement, the mobile device has to support a lot of functions. However, the mobile device has limitations such as tiny display screens. To solve this limitation problem and provide customized service to users, this paper proposes the environment to provide services by sharing resources and the method to recommend user-suitable resources among sharable resources. For the resource recommendation, This paper analyzes user's behavior pattern from usage history and proposes the method for recommending customized resources. This paper also shows that the approach is reasonable one for resource recommendation through the satisfaction evaluation.

상황 인지 컴퓨팅에서 상황정보 추론 기능은 상황정보 관리를 위해 중요한 기능 중의 하나이다. 상황정보 추론 기능은 하위 레벨의 상황정보들로부터 사용자의 상황을 나타내는 상위 레벨의 상황정보를 제공한다. 인프라 기반 지능형 공간에서 중앙 집중 형의 상황정보 관리 시스템은 상황정보 추론을 위한 자원 소모를 고려할 필요가 없었다. 하지만 자원이 제약된 장치들로만 구성된 개인 지능형 공간에서는 공간 내 전체의 자원 소모뿐만 아니라 상황정보 관리자 역할을 하는 장치 (coordinator)들의 자원 소모가 최소화 되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 중앙 집중적인 상황정보 추론 작업을 분배하여 개인 지능형 공간 내의 다른 장치들에게 작업을 분산시키는 상황정보 추론 작업 분배 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 분배 기법은 건강정보, 환경정보, 지리정보 같이 상황정보가 자주 발생하는 환경에서 더 효율적이다. 상황정보 추론작업을 분배 함으로써 상황정보 추론을 위한 개인 지능형 공간의 전체의 처리량을 크게 증가시키지 않으면서 코디네이터의 처리량을 줄일 수 있다. 본 논문의 작업분배 기법은 상황정보 추론의 역할을 하는 코디네이터와 분산된 로컬 상황정보 추론기능을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 상황정보 추론 기능을 개인 지능형 공간을 구성하는 장치들에 각각 구현하고 상황정보 추론을 위한 처리부하를 측정하여 제안된 기법의 실행 가능성을 보였다.

Grit is a person's passion and perseverance that drive them to achieve long-term and meaningful goals. The purpose of this study was to identify practical resources that can affect single parents' grit. Using the fourth-year panel data from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2018 (KCYPS 2018), descriptive statistics were produced and a correlation analysis was conducted for 284 single parents. Hierarchical regression analysis was also performed to explore the demographic factors, personal resources(psychological, lifestyle/health), and family resources(family relationships/child, economic) that affect single parents' grit. First, the correlation analysis revealed that single parents' grit had a significant correlation with age, education status, life satisfaction, happiness, self-esteem, smartphone dependency, physical activity time, frequency of breakfast consumption, household size, parent's satisfaction with child's school achievement and school adjustment, subjective family economic status, and private education expenses. Second, the hierarchical regression analysis revealed that education status, self-esteem, employment status, smartphone dependency, physical activity time, household size, parent's satisfaction with child's school achievement, and subjective family economic status were significant factors affecting single parents' grit. Based on the research results, this study suggests directions for programs and policies to provide a stable environment for single-parent families to raise their children.

최근 안드로이드 애플리케이션의 수가 폭발적으로 증가함에 따라, 개인정보 유출 등 악성 행위를 하는 애플리케이션의 수 또한 증가하고 있다. 이에 대응하기 위해 스마트폰에서 개인정보 유출을 막기 위한 연구가 진행되어 왔으나, 이를 우회하는 악성코드도 지속적으로 출현하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 플랫폼에서 개인정보 유출을 방지하기 위해 안전한 저장소를 적용하는 방법을 제안한다. 기존의 UID와 퍼미션(Permission)에 의한 자원 접근제어와 달리, 안전한 저장소는 자원에 접근하는 주체의 권한(Privilege)에 관계없이 오직 app_Whitelist에 명시된 애플리케이션만이 해당 자원에 접근을 할 수 있도록 허용한다. 본 제안 방법을 위해 시스템 콜 후킹, 디렉터리명 변경, app_Whitelist 구축 등을 구현하였으며, 제안 방법을 적용하여 사용자 수준 및 커널 수준의 불법 데이터 접근을 차단할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing individual job satisfaction and organizational commitment for maximizing organizational performance. And it aims not only for analyzing direct effects of organizational human resource management system on organizational achievement, but also for ones of high commitment system with empowerment, organizational justice, organizational culture, turnover intention and so on. Also, instead of measuring the achievement of organizational and individual level respectively, this study shows the integrated model of correlation between organizational human resource management and individual achievement.
