최근 개인 건강 관리에 대한 관심과 중요성이 증가함에 따라, 정보통신 기술과 융합한 헬스 케어 시스템에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 개인 의료 정보를 안전하게 저장 및 관리하고, 이를 통하여 개인에게 최적화된 건강 관리 방법 분석 시스템을 제안한다. 이때 NFC 기반 USIM을 활용함으로써, 보다 안전하고 효율적으로 개인 건강 정보를 저장 및 관리하고 최적화된 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 설계하였다.

사물인터넷(IoT)은 '개방형 환경에서 인터넷을 기반으로 사람, 사물, 데이터 및 프로세스를 서로 연결하여 정보를 교류하고 상호 소통하는 지능형 인프라'로서 홈 가전, 교통 물류, 건설, 에너지, 헬스케어, 사회안전 등 여러 분야에서 새로운 상품을 개발하고 공급해 창조경제의 핵심동력 가운데 하나가 될 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 네트워크, 서비스, 플랫폼/디바이스 등 기반 환경에서 다양한 개인정보 침해에 대한 위협이 존재하며 개인정보 보호와 기술 활용이라는 이슈에 관한 논의는 아직 초기 단계에 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 IoT 환경에서 정보주체의 민감한 개인정보에 대한 안전한 보호 정책 적용과 효율적 정보기술 활용 및 제공이 가능한 개인정보보호 프레임워크를 제안하고자 한다.

As the domestic aviation industry grows, the aviation maintenance field is also growing rapidly. This change calls for more aircraft maintenance technicians, and interest in safety accidents is also increasing. Individual safety climate indicates the importance of safety in the organization. We expect that three individual factors (training effectiveness, procedure effectiveness, and work pressure) relate to safety behavior in the workplace via individual safety climate. The purpose of this research is investigating the relationship between individual factors and aircraft maintenance technician's safety behavior. Previous studies related to individual factors were examined for literature review. Based on the previous studies, research model was constructed. Hypothesis was verified by effected data from 305 samples were employed for final survey. The results show that individual factors were meaningful factors to effect perceived safety behavior, and safety knowledge & safety motivation were related to safety compliance & safety participation.

This study aimed to explore the factors explaining the safety of disabled women in the convergence society and was surveyed 374 disabled women nationwide. This study examined the factors that explain the safety of disabled women from the accidents and crimes in terms of individual, familial, and community characteristics. Main findings are as follows: 1) the safety from accident was largely explained by the community type and social capital condition in characteristics of community domain. The material hardship in characteristics of familial domain and disability level in characteristics of individual domain explained the safety from accident also. 2) the safety from crime was largely explained by the material hardship in characteristics of familial domain. And the community type and social support condition in characteristics of community domain and the educational level in characteristics of individual domain explained the safety from crime. Based on the findings, we suggested practical and institutional implications to ensure the disabled women's safety.

중국은 단일화된 개인정보보호법이 존재하지 않고, 네트워크 안전법, 형법 등에 포함된 개인정보보호 관련 조항에 근거하여 개인정보보호 정책을 수립·집행하여 왔다. 2020년 10월 중국은 개인정보보호법 초안을 공개하고 의견을 수렴하며, 입법 절차를 진행 중이다. 본고에서는 중국 개인정보보호법의 입법 취지, 주요 내용, 한국 기업에 미칠 영향 등을 살펴보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to profile actual conditions of personal information protection systems operated in overseas countries and examine major considerations of personal information that security service providers must know in the capacity of privacy information processor, so that it may contribute to preventing potential occurrence of any legal disputes in advance. Particularly, this study further seeks to describe fundamental idea and principle of said Personal Information Protection Act; enhancement of various safety measures (e.g. collection / use of privacy data, processing of sensitive information / personal ID information, and encryption of privacy information); restrictions on installation / operation of video data processing devices; and penal regulations as a means of countermeasure against leakage of personal information, while proposing possible solutions to cope with these matters. Using cases among foreign countries for this study. Possible solutions proposed by this study can be summed up as follows: By changing minds with sufficient legal reviews, it is required for security service providers to 1) clearly and further specify any purposes of collecting and using privacy information, if possible, 2) obtain any privacy information by legitimate means as it is necessary to collect such information, 3) stop providing any personal information for the 3rd parties or for any other purposes except fundamental purposes of using privacy information, and 4) have full knowledge about duty of safety measure in accordance with safe maintenance of privacy information and protect any personal information from unwanted or intentional leakage to others.

Due to the recent development of 3D printers, interest in 3D printing is growing. 3D printing should reflect individual needs and various requirements by designing products to suit the user's requirements. Research on how to use 3D printed products for the purpose of purchasing products according to user's demand characteristics is insufficient. Therefore, this study conducted a survey and statistical analysis to find out the factors influencing the intention of purchasing custom controller products in 3D printing environments. Research has confirmed that user innovation and convenience safety are important factors for the satisfaction and purchase intent of personal-tailored controller products. Considering user innovation, convenience, and safety when producing controller products using 3D printing, it is expected that value of custom controller manufacturing can be increased. Research is needed on the personalized product development framework that successfully introduces and systematically supports the production methods of personalized products in the early stages.

The importance of data as a core resource of the 4th industrial revolution is emerging, and companies illegally collect and use personal data. In the financial sector, active research is conducted to safely manage personal data and provide better services using blockchain, big data, and AI technology. In this paper, we propose a system that can safely manage personal data by using blockchain technology, which can be used without changing the existing system. The composition of this system consists of a blockchain, blockchain linkages, a service provider, and a user (i.e., an app). Blockchain can be used regardless of its type and form, and services are provided by classifying blockchains and services in the blockchain linkages. Service providers can access personal data only after requesting and receiving delegated permission from users. Existent MyData services store all data in a user's mobile phone, so information may get leaked due to jailbreaks or rooting. But in the proposed system, personal data are stored in blockchain so information leakage can be prevented. In the future, we will study ways to provide customized services using personal data stored in blockchain.

In this paper, a proposed system can be ensured safety using scrambling technique in order to protect personal information which identifies visually from the existing e-passport. This system inserts ID card number and photograph into e-passport using scrambling technique. In this system, we need user private key and CA private key to encrypt and decrypt which make it secure. And It show better performance in throughput by not encrypting or decrypting the whole e-passport.
