Cotyledonary abnormalities were observed in secondary somatic embryos which were developed from calli cultured on MS medium with various concentrations of 2,4-D. In MS medium containing hormone-free or $0.1mg/{\ell}$ 2,4-D, the frequency of normal embryo formation with two cotyledons were above 57%. According to concentration of 2,4-D increment the frequency of normal embryos were decreased. In MS medium containing $4mg/{\ell}$ 2,4-D, the frequency of normal embryo formation was just 10%. The rate of germination was as follows; 37.7% of somatic embryos had one cotyledon, 85% two cotyledons, 38% three cotyledons, 35% four cotyledons, 25% five cotyledons and 29% trumpet-like cotyledons. About 80% of the embryos with two cotyledons were converted into normal plants, but one, three or four cotyledons were only 6.8~10%. The five or trumpet-like embryos were not developed into normal plants.

Nursing Process의 일련의 합목적적인 성격을 평가할 때 간호계획은 환자의 질병을 자신의 중대한 학습경험으로 만듣는데 필요한 단계를 포함하도록 할 수 있다. 환자 자신의 경험의 의미를 이해한다는 것은 nursing이 교육적이고 치료적이며 또 성숙시키는 힘으로써 기능을 하다록 하기 위해 필요한 것이다. 환자의 곤란(질병등)에 대한 초기의 연상은 분화되고 문제에 포함된 모든 요인들을 정리하고 확대시킬 필요가 있다. 왜냐하면 이들은 환자와 그의 목표에 지대한 영향을 미치기 때문이다. 문제에 대한 태도를 분명히 한다는 것은 새로운 환경의 도전에 의해 재생된 과거와 또는 새로운 욕구와 감정의 표현을 가져온다. 늘 풍부하고도 무조건적인 보살핌을 주는 보조자를 상징하는 nurse와의 동일시는 필요하다고 느끼는 욕구와 자기를 위협하는 문제를 처리하는 한 방편이 된다. 초기의 욕구가 처리되면 이들 욕구는 더욱 성장하여 더 성숙한 욕구가 다시 생기게 된다. 환경이 제시하는 것을 철저히 이용한다는 것은 문제에 대한 새로운 분화를 가져오며 인간관계의 기술을 개선시킨다. 개인적 노력을 통해 새로운 목표는 실현될 수 있다. 병원 환경에서 사회 생활에로 참여하는 것은 N-P relationship의 해결을 필요로 하고 새로운 사회적 상호 의존 관계를 위해 인격의 강화가 필요하다. 환경적 결핍 위에 resolution이 일어났을 때는 환자의 육구는 강화되고 전체적 경험의 동정이 제한된다.

리조트의 콘텐츠는 개인의 선택과 생산성에 관련되어 상당히 분화되고 있고, 전문화되고 있는 특징이 발견된다. 특히 리조트를 하나의 라이프로 인식해 그의 지원체계를 강화하고, 주변지역과 함께 주변의 공유자산을 함께 육성해 나가는 체계는 중요한 변화적 동향이라 볼 수 있다. 따라서 금후의 리조트 개발 및 운영에 있어서는 이러한 리조트 라이프에 대응한 선택적 옵션과 지원체계, 그리고 리조트의 사회화 등을 위한 콘텐츠개발이 더욱 중요해 질 것으로 판단된다.

스마트폰의 보급이 급증하면서 모바일 인터넷 서비스, SNS 등 새로운 ICT 서비스의 이용이 크게 확대되고있다. 이로 인해 정치, 경제, 사회 문화 등 다양한 분야에서 많은 변화와 발전이 일어나고 있다. 그러나 이에 따라 인터넷 침해 사고와 개인정보 유출사고, 악성 댓글과 같은 인터넷 윤리 문제도 심각한 수준에 이르고 있다. 이러한 도전과제를 해결하기 위해 본고에서는 한국인터넷 진흥원이 중점적으로 추진하고 있는 인터넷 침해사고 대응을 비롯한 주요 정보보호 활동을 설명하고, 개인정보보호법 시행에 따른 추진활동 등을 통한 안전한 인터넷 이용환경 조성 노력을 기술한다. 아울러 건전한 인터넷 이용분화 조성을 위한 범국민 운동 및 교육, 그리고 사업자의 자발적 정화노력 동에 대해 살펴본다. 또한 인터넷 윤리 및 정보보호 문화 조성을 위한 국제협력 활동, 개도국 인터넷 정책 수립 지원을 위한 패키지 개발과 보급 활동 동에 대해 설명하고, 이어 인터넷 정보보호와 윤리 문화 선진화와 글로벌 선도 국가로서의 도약을 이끌어내기 위한 한국인터넷진흥원의 역할에 대해 제시한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the family of origin variables on marital conflict. Seventy five married couples living together for less than 10 years were chosen from Seoul and Suwon cities. These subjects completed Korean Version of Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale Ⅱ, Individual Separation Scale, Family Rules Scale, Korea Certificated Egogram, and Marital Conflict Scale. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, paired-t test, and hierarchical regressions. The results were as follows: First, husbands and wives were different from each other in triangulation, family rules from family of origin and marital conflict. While husbands felt more strongly about their family rules than wives, wives perceived triangulation, and marital conflict higher than husbands. Second, husbands' controlling ego state, individuation, and family rules explained sixteen percents of husbands' marital conflict. Statistically speaking husbands' controlling ego state positively influenced on husbands' marital conflict. However, both of husbands' and wives' controlling ego states explained twelve percents of wives' marital conflict, and husbands' controlling ego state was statistically significant.

The computer industry has come to the generation of personal computer. The organization of the existing industry has the distinct boundary among companies in vertically integrated companies, produce whole assembled system, and compete in the part of hardware, operating system, and its related software based on theirselves design. Then according to keep the distinct monopolized architecture of industry, the enterprises only centralized on developing the monopolistic market and sharing the static market rather than competition and compatibility with other system. The horizontal distribution in small part industry is occurring, by the times of personal computer, and the companies of personal computer have coming into free competition with parts standardization and the open architecture of system. This paper suggests a reasonable model of industry under horizontal structure with analyzing the above phenomenon.

The embryos formed from anther culture of peony exhibited divergent morphologies. The frequency of normal embryos with two cotyledons was about two times higher in the embryos formed through direct embryogenesis than those formed from callus. About 69% of the embryos with two cotyledons converted into normal plants, but convention rate of the abnormal embryos with one and three or four cotyledons was only 4 to 9%. The embryos of hem and bowling pin shape did not undergo development into normal plants.

Drosophila lacertosa and D. sordidula are members of the robusta species group in virilis section of Drosophila. The mtDNA of both species was analyzed, using 10 restriction endonucleases. The mtDNA genome size of D. lacertosa and D. sordidula was 15.7 kbp, altogether, and the numbers of mtDNA fragment were 26 and 32, respectively. Restriction cleavage map of mtDNA in these species was constructed. The patterns of cleavage map were very different between two species and it means that speciation was taken for a long time ago.
