The influence of Past Experiences and Personal Characteristics on Hunters' Satisfaction (수렵인(狩獵人)의 경험(經驗) 수준(水準)과 개인적(個人的) 특성(特性)이 수렵만족(狩獵滿足)에 미치는 영향(影響))

  • A multiple-satisfaction approach was used to determine hunting satisfaction. A sample of 1000 hunters was surveyed via mail questionnaire. Principal component analysis revealed six dimensions of hunting satisfaction : harvest, equipment, nature, skill, escapism, and social contact. Among these factors, items related nature were evaluated as the most important to their hunting satisfaction. Correlations between specialization variables (past experience, days participated in hunting, and perceived level of hunting skill) and each factor derived were examined. This study also investigated any differences in hunting satisfaction due to personal variables such as age, education, and place of residence. The results of this study indicated that no differences, except age and hunting skill, were found between the two variables.

  • The Purpose of this study is to find out the relationships of affective outcomes and work itself performed by librarians. General job satisfaction, internal work motivation and growth satisfaction were set as independent variables in this study. Work effectiveness was set as a dependent variable. The result of multiple regressions by the data from 88 systems librarians who work at university libraries showed that affective outcomes affect work effectiveness, and growth satisfaction is important to affective outcome.

  • 본 연구의 목표는 사용자에게 적합한 매트리스를 선택하는데 도움을 주는 신체적, 심리적 지표를 개발하고, 이를 분석하여 개인의 주관적 만족도와의 상관성을 알아보는 것이다. 시중에 판매되고 있는 5개의 매트리스의 강도를 2개씩 짝지어진 매트리스별 pared t-test를 통하여 강도별 순위를 5등급으로 분류하였다. 10명의 실험 참가자들의 신체적 지표(근전도, 심박수, 산소포화도 측정), 심리적 지표(개인 특성 설문 조사), 체압 및 주관적 만족도 측정을 실시하고, 상관분석을 통해서 이 측정결과와 개인간 주관적 만족도(선호하는 침대의 탄성)와도 일관성이 있는지 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 압력집중도(r=0.818)과 허리근육이완도(r=0.766) 그리고 심박수(r=0.670)가 주관적 만족도와 유의한 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

Person-Environment Fit, Work Stress and Satisfaction of Elderly People under Participation in Job Activities : Moderating Effects of Self-Efficacy (직업활동 참여노인의 개인-환경 적합성과 업무 스트레스 및 만족도 : 자아효능감의 조절효과)

  • This study analyzed the differences of the person-environment fit, work stress and work satisfaction according to a demographic factors of elderly people under participation in job activities. And this study analyzed the relationship of the effects on person-environment fit, work stress and work satisfaction as well as the moderating effects of self-efficacy. The survey was conducted from February 15 to March 20, 2013 among the male taxi drivers aged 60 or older in the Seoul areas, and 358 responses were used in the data analysis. As a results, there were partially differences in the person-environment fit, work stress and work satisfaction according to a demographic factors. The person-environment fit had a negative impact on work stress, but it had a positive impact on work satisfaction. In addition, the self-efficacy had a moderating effects in the relationship of the person-organization fit and work stress.

  • 최근 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅(Ubiquitous Computing) 환경에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되면서 의료복지, 교통환경, 금융관리 등 다양한 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 유비쿼터스 환경에서 제공되는 다양한 서비스를 위해서는 개인 프라이버시보호를 위한 안전한 지불방식이 요구된다. 기존 지불 프로토콜은 상호 인증을 위해 사용자와 서비스제공자 사이에 개인정보를 전송한다. 이것은 안전성 측면에서 개인 프라이버시 보호의 취약점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 지불 프로토콜에서 개인프라이버시 보호의 취약점을 보호하기 위해 TMUCert라는 임시이동 사용자인증서를 신뢰기관으로부터 발급 받아 사용한다. 사용자가 원하는 서비스에서 지불만으로도 사용 가능한 컨텐츠 서비스을 이용하기 위해 TMUCert을 사용하여 불필요한 개인정보 노출을 방지하여 개인 프라이버시를 보호해 준다. TMUCert는 기존 인증서와는 달리 개인정보 노출 없이 개인프라이버시를 보호하고 익명성을 제공해 준다. 또한 공개키를 효율적으로 공유할 수 있도록 하여 이동성을 동시에 만족시켜 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 안전한 지불 프로토콜을 제공하도록 한다.

국제 개인정보보호 표준화 동향 분석(2022년 4월 SC27 WG5 전자 회의 결과를 중심으로)

  • 2020년 8월 5일 통합 개인정보보호법 [3]이 본격적으로 시행되면서 데이터의 보호와 활용을 동시에 만족할 수 있는 가명처리 개념이 도입되었다. 여러 개인정보처리자로 수집된 가명정보를 결합하기 위한 결합 관리기관이 지정되고 있다. 개인정보보호 국제표준은 관행이나 기술을 국제표준으로 개발하여 상호 연동이 가능한 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 제품이나 서비스의 경쟁력을 강화하는데 활용할 수 있다. 개인정보보호 국제표준화를 주도적으로 추진하고 있는 대표적인 국제표준화 그룹은 국제표준화위원회/전기위원회 합동위원회 1/서브위원회 27/작업그룹 5 (ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 27/WG 5)를 들 수 있다. 이 그룹의 의장님 독일 쾨테대학 Kai Rannenberg 교수가 맡고 있다. 여기서는 2020년 4월 전자회의 이후에는 개인정보보호 분야 3건의 국제표준을 채택하였다. 차기 회의는 2022년 9월 룩셈부르그에서 펜데믹 이후 최초로 대면과 비대면으로 개최될 예정이다. 본 고에서는 이 그룹에서 2020년 4월 이후 추진되고 있는 개인정보보호 관련 국제표준화 동향을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 지난 4월 SC27 WG5 전자 회의에서 논의된 개인정보보호 관련 주요 표준화 이슈와 대응 방안을 제시한다.

A Study on Job Satisfaction Level of Employees in Special Libraries by Institutional Characteristics and Personal Backgrounds (기관특성과 개인환경에 따른 전문도서관 직원의 직무만족도 연구)

  • This study aims to evaluate job satisfaction level of employees working at special libraries by analyzing their affiliated institution and personal backgrounds. Results indicated that the job satisfaction level in private institutions was higher for 'remuneration', 'promotion', and 'overall satisfaction' in comparison to public counterparts. Also, employees working at institutions with independent libraries had higher level of satisfaction for 'work itself', 'remuneration' and 'co-workers' in comparison to those working in non-independent libraries. In terms of employment status, satisfaction level for 'remuneration' and 'promotion' was high among permanent employees, whereas 'superior and supervisor' was relatively higher among temporary employees. In terms of position, supervisors had higher level of satisfaction for 'remuneration', 'job system', 'promotion' and 'overall satisfaction' in comparison to non-supervisors. Employees with degrees in library and information science had higher level of satisfaction for 'work itself', 'job system', 'promotion' and 'institutional environment' in comparison to non-majors. This study clarified desires and emotions of employees working at special libraries and eliminated obstacles to higher job satisfaction. These findings may have implications for the improvement of work efficiency in libraries.

Relationship of Leisure Constraint, Boredom and Satisfaction among the Private Security Agents (민간경비원의 여가제약과 여가권태 및 여가만족의 관계)

  • This study was to analyze the relationship of leisure constraint, boredom and satisfaction among the private security agents. To attain the goal of this study, the employee of private security organization located in Seoul, 2011 year were sampled 400 peoples by purposive sampling method. The result of reliability check up was here below; over Cronbach's ${\alpha}$=.587. To analyze materials, reliability analysis, factor analysis, T test and F test, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used as statistic analysis techniques. The conclusion are here below. First, leisure constraints, boredom and satisfaction have a difference in demographic and socio-economic characteristics. Second, leisure constraints influence on the leisure boredom. Third, leisure constraints influence on the leisure satisfaction. Fourth, leisure constraints influence directly, indirectly on leisure boredom and satisfaction. Leisure boredom is very important variable connecting leisure constraints and satisfaction.

The Effect of Education Program for Security Personnel on Job Satisfaction (일반경비원 교육이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 - 시설경비원 신임 교육을 중심으로 -)

  • The effect of satisfaction through job performance competency on management performance is enormous, for private security industry depends upon human resources generally till quite recently and often makes contact with clients. Although high-quality personnel who were taught professional education are held in high repute in private security industry, the studies of job satisfaction and recruit education for private security guards are insufficient. Consequently, this investigation analyzes the effect of recruit education program on job satisfaction searchingly for incumbent facility guards. The effect of recruit education program for facility personnel on job satisfaction is as follows. First of all, the differences of personal characteristics, training characteristics, work environment, job satisfaction are inspected in accordance with sociodemographic characteristics. After then, there is a remarkable contrast. Secondly, the former from among of learning expectation and self efficacy as personal characteristics has a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically. Thirdly, educational facility and contents as training characteristics have a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically. Finally, work environment including supervisor's support and maintenance has a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically.

A Study of Shared Values as Moderating Effects on the Relationships between Learning Organization and Organizational Effectiveness (학습조직과 조직유효성의 관계에서 공유가치의 조절효과)

  • This study is to find out that how the personal, collective, and organizational learning method three learning organization affect the job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and innovative action through the questionnaire of company members, and to verify the moderating effects of shared values in this relation. The results show that three learning organization have a positive effect on the job satisfaction, and a partial effect on organizational commitment and innovative action, and shared values influence positively on the job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and innovative action. The moderating effects of shared values in the relation between three learning organization and Organizational Effectiveness are as follows : First, shared values can moderating the influence of collective and organizational learning organization on the job satisfaction, but can't moderating the relation between a personal learning method and the job satisfaction. Second, shared values can moderating the influence of collective and organizational learning organization on the organizational commitment, but can't moderating the relation between a personal learning method and the organization commitment. Third, shared values can moderating the influence of personal and organizational learning organization on the innovative action, but can't moderating the relation between the collective learning method and the innovative action.
