본 연구는 여성 안전에 대한 다양한 정책이 시행되었지만, 공공장소에서의 여성의 안전을 위협하는 사건과 사고는 지속해서 발생하고 있다. 최근 여성 대상 범죄, 특히 성폭력 범죄가 매우 높아지면서 공공장소에서의 여성 안전에 대한 문제가 대두되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 여성 안전사고 발생 원인을 분석하여 그 원인을 해결할 수 있는 전략과 방안들을 개발하는 연구가 필요하며, 이를 통해 여성들이 공공장소에서 안전하게 생활할 수 있는 환경을 조성할 수 있다. 따라서 공공장소에서의 여성 안전 개선방안 연구는 매우 중요하다. 그러기 위해서는 첫째 범죄율을 분석, 공공장소에서 여성 범죄의 유형 및 발생 경로에 대해 분석하여 언제, 어디서, 어떤 유형의 범죄가 발생하는지 파악한다. 둘째 교육 및 정보 제공, 여성들에게 주변 위험 요소와 대처 방법, 보호시설 위치 등을 교육하고 정보를 제공하여 위험 상황으로부터 탈출하거나 대처할 수 있도록 한다. 셋째 시설 개선, 공공장소의 설계나 조명, 치안 등을 개선하여 여성들이 안전하게 사용할 수 있는 환경을 조성한다. 넷째 적극적인 관리, 공공장소에서 범죄가 발생하거나 이에 대한 우려가 있을 때, 적극적으로 주변 상황을 관찰하고 대처한다. 다섯 번째 커뮤니티 참여, 지역사회와 함께 여성 안전에 대한 캠페인을 전개하고, 지역주민들의 적극적인 참여와 지원을 유도하여 여성 안전의식을 확산시킨다. 이러한 방법들을 적극적으로 활용하여 여성들이 더욱 안전하고 편안한 환경에서 일상생활을 영위할 수 있는 사회적으로 안전한 여성 안전 문제에 대한 개선방안을 제시한다.

본 연구는 한국산업안전공단에서 구축한 종합위험관리체제(IRMS)의 추진경과, 운영조직체계, IRMS 효과, 개선사항 및 향후 발전방향 등 IRMS 사업의 전 분야를 재검토하여 문제점에 대한 개선방안과 중 장기 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 IRMS가 구축된 PSM 사업장에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하여 IRMS 효과를 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 교육, 조직, 정보공유, 전산화, 기타 부문에서 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한 선진국의 안전관리 실태를 전망하고, 이를 통하여 IRMS 중 장기 발전방안 수립을 위한 추진방향을 제시하였다.

지도 점검이란 경비업체의 불법행위를 예방하거나 경비업법 위반사항을 적발, 단속하는 것이라 할 수 있지만 이러한 역할 뿐만이 아니라 "경비업법"의 기본취지인 경비업의 육성 및 발전을 할 수 있도록 적정한 행정지도를 병행해야 하고, 감독자의 객관적 판단으로 올바른 행정목적을 달성할 수 있게 경비업자를 견인해야 할 필요성이 있다. 때문에 이 연구에서는 사전교육의 필요성과 사전서류검토 후 현장에서 감독으로의 역할, 현장 지도점검 시 담당 경찰관의 주관적 행정처분에 대한 개선방안, 현장 지도 점검 시 집중적 단속에 대한 개선방안, 민간경비원의 신분증으로서 경비원 신임교육 이수증의 활용방안을 개선방안으로 제시하였다.

In KOWACO, flow measurement system using PDA has been developed and used since 2004. Even though this system has improved the reliability of the measured flow data, it still has some problems caused by the internet-based data manipulation scheme. We found that this kind of data handling method is not suitable because it causes frequent communication problems especially in fringe areas. To solve this problem, the structure and algorithms of existing system has been analyzed and an improved system is proposed. Besides, improvement study on the rate of change and the uncertainty of the flow data have been performed as well as the communication method between the Microwave Water Surface Current Meter and PDA adopting the state-of-the-art IT technology.

I conducted this study, trying to improve the methods of Sung-Nam city local tax bills, which was based on my previous study where I suggested methods into developing redesign of tax bills. Local tax bills are labeled to be very intricate and puzzling experience to tax payers. To resolve this issue, several local governments have redesigned their tax bills for citizens; however, it was not effective. Therefore I apply the methods to protect their privacy on tax bills and provide checks on their pay bills. Also I design to distinguish between different taxes and change into a better layout for their legibility and better understanding on tax bills. From my previous study, I utilized suggestions into Sung-Nam local tax bills which changed flaws into improvements and easier understanding of the tax payers. I believe the improvements in Sung Nam local tax bills will pursue the public interest of the community through public service design innovations.

미호천은 금강의 중권역에 위치하며 도심을 관통하는 전형적인 도심형 하천으로 금강대권역 물환경관리계획 내에서 다루는 지류하천 중 논산천과 함께 물환경 목표기준 미달성 하천으로 분류되어 중점관리 중권역으로 분류되어 있다. 금강 본류의 수질 악화에 큰 영향을 주는 하천으로 수질개선을 위해서는 목표기준 미달성 원인 파악 및 정책적 개선방안 모색을 통해 실질적인 정부와 지자체의 계획에 반영할 필요성이 있다. 그간 미호천 수질개선과 관련한 많은 연구가 진행되었으나, 연구의 대부분은 특정 오염원에 집중된 단기적인 조사에 편중되어 있다. 수질개선을 위한 정책분석 및 대응방안을 제시하기 위해서는 미호천 지류가 본류에 미치는 영향 등의 전반적인 하천 특성과 장기적인 이·화학적 수질 영향을 검토를 통한 정책적 지원 전략 수립이 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 미호천 수질개선을 목표로 수행되었던 환경기초조사업과 지자체별 정책사업들을 조사하고 수질개선 방안을 고찰함으로써 중권역의 수질개선을 위한 지역맞춤형 정책제언 및향후 지역 간 연계협력사업의 추진을 위한 참고자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 참고자료에는 수질현황조사 결과와 환경기초조사사업 및 미호천 관련 8개 지자체별 정책사업을 조사하였으며, 중권역 물환경관리계획에 수립된 예산 대비 현재까지 집행된 비율을 통해 이행도를 검토하였다. 마지막으로 미호천 수질관리 개선을 위한 축산오염원, 토지 비점오염원, 생활계 오염원, 산업계 오염원, 보 관리, 주민참여에 대한 부문별 개선방안을 제안하였다.

Purpose: Until now, the process was improved by the needs of experimenters personally. But recently, suggestion system in hospital has been activated in various ways. So the department of nuclear medicine laboratory is also aware of the need of operation improvement using suggestion system. It is intend to assist in the development by sharing excellent suggestion cases with other hospitals. Material & Method: A total of 124 suggestion cases from January 2007 to March 2010 were analyzed. Suggestion cases were divided into customer satisfaction, cost reduction, improved testing methods, equipment, environmental improvement, and computational system. Result: Suggestion cases of environmental improvement and computational system were accounted for 26.6% as 33 cases, respectively. Suggestion for customer satisfaction is 25.8% as 32 in a total of 124 cases. Conclusion: Activation of the awareness of operation improvement is induced by suggestion system. By securing system of operation improvement, employees' ideas can lead to the production and systematization. Furthermore, it enhances hospital competitiveness and promotes the development of the hospital.

This study started with many experiences about maturity evaluation and efficiency improvement of Project Management information system, and need for IT systems for performing of strategy. The objective of this study is 1)to evaluate processes and IT systems based on CSF in strategy perform phase, 2)to propose method of sustainable evaluation and improvement, and 3)with KPI and CSF, to evaluate and improve PMIS. Moreover, we suggested IT architecture framework for basement of improving process and resources.
