This paper attempts to offer an effective strategy of hedge fund based on trade probability control in the futures market. By using various technical indicators, we create an association rule and transforms it into a trading rule to be used as an investment strategy. Association rules are made by the combination of various technical indicators and the range of individual indicator value. Adjustments of trade probabilities are performed by depending on the rule combinations and it can be utilized to establish an effective investment strategy onto the risk management. In order to demonstrate the superiority of the investment strategy proposed, we analyzed a profitability using the futures index based on KOSPI200. Experiments results show that our proposed strategy could effectively manage and response the dynamics investment risks.

The purpose of this study is to explore a budget-securing strategy to enable archival professionals in public institutions to continuously secure the budget for records management projects. This study is an analysis of the results of in-depth interviews with 14 archival professionals who have worked for public institutions and secured budgets for records management projects. As a result of the analysis, 4 upper categories and 10 categories are extracted as factors influencing budget securement. The top four categories are the job environment of archival professionals, umbrella organization and organizational culture, business and budget characteristics, and system and social environment. As the budget-securing strategy for archival professionals, a total of 3 categories and 13 strategic codes are derived. The three categories are utilizing individual-centered competencies, establishing organization-centered relationships, and finding external environment-centered triggers. This study emphasized the perspective of archival professionals and suggested implications such as the role of archival professionals and the direction of improvement in securing budgets.

Because the prime objective of the current preemption methods at signalized intersections near highway-railroad grade crossings(IHRGCs) is to clear the crossing, secondary objectives such as safe pedestrian crossing time and minimized delay often are given less consideration or are ignored completely during the preemption. Under certain circumstances state-of-the-practice traffic signal preemption strategies may cause serious pedestrian safety and efficiency problems at IHRGCs. An improved transition preemption strategy(ITPS) that is specifically designed to improve intersection performance while maintaining or improving the current level of safety was developed by Cho and Rilett. Even if the new transition preemption strategy improved both the safety and efficiency of IHRGCs, the performance of the strategy is affected by train speed. Understanding the impact of this factor is essential in order to implement ITPS. In this paper, the effects of train speed were analyzed using a VISSIM simulation model which was calibrated to field conditions. It was concluded that the delay is affected more by train speed than the transitional preemption strategy and the safety of the intersection is not affected by train speed once an advanced preemption warning time(APWT) is equal to or greater than 90 seconds.

The purpose of this study was focused on finding out the effect of "Learning Strategies and Career Development" classes for first year student. To this end, I developed the learning portfolio based instructional method, textbook, learning portfolio, teaching guidebook and teaching materials. For the study, I conducted literature reviews, analysis of domestic and international best practices, expert advices and survey researches. This study implemented on 3,200 freshman and 72 professors of A university that is located at Gyungbuk. The results of applying research findings show that learning portfolio based instruction in "Learning Strategies and Career Development" classes is useful to improve first year students' competency of learning strategies and career search. And instructors can use the learning portfolio, teaching guidebook and teaching materials, therefore they are satisfied with the materials.

국내에 진출한 Carrefour, Wal-Mart, Tesco(home plus) 등 다국적화된 소매기업들을 통하여 주 2 휴일제 실시로 변화가 예상되는 그들의 점포운영방안을 실적을 분석해봄으로써 보다 효율적인 경영전략과 운영 방안을 모색해보고자 하였다. 국내 할인점의 포화기 진입단계에 들어선 시점에서 국내 진출 다국적 기업들은 국내 선두 기업과 비교하여 짧은 진출 역사에도 안정성과 수익성 측면, 활동성 부문에도 양호한 결과를 나타내고 있으며, 이들의 운영의 전략적 측면은 구매 부문의 EDLP와 운영부문에 EDLC가 선 순환되고 유통·물류정보시스템과 결합하면서 Low Cost Operation이 추진하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 다국적 소매기업들은 표준화와 현지화를 대립이 아닌 양립과 조화로 보면서 현지화 부문에서는 MD(VMD) 부문 개선과 고객서비스를 개선함으로써 국내 기업들의 강한 경쟁자로서 접근하고 있다고 판단된다. 일부 우려에 대한 다국적 기업의 실적 저조에 대한 판단은 그들의 경영전략과 현지화 단계에서의 차이를 감안하면 이른 판단으로 사려 되며, 이러한 다국적화 소매유통기업에 대한 운영방안에 대한 고찰은 다국적 소매기업 및 국내 소매업체들의 경쟁력 향상에도 기여할 것으로 본다.

최근 각 기업에는 6시그마, PI등 여러 가지 혁신 활동이 차별화 되지 않고 도입되는 경향이 있으며, 기업 내부에서도 바람직한 혁신활동 연계방안에 대해서 많은 고민을 하고 있는 실 정 임. 따라서 이러한 혁신활동을 잘 이해하고 통합할 수 있는 방안이 필요 할 것이며, 여기에서는 이것들을 연계한 경영 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 6시그마와 PI의 특징을 살펴보면, 비즈니스 리엔지니어링은 급격하게 변화하는 프로세스의 구성을 의미하는 것으로 볼 수 있으나 PI는 보다 포괄적인 개념이다. 즉, 새로운 작업전략(Work Strategy)의 비전설정과 실질적인 프로세스 디자인 활동을 포함한다. 또한 기술적 차원, 인간적 차원, 조직적 차원등 다차원적 변화의 추진과 실행을 의미한다. 반면에 6시그마는 고객의 요구(Customer Requirement)를 명확히 이해하고 이에 대응하는 기업의 모든 활동을 Top Down시각에서 합리적인 전사 표준을 통해 측정, 평가 후 도출되는 문제점 및 개선 사항에 대해 개선 프로세스에 따라 TFT(Task Force Team) 활동을 지속적으로 전개함으로써 총체적 고객만족을 구현하는데 궁극적인 목적을 둔다. 이러한 경영혁신 활동은 구성원의 참여를 기반으로 하며, 이에 대한 권한 위임과 더불어 지속적인 지원을 바탕으로 제품 및 서비스에 영향을 미치는 모든 부문에 걸쳐 영역 제한 없이 실시하는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 6시그마는 결코 PI를 대체할 수 없으며 상호 보완적 관계로 연계시켜 추진하는 것이 바람직하다.

급변하는 경영환경에서 기업전략의 실행도구로 IT를 활용하고 있으며 이를 통해 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하고 있다. 나아가 단일 기업의 정보화뿐만 아니라 가치사슬에 포함되어 있는 기업들의 정보화를 통하여 산업 전체의 시너지를 낼 수 있다. 하지만 체계적인 정보화 전략 없이 주먹구구식으로 정보시스템을 구축하여 많은 투자에도 불구하고 시스템의 통합성, 호환성 부족, 중복투자, 업무지원의 비효과성 등 많은 문제점이 지적되고 있다. 포스데이타에서는 이러한 기업들의 정보화 현안과 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 IT진단 컨설팅 방법론을 개발하였다. 기업 정보화 비전, 현안을 분석하여 개선 방향과 체계적인 계획수립을 지원하는 방법론 Framework를 제시하고, IT진단의 영역인 Strategy, Process, Organization, Technology별로 진단목적에 따른 방법에 대해 논하고자 한다. 또한 최근에 그룹사에 IT 진단 방법론을 적용한 컨설팅 사례에서 짧은 기간에 깊이 있는 진단결과와 경영전략과 연계된 정보화 개선방안을 제시함으로써 경영진의 만족도가 높아지고 실행과제가 빠르게 실행되는 효과를 확인하였다.

서로 다른 GIS 서버의 공간 데이터를 동일한 방법으로 접근하기 위한 개방형 GIS 에 관심이 커지고 있다. 서로 다른 서버간의 상호 운용성을 효과적으로 지원하기 위해서는 데이터제공자를 통한 공간 데이터 모델의 변환이 필수적이므로, 방대한 공간 데이터의 변환과 전송으로 인한 사용자 응답 시간의 지연 문제가 우선 해결되어야 한다. 이 논문에서는 OGIS 데이터소비자에서 효과적인 버퍼 관리를 통해 사용자 응답 시간의 지연 문제를 해결한다. 이 논문에서 제시하는 버퍼 관리 전략은 전체 레이어에 대해서 통합적으로 메모리를 관리하고 각 레이어별로 공간 인덱스를 생성 관리함으로써 데이터 접근 속도를 개선하였다. 제안한 버퍼 관리 전략은 OGIS 데이터소비자인 Mapbase 컴포넌트를 통해 구현함으로써, 데이터 접근 속도의 개선을 입증하였다.

반복적 죄수의 딜레마 게임은 사회적 상호작용, 경제활동, 국제관계 등 다양한 현상들을 모델링하기 위한 하나의 방법이다. Axelrod가 이 게임을 제안한 이래, 많은 학자들이 다양한 방법으로 연구를 진행해 왔으나 대부분은 게임자 개인 전략이나 이득함수의 개선에 중점을 두었다. 본 논문에서는 죄수의 딜레마 게임에서 다양한 개체 선택방법과 의사결정 방법을 이용한 전략적 연합을 적용함으로써 일반화 성능을 높이는 결과를 도출하였다. 전략적 연합은 결합 조건이 만족할 경우 자율적으로 형성될 수 있으며, 연합에서의 의사결정은 개인의 의사결정보다 우수하다는 가정 하에 실험을 진행하였다. 실험 결과는 이러한 가정을 뒷받침하여 전략적 연합을 이용한 전략이 테스트 전략에 대해 일반화 성능이 우수함을 보여주고 있다.

This paper analyzed the overall status of the domestic freight transportation business, established SWOT analysis and strategy through existing literature research and designed an AHP model to derive priorities for each strategy. The SWOT analysis analyzed the management model of the consignment borrowers belonging to a transportation company that did not handle the supplies with the lowest satisfaction with the consignment system. The AHP model was designed by establishing a SWOT strategy through SWOT analysis. As a result of the analysis of the upper class, priorities were derived in the order of WO strategy, SO strategy, ST strategy, and WT strategy. As a result of comprehensive priorities for the development strategy of the domestic freight transportation business, WO strategy's "Improvement of cooperative relations between transportation companies and consignment owners through fair consignment contracts" was first, SO strategy's "Public promotion of the necessity of consignment systems based on high economic feasibility and reliability" was second, and ST strategy's "Proposal of policies to strengthen financial performance through the introduction of freight transport platforms" was fourth, followed by WT strategy's "Improvement of satisfaction with transport services through the introduction of freight transport platforms" and SO strategy's "Expansion of safe freight systems" in sixth, respectively.
