차세대 IPTV 서비스에서 개방형 융합서비스를 제공하기 위한 IPTV 융합서비스 플랫폼 기술에 대하여 소개하고, 관련 연구 동향을 분석한다. 먼저 사용자의 소비행태 변화에 따른 차세대 IPTV 서비스의 정의에 대하여 살펴보고, 이를 만족시키기 위한 플랫폼의 필요성에 대하여 고찰한다. 다음으로는 개방형 융합 서비스 제공을 위한 Open API, SOA, SDP 등의 기술 및 표준화 현황에 대하여 살펴보며, 이를 바탕으로 진행되는 SDP 기반 플랫폼의 논리 구조 및 진행되고 있는 IPTV 융합서비스 플랫폼의 개념에 대하여 기술한다. 마지막으로는 국내외에서 진행중인 개방형 서비스 및 개방형 IPTV에 대한 동향을 살펴봄으로써 IPTV 융합서비스 플랫폼의 미래에 대하여 고찰한다.

본 고에서는 보행 환경을 위한 사물인터넷 기반 서비스와 스마트 사물의 연구 개발 동향 그리고 관련 보안 문제를 소개한다. 먼저 상암 DMS, 강남 u-Street 등 기존 서비스 개발 사례를 소개한다. 그런데 이러한 기존 스트리트 서비스는 대부분 폐쇄적인 수직 서비스 모형(Vertical Service Model)을 취하고 있어 기술 발전 및 서비스 요구 변화를 적시에 수용하기 어려운 한계가 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해서는 스트리트 내의 모든 스마트 사물들을 유기적으로 연결하며 새로운 서비스를 개방형 인터페이스를 통해 쉽게 추가할 수 있는 수평 서비스 모형(Horizontal Service Model)으로의 변화가 필요하다. 우리는 이러한 배경에서 현재 연구 개발 중인 개방형 스마트 스트리트 서비스와 그 근간이 되는 콘텐츠 허브의 구조와 특징등을 소개한다. 또 개방형 스마트 스트리트 서비스 제공과 관련한 보안 및 프라이버시 문제를 소개하고 그 해결을 위한 접근 방안들을 개괄적으로 소개한다.

방대한 양의 분산 멀티미디어 자원에 대한 액세스를 제공하는 하이퍼미디어 기능을 사용한 IPTV의 성공은 영상 정보 관리 시스템의 구성요소로써 IPTV의 영상 정보 검색의 효율성 제고 및 성능향상을 제공한다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 현존하는 하이퍼미디어 시스템에 거의 없는 필요한 모든 기능을 제공하는 방법을 보였다. 개방형 분산 멀티미디어 자원 통합 모델의 모든 기능을 제공해주기 위하여 개방형 분산 하이퍼미디어 시스템 타입의 IPTV 정보 계층 구조와 양질의 서비스 계층을 통하여 융통성 있고 확장 가능한 분산 멀티미디어 정보 시스템이 개발될 수 있는 범위 내의 모듈러 프레임워크(modular framework)로써 행동하도록 설계되었다. 개방형 분산 하이퍼미디어 프레임워크 모델은 QoS 제공을 위하여 이질적인 분산 멀티미디어 자원 통합의 하이퍼미디어 프레임워크 모델을 하이퍼미디어 세션과 함께 제시함으로써 넓게 분산되어 있는 자원에 대하여 투명하게 접근할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다.

The increasing demand of users for various wireless communication services has lead to the development with uniting co-existence of different and wireless networks. Each one of the these wireless networks has its own unique characteristics, as compared to other networks. An integrated security mechanism is one of the key issue in the open wireless network. To realize overall security mechanism in open wireless architecture, we should provide practical workable framework for the realization of the integrated security challenges. In this paper, we analysed integrated security platform and considerations based on the security concept.

As to the recent advances in computer technologies and high-speed networks, telecommunication services and provision of multimedia services will be provided on the basic of a new software architecture adapting networking infrastructure on open information networking architecture. In this paper, the video conference services has been selected as a target service example because it is expected to become one of the most important services on the full service network. In fact, it can be viewed as the basis for providing telecommunication services such as video telephony and video conferencing. This paper presents the prototyping of TINA (Telecommunication Information Networking Architecture) based desktop video conference system using the concepts of session management. The prototyping of desktop video conference system aims at assessing TINA concepts and refinement of the mapping between session graph and connection graph, and provides object modeling methodologies towards distribution and objected-orientation.

This study illustrates and compares the platform strategy of Apple and Samsung, which have been operating their own App stores, by using the $IISI^n$ model. Apple, the first mover of the platform, has employed closed strategy for quality control of the platform and customer loyalty. On the other hand, Samsung has employed open strategy for increasing the platform network effects. The result of this study showed that the platform strategy "Openness", which is a free entry of participants, and "Sharing" of created value, are important along with the excellent platform environment. As a pioneering study of the platform strategy for the co-creation, this research contributes to both theory and practice.

An open pulsating heat pipe operates continuously by inflow and outflow fluids through an open-type condenser. The open pulsating heat pipe is a device capable of obtaining the thrust due to the variation of internal pressure during phase change. Therefore, the open pulsating heat pipe is a suitable device to move fluids if the heat source such as waste heat exists. Many numerical studies have not been sufficiently conducted on the open pulsating heat pipe. In this study, the numerical analysis of the open pulsating heat pipe is performed according to the length of the condenser section. The OpenFOAM software is used to obtain the thrust and the flow visualization for the open pulsating heat pipe.

개방화 연구라는 것은 그 자체가 특정 제품을 구체적으로 개발하는 것이 아니라, 그 가능성 제공에 있음을 유의할 필요가 있다. 개방화 기술은 향후 새로운 기술장벽으로 작용할 수도 있으므로 우리나라도 관련 분야의 연구를 조직화하여 선진제국의 개방화 연구와 협력, 교류할 필요가 높아지고 있다. 참고로 일본의 OSEC II 프로젝트는 해외 연구기관 및 기업이 참여할 수 있도록 개방되어 있다고 한다.

디지털 경제로의 전환에 따른 디지털 부하의 출현과 고품질, 고신뢰도의 전력요구, 거대장치산업과 분산형 네트워크의 조화, 수요자의 역할 변화 등 전력산업의 패러다임이 변화되고 있다. 이러한 전력산업의 변화는 최종소비자의 디지털 부하에 기인하여, 기존의 단순 검침기능으로만 활용되던 전력량계가 소비자 서비스를 위한 게이트웨이로 변모되며, 소비자내 전력기기와 상호 연동되고, 분산된 신재생에너지와 연계된 배전망 및 자가 치유형 전력망으로의 변화를 가져올 것이다. 그러나 현재의 전력시스템은 과거 100여 년간 산업사회를 지향한 하부구조를 지니고 있어 디지털 사회의 요구에 부웅하기 위해서는 새로운 전력시스템이 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 최신의 정보기술을 적용한 개방형 통합 전력시스템 구축에 대한 연구가 진행중이다. 본 논문은 개방형 통합 전력시스템의 기반이 되는 아키텍처 개발에 대한 연구동향과 아키텍처 개발 방법 및 네트워크 요구조건에 대하여 소개한다.

ONA(Open Network Architecture : 개방형망구조)란 미국의 고도통신서비스사업에 있어 공중통신망사업자와 고도서비스제공자간의 공정한 자유경쟁을 보장하고 통신망 사용의 효율을 높여 전국적으로 저렴한 가격의 균일한 서비스를 개발 및 제공코자 하는 개념에 따라 설정된 개방형 망구조이다. 본고에서는 ONA의 개념, 주요내용 및 문제점등을 살펴본다.
