산업구조(産業構造)의 고도화(高度化)와 중소기업(中小企業)의 기술개발(技術開發)

  • 본고(本稿)에서는 기술도입(技術導入)과 도입기술(導入技術)의 소화(消化) 개량(改良)을 통하여 비교우위영역(比較優位領域)을 단계적으로 고위기술분야(高位技術分野)로 확장(擴張)하면서 자주적(自主的) 기술개발력(技術開發力)을 배양하여 가는 선발개도국(先發開途國)의 산업기술발전과정(産業技術發展過程)에서 중소기업이 분담하는 기술분야(技術分野), 중소기업의 기술개발(技術開發)이 지니는 특성(特性) 및 중소기업의 기술개발(技術開發)에 영향을 미치는 환경요인(環境要因)을 동태적(動態的) 변화과정(變化過程)의 이해(理解)에 중점을 두고 정리하였다. 경제(經濟)의 개방화(開放化) 국제화(國際化)가 진전됨에 따라 중소기업부문(中小企業部門)에서도 국제분업(國際分業)을 지향하는 적극적인 구조조정(構造調整)이 불가피하다. 구조조정(構造調整)의 원활한 진행을 위한 중소기업정책(中小企業政策)의 형성(形成) 운용(運用)은 산업전반(産業全般)의 기술집약화(技術集約化)와 유기적 관련을 갖고 진행되는 중소기업부문(中小企業部門)의 고도화과정(高度化過程)에 대한 이해에 바탕을 두어야 할 것이다. 동태적(動態的) 변화과정(變化過程)의 기본적(基本的) 성격(性格)이 제시하는 중소기업정책(中小企業政策)의 기본방향은 산업 전반의 기술집약화(技術集約化)에 따르는 기술수요(技術需要)의 변화(變化)에 대응하여 개별중소기업(個別中小企業)들이 경영관리능력과 기술개발능력을 강화하려는 노력을 자극하고 지원하기 위한 합리적(合理的) 경쟁질서(競爭秩序)의 확립(確立) 및 산업하부구조(産業下部構造)의 확충(擴充)과 환경변화(環境變化)에 따라 중소기업부문(中小企業部門)의 생산자원(生産資源)이 창업(創業) 폐업(廢業) 사업전환(事業轉換)을 통하여 원활히 재조직되도록 하는 제도(制度) 시책(施策) 관행(慣行)의 개선(改善)에 있다.

  • Model-based Component development methodologies consider the whole system as an component and develop physical components through recursive decomposition and refinements of components in a top-down manner. We developed a model translator that can be used to formally verify interaction consistency among components, especially the interaction behavior between before- and after- refinements of components. This translator can be used to identify potential problems in the refinement process so that problems can be addressed from the early stage of development. This paper introduces our translation approach and the organization of the translator. The translator has been applied to two case studies to show its usefulness.

Development of the Prototype Curriculum of Foodservice Systems Management Education based on Competency-Based Education Principles (능력중심교육 원칙을 응용한 급식경영관리 교육 모형의 개발)

  • 본 연구는 한국 영양사를 위한 급식경영관리교육의 필요성을 파악하고, 4년제 식품영양학과에 적용 할 수 있는 능력중심교육 원칙(competency-based education)을 응용한 급식경영관리 교육 모형 개발에 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 각 분야의 급식경영전문가 설문조사$\longrightarrow$영양사 설문조사$\longrightarrow$4년제 대학 식품영양학과 교과과정 검토$\longrightarrow$급식경영관리 교육 모형 개발 등의 순으로 진행되었다. 급식경영전문가 설문조사를 통하여 한국영양사에게 필요한 47개 급식경영관리 수행능력을 결정하였으며, 이를 토대로 영양사 설문조사 (응답자수: 484, 회수율: 65%)에서는 위 수행능력의 중요도와 교육정도에 대한 영양사들의 인식을 알아보았다. 그 결과, 급식경영관리 수행능력이 현재와 미래의 영양사 업무수행에 있어 매우 중요하다고 인식하고 있는 반면, 교육은 불충분하다고 대답하였다. 교육 불충분의 이유로는 급식경영관리 분야의 과목 부족, 실무위주 교육의 부족 등을 지적하였다. 교과과정 검토 결과 61개 과목 중 8과목(13%)만이 급식경영관리와 관련된 과목으로 나타났다. 두 가지 설문조사 결과와 교과과정 검토 결과를 토대로 하여 본 연구에서는 능력중심교육 원칙을 응용한 급식경영관리 교육 모형을 개발하였다. 개발된 교육 모형은 급식경영관리 전문 교육가에 의해 실행 전 평가 및 검토를 거쳤으며, 내용구성, 적용성, 형식 분야의 평가 결과 모든 분야에서 5.0 만점의 평균 4.6점을 획득하여 한국 영양사의 효과적인 급식경영관리 교육과정 개발에 유용하게 쓰일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The User's Role in New Internet Service Development : Focusing on the Knowledge Creation Process in Fuzzy Front End (신규 인터넷 서비스 기획 과정에서의 사용자 역할 : 불명료한 개발 초기의 단계에서 지식 창조 과정을 중심으로)

  • The Knowledge Creation in early stages of new service development plays a critical role in the success of the service. The user is a crucial resource in creating knowledge in early stages of development, and user involvement is necessary. There are three roles the user can take part as in service development: informative, consultative, or participative. Based on these different roles, the process of knowledge creation varies. With this background, we proposed to investigate which creative processes need to be passed through in order to positively affect service development based on the role of the user in early stages of Internet service development. This case study was undertaken based on two new projects. The results of this study reveal the relationship between the knowledge creation process and user in early stages of development and at the same time provide guidelines regarding user involvement in actual service development.

  • In order to develop high quality software, software metrics have been made to assess the quality of software, and recently, many object-oriented metrics have been suggested for this purpose as well. However, research on the utilization of metrics to control software quality in a development process has been inadequate. This is due to the difficulty in assessing the significance of metrics in a software development process from the perspective of overall software quality. In this paper, we propose a method of applying metrics to a development process using the Hierarchical Software Quality Model(H-SQM) which is defined in terms of the products' special features. The method represents the H-SQM as the cause-and-effect diagram and changes the diagram to the process-analysis diagram. And it applies software quality metrics to each development stage by the process-analysis diagram. In this way, we could utilize the software quality metrics efficiently in order to improve the quality of software in the software development process.

A Proposal of Practical Management Process for Product Design (제품디자인을 위한 실무적 관리프로세스 제안)

  • A recent trend for product development requires that product design firms participate in every process in cooperations with clients. So, this study proposed an advanced practical management process for product design according to the new trend Because existing processes explain summary steps just including market research, design, engineering, manufacturing., to support the recent trend, an extended process which explains every steps should be prepared. Design development precesses include initial meeting, contact, kick-off meeting, market research, idea sketch, rendering, design drawing, design mock-up, design manual, engineering drawing, ES mock up, mold, manufacturing, and patent. To manage these whole design processes, designers should have abundant knowledge about them. This process has three merits: 1) understanding the whole processes, 2)the unity between design and manufactures, 3)collecting accurate information by market research, 4)elevating design quality. So, designers are able to manage whole product development processes. This practical management process proposes an advanced structure for product design development, and can be accepted for various product design development environments.

  • The goal of this study is to investigate reform directions of mathematics activity book which was introduced according to 2007 revised curriculum through literature analysis of introducing process. Futhermore, this study is to suggest the meaningful developing direction of new activity book according to the mathematics curriculum which is being developed now. To do this, first, the background of introducing activity book, developing direction, construction systems and the way to use it was analyzed. Second, teachers' response to the activity book on the basis of literature analysis was researched. Third, measures to improve activity book were investigated. In conclusion, reform direction of mathematics activity book was proposed in terms of developing research, goal, way to go, construction systems and questions arrangement.

A Study on the Curriculum Development of Continuing Education for Academic Librarians in Korea (대학도서관 사서를 위한 전문 계속교육과정 개발에 관한 연구)

  • As the library and information environment advanced, librarians should participate in continuing education programs for the improvement of services to satisfy users' need. To develop a curriculum model of continuing education for academic librarians, we reviewed related previous studies and continuing education programs performed both in Korea and overseas. Then. a survey was done to the academic librarians sampled systematically to identify the subject need for education. Based on the analysis, 2 sets of comprehensive curriculum were devised for the middle managers and working librarians respectively. The curriculum for the middle managers is consisted of 27 courses in 9 subject fields. and the curriculum far the working librarians is consisted of 25 courses in 7 subject fields. We selected one highly demanding subject from each curriculum, and developed specific educational program models. 'Library marketing' for middle managers and 'building and management of digital information resources' for working librarians. Program models include educational goal, content, teaching/learning strategies. duration time, teaching methods/tools, and instructor qualifications in detail. Finally, recommendations are suggested for the promotion and settlement of the continuing education.

The Design of the Educational Computing Course for Early Childhood Teacher (유아 컴퓨터 교사를 위한 교육과정 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of the research is to examine design of the educational computing course for early childhood teacher. It was based on a development of the early childhood and unification of the computer activities in the curriculum. For these purpose, a number of literatures for the early childhood computer activities and teacher's want of the computer training were reviewed. In a result, it was made prototype of the educational computing course for early childhood teacher. Then, It was corrected and strengthened since then answered by 15 national kindergarten teacher located in Taejon. Based on these quality analysis, we designed a curriculum model for educational computing course for early childhood teacher. The developed the educational computing course for early childhood teacher would help the teachers to have critical attitude and necessary skills to access useful information using a computer and to appropriately respond to the changing educational environments by adopting computers in schools.
