소프트웨어 프로세스는 소프트웨어와 이에 관련된 산출물을 개발, 유지하기 위해 사용하는 활동, 방법, 절차의 집합이라고 할 수 있다. 프로세스를 기반으로 작업하는 조직은 필요한 프로세스들을 파악하고, 각 프로세스들을 구현하기 위해, 담당자를 할당하고, 수행 활동을 정의한 후, 이를 기반으로 작업을 수행한다. 이 때 보다 효과적으로 작업하기 위해 적절한 도구들을 활용하기도 한다. 소프트웨어 개발에서 도구의 활용은 이미 그 효과가 검증되었고, 많은 상업용 제품들이 개발되어 현장에서 사용되고 있다. 이러한 도구들 중에는 독자적으로 하나의 프로세스를 지원하는 독립형(Standard Alone) 도구들과 여러 프로세스를 지원하는 통합형 도구들이 있다. 통합형 도구들은 여러 프로세스를 연결하고 통합 관리하기 때문에 효과가 크지만, 주로 가격이 비싼 상업용 제품들이고, 대규모 프로젝트에 적합한 복잡한 기능이 많아 소규모 조직이 채택하기에는 어려운 경향이 있다. 독립형 도구들은 통합형 도구보다 상대적으로 기능이 복잡하지 않고, 공개 소프트웨어로도 제공되고 있기 때문에 소규모 조직들도 사용해 왔지만 통합형 도구와 같은 효과를 내기는 쉽지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 이클립스 플랫폼 기반에 독립형으로 존재하는 플러그인들을 통합하여, 여러 프로세스를 지원하는 이클립스 플러그인 모델을 개발하고, 그 효과를 살펴보았다.

Urban regeneration is a project to enhance the competitiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the contents and expected effects of urban regeneration projects. In this study, we classified and analyzed the contents and expected effects of the 11 neighborhood urban regeneration pilot projects. The main results are as follows; First, physical regeneration is the most popular in terms of project contents, and social approach is the most typical for the expected effects. Second, the project of social regeneration is mainly focused on strengthening the capacity of residents. Third, the most expected effect of physical regeneration was about the improvement of landscape. Fourth, the most expected effect of social regeneration was the contents of residents' participation. Finally, there is a need for the development of projects that can expect a combination effects rather than a single effect. The urban regeneration new deal projects need to pay more attention to projects that can have various effects based on the development of competitive urban contents.

단열목적으로 개발한 최첨단 진공세라믹 소재 인슐래드를 축사에 접목해 탁월한 효과를 자랑하는 기업이 있다. 지난해 벤처기업으로 등록된 바이오맥은 보온 보냉 효과가 뚜렷한 꿈의 소재 '인슐래드' 제품 판매와 '바이오 커튼'을 개발해 업계에서 주목받고 있다. 또한 부화율과 산란율 개선에 효과를 나타내는 항생제대체용 사료첨가제 '애니웰' 제품 개발과 금년부터 의욕적으로 시행하는 HACCP 컨설팅 등 기자재, 사료첨가제, 사양관리 등 축산농가의 모든 부분에 대해 연구하는 기업, 바이오맥을 찾았다.

강변저류지는 하천변에 위치한, off-line 형 치수구조물로 하천의 수위 변화에 따라 저류량이 변한다. 그러므로 강변저류지의 홍수조절효과는 부정류 흐름 상태를 재현하여 모의해야 한다. 현재 국내에는 강변저류지 홍수조절효과 분석을 위해 주로 1차원 부정류 수치모형인 HEC-RAS를 사용하고 있다. 하지만 1차원 부정류 계산 결과에 대한 정확도 검증 없이 사용되고 있다. 따라서 이를 검증하고 보완할 수 있는 부정류 수리실험이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 상류 유입수문곡선을 재현할 수 있는 부정류 유량조절장치를 개발하였으며, 개발된 유량조절장치의 재현 능력을 검증하고 강변저류지 홍수조절효과 분석에 대한 적용 가능성을 확인하였다. 부정류 수리실험은 정규분포형 수문곡선과 이중 첨두를 가지는 수문곡선 및 다양한 첨두 지속시간을 갖는 수문곡선 형태에 대해 유량조절장치의 재현 능력을 검토하였다. 검토 결과 개발된 유량조절장치의 재현 수문곡선은 첨두 홍수량을 기준으로 약 1 % 이내의 오차를 보여 매우 만족스러운 결과를 얻었다. 향후 강변저류지의 홍수 조절효과 분석에 사용한다면 좀 더 현실적이고 정량적인 치수능력 평가가 될 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

고리 1호기 운전원 교육용 가상 시뮬레이터 개발은 고리 1,2호기 운전원, 특히 시뮬레이터가 없는 고리 1호기 운전원의 시뮬레이터 실습효과를 향상시키고 규제기관의 규제요건 충족 및 신입사원 등의 계통교육을 효과적으로 수행하는데 그 목적이 있다 현재 1단계가종료된 상태로 현재까지 개발된 범위는 고리 1호기를 기준발전소로 하여 전 범위 시뮬레이터 모델과 동일한 구조와 기능을 갖는 원자로심, 열수력 계통 및 CVCS등 주요 계통을 개발하였으며, 이들 계통을 제어하기 위한 강사조작용 소프트웨어, Sim Diagram Soft Panel 등이 개발되었다. 고리 1호기 가상 시뮬레이터를 개발함으로 기준 발전소 시뮬레이터가 없는 고리1호기 운전원의 교육훈련에 지대하게 효과를 높일 것으로 예상된다.

정보SYSTEM을 구축함에 있어서 많은 시간과 노력이 필요하다. 이에 반해 기대되는 효과는 예측하기 힘들거나 명확하지 않은 경우가 많다. S/W개발자의 약점이 개발에는 능하나 업무자체에는 둔감한 것이다. 이를 보완하기 위한 방법으로 업무를 진행하는 사람이 주가 되어 진행하는 개발방법론으로 CIM기법이 대두되었다. 이 기법을 이용하여 통합 정보SYSTEM을 구축하고 효과분석을 실시하였다.

In general, quantity results of empirical analysis using model shows how much big performance policy has. Therefore this is useful to evaluate a policy. This paper composed macro economic model based on Bank of Korea's quarterly model and annual model, that estimates performance of overseas oil and gas development project to Korean economy in aspect of quantity. In this model, we estimated each effect in real GDP, current account, unemployment rate, CPI and exchange rate carried by recovered amount from overseas oil and gas development project. The recovered amount was evaluated in currency coming from oil and gas acquired from overseas oil and gas development project. Macro economic model of this paper benchmarked macro model composed by Bank of Korea(1997, 2004, 2012). We reviewed model robustness using statistical suitability of each equation and historical simulation for from 1994 to 2011. The recovered amount of overseas oil and gas development project has positive effect in every macro economic index except CPI and exchange rate. Economic effect to macro economic index become bigger with time because the recovered amount of overseas oil and gas development project are increasing until now. Although empirical results of economic effects in every year from the recovered amount of overseas oil and gas development project are different, as of 2011, empirical results showed that the recovered amount of overseas oil and gas development project increase 2.226% and 0.401% in current account and real GDP respectively. And it also decrease 0.489%p in unemployment rate. Exchange rate to US dollars also decrease in amount of 0.379%.

가죽의 생산력을 향상시키고 도체조성을 개선하기 위해 현재 사용되고 있는 다양한 성장촉진제에 대하여 그 효과와 가능한 작용기전에 관해 정리하였다. 항생제는 여러 가축에 가장 널리 이용되고 있으며 성장 촉진 효과로 잘 알려져 있다. 그러나 가능한 내성문제 등 여러가지 우려되는 문제점으로 사용에 제한을 받고 있으며 따라서 부작용이 없는 새로운 항생제의 개발노력은 계속적으로 경주되어져야 한다고 본다. 생균제는 항생제의 대체 가능한 첨가제로서 장내에서 유해한 미생물들을 억제조절하고 반면 유익한 미생물 성장을 도와 성장을 촉진한다. 성장호르몬의 합성효과에 의한 성장촉진 및 체조성 개선 효과는 상당한 관심의 대상으로 연구가 되고 있으며 최근의 연구결과에 의하면 동물에 성장호르몬 투여는 성장촉진 효과와 더불어 근육생산을 늘리고 지방축적을 감소시켰다고하며 또한 유생산에도 상당한 증가효과가 있었다고 한다. 대부분 성호르몬인 합성호르몬은 주로 육생산 가축에서 성장촉진 및 도체품질 향상 목적으로 쓰이는데 보통 사료에 첨가되거나 직접 투여되기도 한다. 효모 배양물은 특히 어린 동물에서 증체 향상 효과가 보고되고 있는데 이런 효과는 효모의 효소에 의한 소화율 향상이나 비타민 B군등 미량 영양소의 직접적인 공급 효과로 풀이된다. 전체적으로 성장촉진 목적으로 이용되는 여러 제제들은 그 명확한 작용기작 규명 등 앞으로 보다 많은 연구노력이 이루어져야 할 것으로 본다.

This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of the mathematics teacher's training program: whether the training program is effective to improve mathematics teachers' professional competency of the developing assessment instrument (including items) or not. The teachers who were attendee of the program did pre-test before the program and post-test after the program. They wrote the opinions on the pre-developed items which had many errors in the beginning and discussed their opinions each others in the middle of program. The differences between pre-test and post-test and between opinions in the beginning and in the middle were analysed. The first result of the study is that the teacher's professional competency which is evaluated as self-perceived points is improved with regard to understanding the standardized test, item difficulty and item discrimination. Secondly, the proportion of the opinion with concrete reasons is increased as the program progressed. Thirdly, the effective elements of the program are the discussion in the group, discussion between groups, and feedback from the instructor. But the ineffective element of the program is the insufficient time for practicing.
