2000년 교육인적자원부에서는 초 중등학교 정보통신기술교육 운영지침을 내놓았고, 개정의 필요성이 제기되어 2005년 12월 개정지침이 나왔다. 그러나 현재 개정에 따른 컴퓨터 교재가 개발되어 있지 않고, 더군다나 시대의 변화와 발맞추어 요구되고 있는 창의성을 신장시킬 수 있는 교재가 개발되어 있지 않다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 교육인적자원부가 개정한 초 중등학교 정보통신기술교육 운영지침을 분석하여 교육현장에서 쓰일 수 있는 1, 2학년용 교재를 개발하게 되었다.

S-Mode는 항해에 필요한 정보들을 확인하기 위하여 주요 항해장비의 기능과 화면, 작동법등을 표준화하는 기능이다. 국제해사기구는 S-Mode의 항해장비 적용을 위한 가이드라인 개발을 진행 중에 있다. 본 연구는 S-Mode 적용을 위한 사용자 의견과 선호도를 조사하여 지침 개발에 반영하기 위해 수행되었다. 항해장비 중 ECDIS를 대상으로, 사용자 선호도 조사를 위한 테스트 프로그램을 구성하였다. 웹기반의 테스트 프로그램을 통해 선호도 조사를 실시하였으며, ECDIS 사용자들이 항해당직 수행 시 선호하는 정보의 내용과 화면배치를 확인하였다. 연구의 결과는 S-Mode에 고려할 사용자 요구 사항을 제시함으로써, 실효성 있는 지침 개발에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

This study aims to propose the considerations for developing the guidelines for recording a preferred title in musical works by analyzing the RDA rules and guidelines of several national libraries. First, RDA rules were analyzed, and the primary rules for consideration were examined by reviewing RDA application guidelines from eight national libraries that have developed their own guidelines for alternatives and options of RDA rules. Then, by analyzing the contents of each guideline, including MLA, LC-PCC, and DACH, practical considerations was to provide. First, the original language title should be adopted in the selection of preferred title, but if the title in the original language is not suitable for domestic users, the title in other languages should be used. Second, the preferred title was examined in aspects of works with one part, works with more than one part, the complete works of one author, the compilation of a specific type of composition, the incomplete compilation, and the compilation of several composers. Third, medium of performance, numeric numbers, key, and other identifying characteristics were presented as additional factors for consideration in the recording. Fourth, it is necessary to designate or present a control vocabularies for the types of compositions and the medium of performance. This study suggests considerations in developing guidelines for recording the preferred title for RDA musical works, and it will be possible to contribute to the development of rules related to preferred titles for musical works and guidelines for recording the preferred title for musical works in libraries.

2005년에 '초 중등학교 정보통신 기술교육 운영지침'이 새로 발표됨으로써 교재들이 새로 개발되고 있는데, 운영지침이 발표된 지 얼마 되지 않았기 때문에 새로 개발된 교재들이 '초 중등학교 정보통신 기술교육 운영지침'에서 제시하는 내용 체계와 지도 내용을 실제 어떤 내용으로 어떻게 지도하고 있는지에 대한 연구가 아직 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 각 교재의 구성과 내용을 분석하여 '초 중등학교 정보통신 기술교육 운영지침'에서 제시하는 내용 체계와 지도내용을 실제 어떤 내용으로 어떻게 지도하고 있는지에 대해 교재를 분석하였다.

There is the difference of criteria to apply guidelines among the project participants and to depend on the purpose of utilizing BIM models, although modeling criteria are basically provided through BIM guidelines. Therefore, it is quite important to check compliance with guidelines to raise quality of the BIM model. But Quality Checking (QC) items and method for BIM model modeled in accordance with guidelines is not provided. This study suggested QC items and Rule Specifications(RS) for automatic QC. First of all, QC items were derived by analyzing domestic BIM guidelines and a process for structuring natural language is conducted by utilizing flowchart and pseudocode. So, by combining them, RS was suggested. Finally, RS-based case study was conducted by implementing automatic QC process with solibri model checker$^{TM}$. This study will contribute to the improvement of design quality and completeness of BIM model including huge data of 3 dimension. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop BIM guidelines according to the use case and to provide detailed process and standard for QC of BIM model.

여객선의 안전은 인명의 안전과 직결되므로 이에 발맞추어 국제해사기구 (International Maritime Organization, IMO)는 빈번히 발생하는 선박의 전복 사고로 인한 인명 피해를 최소화하기 위하여 승객탈출분석 (Passenger Evacuation Analysis) 적용 지침을 꾸준히 개정 및 보완하고 있다. 승객탈출분석의 목적은 설계 단계에서의 탈출 설비의 배치 적합성 판단 및 배치된 탈출 설비를 이용하여 지침 상 규정하는 최대허용탈출시간 (Maximum allowable evacuation duration) 내에 탈출이 가능한 지를 분석하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 승객탈출분석에 관한 지침의 개정 동향 및 최근 개정된 승객탈출분석 지침 (MSC.1/Circ.1533)의 개정 방향에 대하여 소개하고자 한다. 또한 탈출 해석 관점 한국해양과학기술원에서 개발 중인 인명대피안내시스템의 유효성을 검증하기 위하여 2016년 10월 수행 된 인명대피실험과 지침 상 규정하는 고도화 알고리즘 (Advanced algorithm) 기반 승객탈출 시뮬레이션 (Maritime EXODUS)의 비교 결과를 바탕으로 해당 지침 적용 시 고려사항에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.

This research tries to develop standards of library goods and managerial guidance. It is developed to make buying and managing library goods efficient in promoting environmental and digital-friendly library, and to set a standard guidance of library goods. The research divides 117 library goods into 6 categories, and develops a table of recommended standard and managerial guidance of library goods. The table has 11 indicators of information, which includes the name of each library goods, classification code, identification number of 'Narajangteo', definitions of the goods, purpose and usage, type and size, structure, place to install, goods management, and note. The research hopes to be reflected in library related laws, standards, and manuals, and finally to standardize library goods in the national level.

It is essential to prepare the decommissioning plan for a nuclear power plant (NPP) for the safe decommissioning of the NPP, minimization of the generation of decommissioning wastes, and protection of human beings and environment. Although Kori unit 1 and Wolsong unit 1 will be destined to their decommissioning in Korea in the near future. there is no provisons about preparing the decommissioning plan. In this paper, therefore, the draft guidelines of the decommissioning plan for a NPP were developed by considering the domestic situation, based on the comparative analyses of the regulatory guidelines of the decommissioning plan in U.S., U.K. and France. The draft guidelines are expected to play an important role to modify the domestic laws and regulations on the decommissioning of the NPP, and to give a license holder in charge of decommissioning the detailed instructions for preparing it in advance.

This study was conducted to develop the design guide of PTCP (Post Tensioned Concrete Pavement). The behavior of PTCP was investigated by performing structural analyses and field experiments. Based on the results, the PTCP design guide was developed by determining the size of concrete slab, design environmental and vehicle loads, and amount and method of longitudinal and transverse tensioning.

지금까지 국내 보안감리 평가는 정성적인 평가에 머물러 있어 평가를 담당하는 감리인마다 평가 결과가 서로 상이하여 피 평가자에게 신뢰를 심어주지 못하는 결과가 초래되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 보안감리에 대한 국내의 연구와 해외 사례를 참조하여 SI사업에서의 보안감리평가 효율성을 제고할 수 있는 방안 및 평가체계를 정량화하는 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 SI사업의 소프트웨어 개발 및 개발 환경(네트워크, 서버 등)을 중심으로 한국전산원에서 제시하고 있는 보안감리 지침과 한국정보시스템감리인협회의 보안관련 세부 감리지침을 통합하고 세부 감리지침에 따른 평가를 정량화 하였다. 보안감리 평가의 정량화 방안에 대한 감리전문가의 인터뷰와 사례 프로젝트의 적용을 통하여 연구 모형에 대한 검증을 실시하였다.
