This study aims to suggest a development process for the interior design major course at K University's school of design to educate specialists who can answer the needs of the industrial field. The study procedure first analyzed the internal and external environment to establish queries and development direction. A job model for the interior design industry was constructed while course modules were deducted based on job characteristics and was used to form a curriculum based on a 4 year course. Required personnel includes 'Interior Design Business and Marketing Specialists', 'Interior Design Space Planning Specialists' and 'Interior Design Construction Management Specialists'. 40 modules were drawn following the detailed job model structure. 1st year students are to follow a common curriculum, 2nd years the major foundation, 3rd years major intensive, and the 4th years major application. The practical importance of the research is to suggest a development process of major modules based on the standard job model and the organization structure of the interior design industry.

With the massive expansion of cities in the 20th century, many fragmented small spaces are emerged. This research establishes a framework for analysis based on forward theories, and takes the development of small spaces in Busan as an example, draws conclusions through analysis, and construct a design model for the effective use of small spaces. Based on the theory of spatial design research, statistical analysis methods are used to analyse the effective use of fragmented small spaces in city. In order to provide guidance and reference suggestions when analyzing and researching this type of space design on the data collected from the survey in the future. The design of small spaces is a way to improve the efficiency of the space utilization through the reasonable design of this type of spaces. Urban space is designed to meet the requirements of urban residents as well as to consider the sustainable development of the environment and resources, society and culture. Meaningful solutions are proposed for the construction and development of the sustainable of the future urban spaces.

산업디자인포장개발원은 신임 유호민 원장 취임 이후 개발원의 업무 활성화와 홍보활동을 강화하고자 관련 매체에 대해 매월 사업설명회를 갖기로 했다. 지난 5월 26일 개발원에서 포장 및 디자인 관련 매체 기자 10여명이 참석한 가운데 처음 설명회가 있었다. 이날 발표된 내용을 요약해 싣는다.

2014년 우수디자인(GD)상품선정 시상식이 12월 3일 코리아디자인센터 컨벤션홀에서 열렸다. GD마크 선정제란 우수한 디자인 상품 개발을 장려하여 국가경쟁력을 확보하고 국민 삶의 질을 향상시키는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 창의 디자인강국 구현을 위한 세계적 인증가치 구축하는 한편 유니버설디자인, 서비스디자인, 전통시장, 산업단지 디자인을 고도화(우수디자인 선정, 장려 등)함으로써 사회적 문제해결과 지속가능한 창조경제를 실현하기 위해 매년 진행되고 있다. 올해 생활포장 부문에서는 엔프라니(주)의 알로에 99% 수딩젤이 산업통상자원부장관상을 수상한 것을 비롯, 총 28점이 생활포장 및 산업포장 부문에서 수상했다. 본고에서는 우수디자인으로 선정된 포장부문 제품들을 살펴보도록 한다.

국내 최고의 브랜드와 상품 패키지디자인을 선정하는 '제26회 2020 베스트 브랜드& 패키지 디자인 어워즈(The 26th Best Brand & Package Design Awards)' 수상작이 지난 1월 8일 발표되었다. (사)한국상품문화디자인학회(회장 이해만)와 한국경제신문사가 공동주최한 이번 어워즈에서는 충북낙농업협동조합의 '달그린치즈'가 베스트브랜드 & 패키지디자인 종합대상을 수상했다. 베스트 브랜드 & 패키지 디자인 어워즈는 브랜드와 패키지 디자인에 관한 연구와 학술활동을 지속해온 한국상품문화디자인학회에서 기업들의 상품개발 의욕과 디자인 역량 강화를 위해 1995년부터 진행하고 있다. 다음에 '제26회 베스트브랜드&패키지디자인어워즈' 수상작을 살펴보도록 한다.

As a measure to overcome the limit of small city which is weak in spontaneous competitiveness and to improve the quality of environmental, cultural and economic life of dwellers, it analyzed the geographical characteristics of city, movement path, economic status and other simple problems comprehensively and produced the vague problem solutions for dwellers and the practical direction for design using the 3D simulation rendering in order to suggest the result to change the potential for urban policy into substantial alternative. Geochang-gun selected as research area is evaluated for the place with high symbolic value of bridge in terms of environment, and the new design development for this kind of public design can be the good measure to increase the competitiveness of the city. This research is to understand the direction of the bridge recreation project which provides the cultural space connecting with other areas and improves the competitiveness of small city and to suggest the appropriate bridge design in order to provide the reasonable maintenance direction related to the future development of public design and the achievement of the symbolism of the region and to suggest the examples of public design for the urban competitiveness. For this purpose, focusing on Wicheon-stream in Geochang County, Gyeongsangnam-do selected as the research and development area for bridge design, it is to design the concept design bridge newly emphasizing the symbolism of bridge-oriented city for the development of future city.

스마트 의류의 발달은 pc 를 분산, 부착한 웨어러블 컴퓨터의 연구로부터 진행되어 왔으며, 1990 년대 후반 이후 착용자 감성을 고려해 더욱 편안하며, 의복과 유사한 외관을 디자인 하려는 노력이 전개되고 있다. 스마트 의류는 엔터테인먼트, 비즈니스, 스포츠, 의료 분야에 적용 등 다양한 애플리케이션으로 연구, 개발되고 있으며, 최근 들어서는 생체신호 센서를 이용한 건강관리용 스마트 의류의 연구가 주목 받고 있다. 건강에 대한 관심과 라이프 스타일의 변화, 고령화 사회의 예상으로 인해 건강복지에 대한 필요성이 증가하는 최근 트렌드를 볼 때, 건강 관리용의 스마트 의류의 수요는 증가될 것으로 예상된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기본적인 생체신호 뿐 아니라 심장 질환, 호흡기 질환을 측정할 수 있는 건강 개념의 스마트 의류 디자인을 개발하였다. 이 스마트 의류는 기존의 의복의 형태와 착용감은 그대로 유지하면서 의복 착장 시 생체 신호를 전송, 모니터링 할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 개발된 의복은 심전도, 체온 센서로 구성되어 있으며, 이를 통해 심전도, 호흡량, 맥박, 체온 등의 생체신호를 얻을 수 있다. 디자인 프로토타입의 기기 위치 선정은 선행 연구에서 제시한 '착용성 향상을 위한 웨어러블 컴퓨터 디자인 지침' 을 기반으로 설계하여 착장 시 기기로 인한 이물감이 느껴지지 않도록 하였으며 또한, 기기의 하중을 최소화 하였다. 의복의 디자인은 센서의 안정된 부착과 활동성, 센서의 정확한 측정을 고려하여 표피의 면적 변화를 고찰하여 디자인하였다. 이 스마트 의류는 노인, 건강 이상자, 통원 치료자에게 평상시의 건강을 체크 함으로써 보다 원활한 치료의 가능으로 의료 복지에 기여할 것으로 예상되며, 디자인 프로토타입의 개발을 통하여 센서기반 스마트 의류의 가능성을 제시했다는 점에서 이 연구의 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 HD 복합TV 사용자의 시청행태 및 사용자 니즈 분석을 통해 사용자 시나리오를 도출하여 실제 제품에 적용할 수 있는 DTV 인터페이스 디자인의 일반적인 원리를 발견하고 대형 DTV 화면에 적합한 OSD디자인을 개발하여 디지털 복합 TV에 적합한 새로운 디자인 가이드라인을 제안하는 것을 그 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 DTV 시청환경을 기반으로 PVR, EPF, 녹화, 1394 등 다양한 기능에 대한 사용 시나리오를 정의하고 유저 내비게이션 특성을 반영한 OSD디자인 방향을 검토하였고 개발환경인 50인치 PDP 화면에 적합한 레이아웃을 제작하여 사용자조사를 통해 검증하였다. 사례연구로 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 타임머신 기능 X Canvas PDP의 OSD 디자인을 개발하여 양산용 제품에 적용할 수 있었다. 대표적인 특징으로 복합 TV 의 Gateway 인 홈메뉴, PVR 기능의 핵심인 프로그래스바, 모든 컨텐츠에 일관되게 적용할 수 있는 목록화면, 녹화관련화면에 공통적으로 적용할 수 있도록 폰트,칼라,레이아웃,위젯 정의를 수행하여 각 기능별 화면들이 Package개념으로 Identity를 갖추면서 사용하기 편리하도록 구성하였다. 그리고 이를 통하여 DTV Application Design에 일반적으로 적용할 수 있는 메뉴구조 및 화면디자인 가이드라인을 도출하였고 세계최초로 자사에서 개발한 하드디스크 내장 HD TV Application GUI 의 사용성 및 심미성 측면을 모두 만족시키는 등 DTV GUI 분야에서 주목할 만한 성과를 거두었다.
