  • 지식기반사회에 있어서는 종래부터 사용되어 오던 직업교육의 개념 설정과 교육의 방향이 바뀌어야 한다. 이 연구에서는 직업교육, 기술교육, 진로교육, 전문교육, 공학교육 등의 의미를 살펴보고, 전문대학과 대학 수준에서의 직업교육에 관한 교육과정을 살펴본 후, 그 개선점과 나아갈 방향에 대한 탐색을 하였다 이 논문에서 사용한 연구 방법으로는 자료 분석에 의한 문헌 연구(literature research) 방법이다.

  • The concept of IPv6 stateless address autoconfiguration lends itself easily to mobile ad hoc networks. However, the Neighbor Discovery protocol (NDP)-based mechanism described in [1] does not fit well for the multi-link environments in the mobile ad hoc network. In this document, we extend the current SAA mechanism to be suitable for mobile ad hoc networks.

  • 지식경제사회에서 국가의 경쟁력은 국가의 잠재적 지식자원을 어떻게 유형화하고 부가가치화하느냐에 따라 결정된다. 국가의 지식자원을 각 개별 경제주체가 소유한 지식자원의 총체적 개념으로 정의할 때 이 개별 주체들의 지식자원을 공유하도록 유도하고 공유된 지식을 활용하여 부가가치화 하도록 하는 것이 국가의 지식경쟁력 강화와 직결되는 정부의 역할일 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 개별 경제주체가 소유하고 있는 지식을 국가적 차원에서 공유토록 유도하고 그것을 활용하여 경쟁력을 강화토록 하는 산업지식유통시스템 모형을 제안한다. 정부의 정책적 배려와 지원하에 본 연구의 제안이 현실화된다면, 산업지식유통 시스템은 산업수준의 지식유통 활성화를 통하여 기업의 지식기반 경영능력의 향상에 기여하고 선진국과의 지식네트워크를 통한 선진 지식의 도입 활성화에 기여함으로써 지식경쟁력 강화를 통한 국가 경쟁력 향상에 이바지 할 것이다.

  • 최근 인터넷 환경이 반도체, 광통신 그리고 차세대 인터넷 기술의 발달로 고성능화 되어가고 있다. 따라서 고성능 인터넷을 위한 TCP의 성능 향상 연구가 매우 중요해졌다. 그러나 기존 TCP는 수신위도 버퍼의 물리적 크기에 의하여 최대 전송 성능과 대역폭 탐색 기능이 제한을 받는 구조적인 문제점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위하여 수신 호스트에 가상 윈도 개념을 도입하였다. 이는 송신 호스트가 RTT 동안 균일하게 세그먼트를 분산시켜서 패킷을 전송할 때 세그먼트 간격 시간 동안 수신 호스트의 처리 능력을 가상윈도로 나타내는 것이다. 따라서 가상 윈도의 크기는 수신 호스트의 성능에 비례하기 때문에 수신 호스트가 고성능일 경우 TCP의 전송 능력 성능이 더 높아질 수 있다. 초고속 인터넷일 경우 제안 알고리즘이 기존 TCP보다 전송능력에 있어 1.5∼5배 개선되는 것을 네트워크 시뮬레이션인 NS2를 이용하여 확인하였다.

  • With requiring circumspections using big data, this study attempts to develop and apply the search method for audit issues relating to the ITS policy or program. For the foregoing, the auditing process of the board of audit and inspection was converged with the theoretical frame of boundary analysis proposed by William Dunn as an analysis tool for audit issues. Moreover, we apply the text mining technique in order to computerize the analysis tool, which is similar to the boundary analysis in the concept of approaching meta-problems. For the text mining analysis, specific model we applied the antisymmetry-symmetry compound lexeme-based LDA model based on the Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA) methodologies proposed by David Blei. The several prime issues were founded through a case analysis as follows: lack of collection of traffic information by the urban traffic information system, which is operated by the National Police Agency, the overlapping problems between the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and the Advanced Traffic Management System and fabrication of the mileage on digital tachograph.

  • Preferences of users on movies are observables of various factors that are related with user attributes and movie features. For movie recommendation, analysis methods for relation among users, movies, and preference patterns are mandatory. As a relational analysis tool, we focus on the Infinite Relational Model (IRM) which was introduced as a tool for multiple concept search. We show that IRM-based co-clustering on preference patterns and movie descriptors can be used as the first tool for movie recommender methods, especially content-based filtering approaches. By introducing a set of well-defined tag sets for movies and doing three-way co-clustering on a movie-rating matrix and a movie-tag matrix, we discovered various explainable relations among users and movies. We suggest various usages of IRM-based co-clustering, espcially, for incremental and dynamic recommender systems.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore which factors should be considered mainly in operating hybrid learning in which offline and synchronous online environments are integrated in elementary education. Using qualitative data through interview and so on for 8 elementary school teachers with experience in operating hybrid learning, major consideration factors were identified. Before class, it is necessary to increase the level of understanding through concrete guidance or education for what the characteristics of hybrid learning are. The redesign of the environment including hardware and software technology is considered because the foundation was not established properly so that effective operation was difficult. In particular, based on the simultaneity and interactivity between the environments, activities which learners can connect and participate in the two environments should be considered. Further, design strategies to guide the operation of teaching and learning will be developed.

Estimating Road Design Hourly Volume via Inflection Point Identification (변곡점 탐색을 통한 도로설계시간계수 산정)

  • Design hourly volume and the K-factor, first proposed by FHWA in the 1950s, is based on the 30th hourly traffic volume during a year (out of 8,760 hours). It was used when surveying the traffic volume was laborious in the past and is still being used now although it leaves some to be desired for practical applications. More reasonable K-factor for better design, based on theoretical evidence, is needed. This paper proposes the knee searching method based on simple linear regression to find out the inflection point of the volume ranking curve that describe the annual 8,760 hourly traffic volumes. The method was applied to the Chungcheong province's national highway, and the results were compared to the existing guidelines' values of K-factors. Identified design hourly traffic volumes ranked between 43rd to 694th, which is much lower than the 30th volume, meaning that some overdesign examples are inevitable if the conventional $30^{th}$ volume is used.

Dependency Label based Causing Inconsistency Axiom Detection for Ontology Debugging (온톨로지 디버깅을 위한 종속 부호 기반 비논리적 공리 탐지)

  • The web ontology language(OWL) has become a W3C recommendation to publish and share ontologies on the semantic web. In order to check the satisfiablity of concepts in OWL ontology, OWL reasoners have been introduced. But most reasoners simply report check results without providing a justification for any arbitrary entailment of unsatisfiable concept in OWL ontologies. In this paper, we propose dependency label based causing inconsistency axiom (CIA) detection for debugging unsatisfiable concepts in ontology. CIA is a set of axioms to occur unsatisfiable concepts. In order to detect CIA, we need to find axiom to cause inconsistency in ontology. If precise CIA is gave to ontology building tools, these ontology tools display CIA to debug unsatisfiable concepts as suitable presentation format. Our work focuses on two key aspects. First, when a inconsistency ontology is given, it detect axioms to occur unsatisfiable and identify the root of them. Second, when particular unsatisfiable concepts in an ontology are detected, it extracts them and presents to ontology designers. Therefore we introduce a tableau-based decision procedure and propose an improved method which is dependency label based causing inconsistency axiom detection. Our results are applicable to the very expressive logic SHOIN that is the basis of the Web Ontology Language.

Implementation of Aeronautical Surveillance Transceiver using AIS based on ADS-B Concepts (선박자동식별장치를 이용한 ADS-B 개념 기반의 항공감시용 송수신기의 구현)

  • International Maritime Organization (IMO) recommends the installation of an Automatic Identification System (AIS) according to requirements by SOLAS to avoid maritime collision. AIS provides traffic information of other ships that may be used for maritime traffic control, SAR (Search and Rescue) and collision avoidance to apply safety management. In this paper, preliminary results to implement an aeronautical surveillance transceiver using AIS transceiver based on ADS-B concepts are described. Although altitude information is not required for AIS since the AIS is operated at MSL (Mean Sea Level), altitude information can be extracted by a GPS (Global Positioning System) chip-set in the AIS transceiver. ADS-B transceiver is implemented by defining a surveillance message format including the altitude information and modifying SOTDMA (Self-Organizing Time Division Multiple Access) protocol. Ground tests and flight tests are performed to validate the implementation results.
