고객만족 개념의 연구 초기에서는 고객만족 개념을 인지적 반응, 정서적 반응 등 포괄적으로 정의하고 있으나, 지금까지도 만족이란 구성개념의 세부적 기술(specification of the construct)이 제대로 이루어지지 않았다. 고객만족에 관한 초기연구 이후 이론의 정교화가 점진적으로 이루어지기 시작하면서 고객만족의 개념은 "충족상태가 유쾌한 수준에서 제공되거나, 제공되었는가에 대한 판단"으로 정의됨으로써 만족이란 개념을 보다 구체적인 수준에서 설명하고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 정의에서도 고객만족의 본질적인 특성이 무엇인가는 명확하게 기술되지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구에서 제시되고 있는 고객만족의 개념적 정의(conceptual definition)와 조작적 정의를 비판적으로 검토하여 고객만족 개념을 재정립하고 향후 연구와 활용을 위한 명제를 제시하고 있다.

We are able to analyze a social or a natural phenomenon by using the conception. if we understand a concept of an object. However it is not easy to understand a concept of an object. The process of comprehending the concept is a long rigorous mental journey. Hence, understanding concepts has been emphasized in studies in education. Previous studies demonstrate that conception has a dual nature, which has both an operational and a structural nature. We are able to acknowledge that structural conception develops from an operating conception. Nevertheless, discovering a dual nature of conception and knowing whether students acquired the dual nature, especially the structural nature are difficult to achieve. In this research, I examine the operational and the structural nature of a center of mass conception and analyze whether students acquire structural nature of the center of mass conception, and find implications which we would do to build the structural conception on a concept.

본 연구는 의사결정지원시스템의 모델베이스 개발에 있어 개념적 스키마 설계를 위한 개념적 모델링 도구를 개발하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 개념적 모 델베이스 설계에 있어 객체모델링기법(Object Modeling Technique : OMT)에서 제시된 객 체모델의 확장을 시도한다. 또한 본 연구는 확장된 객체모델을 이용하여 특정 문제영역에서 개념적 모델링을 위한 방법을 제시하며, 확장된 객체모델이 실제문제를 얼마나 효과적으로 모델링 할 수 있는가를 보이기 위하여 정유회사의 수송문제에 적용하였다.

계층적 개념 트리는 개념의 전체적인 구조를 제공하여 사용자의 이해를 돕는다. 이러한 계층적 개념 트리는 특정 분야의 전문가나 지식 공학자, 혹은 개인에 의해서 제공되어 왔다. 하지만 계층적 개념 트리를 구축하기 위해서는 않은 시간과 노력이 요구된다. 따라서 계층적 개념 트리를 자동으로 구축하기 위한 시스템 필요하게 되었다. 이 논문에서는 정보 검색 틴 온톨로지 연구에 있어서 계층적 개념 트리를 자동으로 구축하기 위한 기존 연구에 대해서 알아보고, 개념적 클러스터링 방법인 FCA(Formal Concept Analysis)를 사용하여 문서로부터 계층적 개념 트리를 구축하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

We present an understanding about students' conceptual model of differential equations, based on the discourse data that were collected in a differential equations course at a university in Korea. An interpretive approach is taken to analyze classroom discourse. This paper consists of three main parts. First, we completely analyze the students' use of conceptual metaphor in a university differential equations class. Secondly, we identify conceptual metaphors representing students' conceptual model of differential equations. Finally, we describe the mathematical characteristics of the conceptual metaphors identified in detail. Among other things, this paper reveals that there exists dual aspects of the students' conceptual model of differential equations. In other words, in the differential equations course observed we found that the students very often used two kinds of conceptual metaphor,“machine metaphor”and“fictive motion metaphor”, that have contrastingly different mathematical characteristics. In order to interpret the duality, we take a sociocultural perspective, and this perspective suggests and helps us to realize the significance of understanding of cognitive diversity in mathematics classroom.

본 연구의 목적은 여성의 자아개념과 화장품 추구혜택의 관련성을 조사하고, 화장품 구매 행동과 인구 통계적 변인에 따른 추구혜택의 차이를 알아보며, 자아개념과 인구 통계적 변인이 화장품 추구혜택에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 데 있다. 연구방법은 조사연구방법으로 질문지를 사용하였다. 화장품 추구혜택은 24개 문항을 사용하였으며, 자아개념은 정원식의 표준화된 자아개념 검사 중 신체적, 도덕적, 성격적, 가정적, 사회적 자아개념의 5개 변인을 사용하였다. (중략)

이 연구는 개념 및 개념학습의 의미와 가치를 평가해 보고, 기존의 지리교육 기본 개념에 대한 논의를 정리하여 현장 교사들의 기본 개념 인식과 비교한 후, 향후의 지리교육 내용 구성의 방향을 모색해 보았다. 지리교육의 개념은 지리적 현상의 작동 과정을 이해하는데 도움을 주는 개괄적인 관념으로서 관련 지식들을 인지구조 속에 붙들어 매어주는 역할을 한다. 현장교사들이 가장 중요하다고 인식하고 있는 기본개념은 인간-자연관계, 입지, 지역, 지도화, 지역적 차이, 문화 등이며, 이는 전통지역지리학에서 강조되어 온 개념들이다. 반면에 지역적 결합, 공간 및 공간관계, 장소, 지구사회, 이동 등의 개념은 교사들이 잘 이해하지 못하고 있는 개념으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 분석과 관련하여 주의를 기울여야 할 점은 지리학과 지리교육의 기본개념을 무차별적으로 혼용해서는 안 된다는 점이다. 학문적 성과와 교육적 성과는 다른 것이며, 이에 맞춰 지리교육의 교육적 효과를 높일 수 있는 구체적인 하위개념들이 개발되어야 할 것이다.

21세기에 접어들면서 기업의 경영환경은 급속한 속도로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 급격한 환경변화 속에서 기업이 핵심역량에 집중하고 기업의 경쟁력을 극대화하기 위해 기업의 정보관련 시스템 및 어플리케이션을 아웃소싱하기 위해 사용하는 개념이 ASP 서비스이다. ASP 서비스는 기업내부에 정보시스템 전담 조직을 갖추지 않고서도 각종 소프트웨어를 저렴한 값에 사용할 수 있고, 기업 자체의 전산시스템 및 운영 전담인력이 필요없으며, 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어를 구입할 필요성이 없는 등 여러 가지 이점을 가지고 있어 최근들어 기업들로 하여금 큰 논의와 함께 많은 투자가 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 ASP 서비스의 개념이 비교적 최근에 등장한 개념이기 때문에 관련 연구들이 개념정립이나 도입 의사결정 요인에 관한 연구에 머무르고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 배경하에서 본 연구는 첫째, ASP 서비스에 대한 체계적인 연구를 통해 ASP 서비스의 개념에 대한 명확한 이해를 제공하고, 기업의 정보화 추진 방법으로서 ASP 서비스가 가지는 가능성을 분석해 보고 둘째, 기업이 ASP 서비스를 도입하고 운영함에 있어서 성공적인 수행에 어떠한 요인들이 중요한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보기 위해 개념적인 모형을 도출해 보고자 한다.

이 논문은 수학적 개념의 뜻과 과 중요성을 살펴본 다음, 연구자가 소속되어 있는 한국의 대학생과 연구자가 연구년 동안 강의한 바 있는 미국의 대학생이 갖고 있는 수학적 개념의 수준에 대하여 조사하여 보고, 그 차이점을 비교하여 수학교육의 개선을 위한 시사점을 찾아보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 수학적 개념을 수학적 지식의 구성, 수학적 지식의 구조, 수학적 지식의 현상, 수학을 행하기, 수학적 아이디어의 가치 인식, 구성으로서의 학습, 유용한 노력으로서의 수학으로 분류하고 각 개념에 대한 양국 학생들의 인식 정도를 설문조사 방식으로 조사하였다. 본 연구에서 한국 학생들은 수학적 개념에 대한 7개의 영역 중에서 '수학적 지시의 현상', '수학을 행하기'를 제외한 5개의 영역에서 더 높은 수준을 보였다. 앞으로 한국의 수학교육은 수학을 실제로 행하는 활동을 더욱 강조하여야 할 것이다.

This research analyzed mathematical discourse of the students in an RME-based differential equations course at a university in order to investigate the social transformation of the students' conceptual model of differential equations. The analysis focused on the change in the students' use of conceptual metaphor for differential equations and pedagogical factors promoting the change. The analysis shows that discrete and quantitative conceptual model was prevalent in the beginning of the semester However, continuous and qualitative conceptual model emerged through the negotiation of mathematical meaning based on the inquiry of context problems. The participation in the project class has a positive impact on the extension of the students' conceptual model of differential equations and increases the fluency of the students' problem solving in differential equations. Moreover, this paper provides a discussion to identify the pedagogical factors Involved with the transformation of the students' conceptual model. The discussion highlights the sociocultural aspect of teaching and learning of mathematics and provides implications to improve teaching of mathematics in school.
